Problem statement
A technical student in the final year of engineering needs ways to identify ,choose and get
training and experience on industry skills at least in their final year because student is puzzled
about the skill sets and the level competence required for them to be job ready. Colleges should
actively facilitate industry participation and make students aware of the choices available beyond
academic courses.
