SITE INTRODUCTION
For our group, the specific empty land we looked upon is an undeveloped and
unused piece of land located in Jalan Midah 8A (GPS Coor. : 3.100159, 101.728919) with
a land size of 50m X 70m, We then decided that this undeveloped land is suitable and
ideal to be develop. The site is not under maintenance such as trees and grass covered
all over the area.



There are many good reasons why we select this site, but the main reason is because it is
located in a residential area surrounded by a few neighbourhoods, apartments and
condominiums as it is an ideal site that benefits the residents. Land is relatively flat across
with slight gradient
SITE ANALYSIS
	
   This site has been a vacant for a long time without any construction or
development. Hence, most areas of the site is covered by trees and grass. A site analysis
show that the site is ideal for development plan due to the following benefits :



1. Surrounded by dense residential area

(Prisma Cheras , Prisma Perdana, Laman Midah Apartment, Taman Midah Flat &
Prima Midah Heights)

3. Has a large unutilised space available for a new development.

4. Site is located right next to main road or Heart of the condominium units
