World one (Lodha Tower)
World One is a residential skyscraper in Mumbai, currently under construction and projected to be India's tallest at 442 meters with 117 floors. The project, developed by Lodha Group, is expected to contain around 300 luxury homes and was initially set for completion in 2014, now estimated for the first quarter of 2016. With a total cost of about 2000 crore rupees (approximately 370 million USD), the developer aims to generate significant revenue from sales of the apartments.

- 4. An overview tothis project… • Here is the 1450 feet tall Lodha World One Mumbai Residential Skyscraper. • It is currently India’s tallest building under construction and is a residential skyscraper with a proposed height of 442 meters and 117 floors!
- 5. An overview tothis project… • According to some claims this Mumbai World One skyscraper will be the world’s tallest residential building once complete! Because the supertall Pentonium building in Dubai, which was set to become the world’s tallest residential tower with a height of 516m and 122 floors, is currently on hold for a long time.

The World One have total 117 floors… It consist 6 podium levels for parking, 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences, world villas with private pools and duplex world mansions.

- 18. Construction Status… • TillApril 2014, construction of World One Tower has reached 50th floor or approximately 220 mts.
- 19. Construction Status… • LodhaWorld One was started in 2011. • Even this World One tower was schedule to be completed by 2014 but according to latest news from Lodha Group the building will be inaugurated somewhere in the first quarter of 2016.

Cost… • The totalcost of the project is about 2000 crore (US$370 million). • The apartment prices in World One would start from 7.5 crore (US$1.4 million) and the most expensive one be as much as 50 crore (US$9.2 million). • So Lodha Group expects to earn a revenue of 5000 crore (US$920 million) from the sale of the apartments.
