Treatment focuses on glucocorticoids, calcineurin inhibitors, and allergen-specific immunotherapy, which is effective in 70% of cases. House dust mites, pollens, and molds are major allergens. An elimination diet can help identify food triggers. Human atopic dermatitis serves as a good comparative model for understanding
