Abstract
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 has changed the focus of copyright enforcement away
from the act of copyright infringement and toward the act of circumvention of the technologies used to
protect the rights of digital media owners. Additionally, the act has had adverse effects that outweigh
the benefits that it provides.

Prior to the 1990s, United States copyright legislation, like the media that it protected, had remained

With its uncomplicated moral for parents to look after their children, M (Lang, 1931), the film that
Fritz Lang himself considered his best artwork, reveals the story of Hans Beckert, the man whose
perverted desires turned him into a pedophile and a serial killer. As the story goes, Fritz Lang exposes
and juxtaposes two personalities hidden in Beckert the maniac, the personality that the director
integrates into the movie first, without showing the murderer s face, and the paranoiac who is scared

mirror while the police secretary describes the traits of the maniac, the maniac s transformation as he

blocking, setting of the scenes, and sound design help to reveal Beckert s nature through the film and

manufacturing and testing factory in order to apply the principles of clean technology for air pollution
reduction and standardization of waste water. The research focuses on the assessment implemented by
Clean Technology (CT) to inquire into the cause of air pollution and wastewater. The main application
of clean technology is to minimize air pollution in the welding area (production area), and to develop
a better system for wastewater treatment. Installation of local exhaust ventilation with a proper design
can prevent the emission of welding fumes to the atmosphere and implementation of a treatment plant
will help for the reuse of water. Both can give the company a better environment friendly and working
