Editor's Notes

  • #2 Welcome to today’s training session designed to present you with and allow you to explore the many wonderful resources available to you through Thinkfinity. My hope is that you will increase your awareness of what Thinkfinity has to offer, and discover specific resources that you will be able to use immediately in your classroom or in planning instructional activities. To make this experience more personal for you, please take a few minutes to think about what you may be teaching within the next 3 weeks, and use the Resource List document to write down your initial thoughts. Consider a curricular topic at a specific grade level such as animal classification for 5 th grade, or you might want to explore a concept of interest as related to 21 st century skills, such as creativity and innovation. NOTE: Encourage participants to choose a topic or concept of interest related to their instructional program, to be used as a stimulus to guide them to specific resources during today’s activities.
