1. INTRODUCTION
We had found a piece of land that located along
Taman Semangat Indah, 08000 Sungai Petani,
KEDAH. It has an area of 55x51m that was
achieved the size of site that required for this
assignment. We had chosen for this empty land
because there is a good and potential location that
can develop.
The surrounding of the site that we choose is near
a primary school, residential and others. How
many minutes taken to reach the commercial
area? If using transport that is about 5-10 minutes.
That is a good location for the kid for their future
because there is near to the primary school and
just crossing a road to reach the school.
So, we had study the place and the location for
our site and we also decided to choose this empty
land for our site in this assignment.

2. SITE OBSERVATION
From this picture, we show the site of the location
that we had chosen.
Our location is located at the edge of the
residential area. We had study the land and we
know this land is empty for few years. So, we
can’t waste the strategic of the land and cannot
leave it as an empty land.
We should build and make it more useful and rise
the quality for the citizen to enjoy the leisure life.
