1. A 28-year-old male is found down in a snowbank. He was last
seen leaving a nearby bar a few hours prior. The outdoor
temperature is -16°C. There is no previous medical history
available. You approach the patient and unable to find a radial
pulse however the patient responds to verbal stimulus and you
note shallow breathing
