This document outlines the course project requirements for an HRM 600 human resource planning course. Students will work in groups of 3 on a capstone project providing recommendations to an organization called H20 on expanding its operations from Germany to the US. The project involves submitting 8 modules on topics like HRIS, staffing, training and development, and total rewards. Each module is worth 50 points and the project total is 490 points. Draft submissions are required and integrated feedback must be included in final submissions. The goal is for students to act as consultants and provide research-based best practices to help H20 align its HR initiatives with US practices as it expands operations.
