Alexander Hamilton And Thomas Jefferson
Alexander Hamilton and Thomas Jefferson had believed in American freedom and independence.
Hamilton was a founding father of the United States, served in the American Revolutionary War,
helped draft the Constitution, and was the first Secretary of the Treasury in Washington s Cabinet.
Thomas Jefferson was the author of the Declaration of Independence, the 3rd president of the United
States, 2nd vice president, and the first Secretary of State. Since Jefferson and Hamilton had different
childhoods and adult experiences growing up, this may have led to a different political view as well.
Alexander Hamilton was born in Charlestown, Nevis, in the West Indies on January 11, 1757 (or
1755), to James Hamilton and Rachel Fawcett. According to www.history.com, Hamilton, himself,
claims that he was born in 1757, but official documents from Nevis list that he was born in 1755. His
father and mother did not have a successful marriage, which led Alexander and his family to
immigrate to St. Croix, where their father soon abandoned the family. During this time, his family was
too poor to afford regular school, so Hamilton was educated by his mother and a clergyman at St.
Croix. While his mother was running a store, Hamilton was employed at an import export firm owned
by Nicholas Cruger. Since Cruger had liked Hamilton, he began to teach him an introduction in global
finance. After spending time at work, Hamilton would go to the library of Reverend Hugh Knox to

Emerson s estate and brought the case to Chief Justice Roger Taney of the supreme court. This case all

Illinois a free state. Now years later, when Emerson want to move back, Scott refuses and stated that

wanted new western states to fall under their views. Missouri compromise of 1819 was introduced to
help fix the issue. However after Missouri Compromise, many other new states were admitted
therefore came the Kansas vs Nebraska act of 1854 which allowed popular sovereignty which is the
people voting for whether the new states become free or slave. This backfires because Illinois was a
free state and by their law it meant that Dred Scott was a free man. However because this case was
addressed in the supreme court, Chief Justice Roger Taney have the power to decide the final verdict
of this case and wanted abolitionist to understand that slavery can never be abolished. Since Chief
justice Roger Taney is a Democratic white slave owner from the south his views on slavery might lean
on the supporting side. Thus he needs evidences to support it. Therefore he use the constitution which
according to the Marbury vs Madison 1803, the Constitution is the law of the land which means

Benjamin Tallmadge Accomplishments
Benjamin Tallmadge was born in Setauket, Long Island on the twenty fifth of February in the year
seventeen fifty four. He attended Yale College in seventeen sixty nine and graduated in seventeen
seventy three, determined to study law (White). While in Yale, Tallmadge became close friends with
Nathan Hale, who would also be involved in American espionage (White). After graduation, he
superintended a school in Weathersfield, Connecticut.
His dreams to study law were shattered when American blood was first shed at Lexington, so he made
an effort to devote to the cause and enlisted in the Continental Army (Tallmadge 6). His old friend,
Captain Chester of Weathersfield, offered him the position of Lieutenant in one of Connecticut s six

He was a war hero and spymaster. He was so modest that his memoir did not even state any detail on
his intelligence accomplishments. He was the intelligence chief, and created America s first spy ring,
and that spy ring helped save the revolution. He monitored his spy ring, while also commanding
soldiers and winning military victories. That was what piqued my interest in Ben: he was a spymaster.
I have a huge interest in spies, but, once I looked into the biography of Benjamin Tallmadge, I realized
that spies in modern, American fiction are much more different than 18th century spying. For one,
they say that they gather intelligence, a term that I have not thought about to be associated when I first
think of a modern day spy. Spy crafts developed by Nathaniel Sackett were also very creative, such as
the Trojan egg ( Turn: Washington s Spies ). Benjamin Tallmadge, Abraham Woodhull, Caleb
Brewster, Robert Townsend, Austin Roe, Jonas Hawkins, and Agent 355 managed the Culper Spy
Ring, and I ve learned how they worked in the 18th century, where spies were hanged for treason and
such. I ve come to the knowledge that the current Central Intelligence Agency may be quite different
than the first spy ring. It can be said that George Washington s Spy Ring set the foundations for spy
techniques that are being used today in the CIA and FBI (DeFord). I ve learned that the books in
fiction portraying spies as undercover agents, trained when they were toddlers, being trained to catch
criminals such as drug dealers or thieves, were very different. I ve never thought of spies having to be
discreet on gathering certain intelligence; but then, I ve never thought about what it was like to spy for
a military. I have a big fascination with spies, but Major Benjamin Tallmadge amplified and increased
that fascination even further. I have learned a lot about the first spies of America, who helped save the

Disadvantages Of Rewable Energy
1.6 RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES Energy that comes from resources which are naturally
replenished on a human timescale such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides, waves and geothermal heat is
termed as renewable energy. The most common definition is that a natural process at a rate that is
equal to or faster than the rate at which that resource is being consumed by renewable energy is from
an energy resource. Renewable energy is a subset of sustainable energy.
1.61 Main types of renewable energy sources:
Hydro Power:
India is endowed with a large potential of hydro power, of which only 17% has been harnessed so far.
The hydroelectricity is a clean and renewable source of energy. It has been felt that there is a long
gestation period in hydro projects due to delays in forest and environment clearance, rehabilitation of
the project effected people besides inter state disputes and construction holdups due to several reasons.
Under RSE only small hydro projects are considered since they do not require large pond age and
have the capacity to provide power to remote and hilly terrain where extension of the grid system is
either un economic or not possible.
Solar Power: The climatic condition in India provides abundant potential of solar power due to large
scale radiation available during a wider part of the year due to tropical condition in the country. The
solar power can be developed for long term use through the application of solar photo voltaic (SPV)

prosecution s case may have been strengthened when it was able to prove during cross examination of

Fritz had lied about the marijuana growing conviction on an application for a gun permit. Although
this testimony may have strengthened the prosecution s case a little by showing that Fritz had lied on

Angel Isolation
Isolation from the world and other people can sometimes be good for people. For those that choose to
step back and take a break from the world, isolation can be a time of growth and self discovery.
However, if a person is forced into isolation, like Gregor Samsa and the angel were, it has a
completely different effect. For the angel in The Very Old Man with Enormous Wings and Gregor
Samsa in The Metamorphosis , their isolation was physical as well as mental. The angel in The Very
Old Man with Enormous Wings , was locked in a chicken coop for what seems to be several months,
constantly being picked at and gawked at by townspeople who had paid to see him. He was a large
man with enormous wings living in a tiny space with no meaningful human contact. Although the
reader is not able to delve into the mind of the angel and see his thoughts, it is easy to imagine how
someone would feel if they were in a strange place, locked in a small chicken coop, and looked upon
as a sideshow. In the Metamorphosis , Gregor Samsa was also locked in a small space for several
months. Although he was in a familiar place, after his transition to a bug, he was looked upon by his
family as a stranger. He became more and more isolated as the story went on both from his family and
his humanity. Although the angel and Gregor were both nonhuman and experienced several months of
isolations, they were very different. The angel was described as an old scruffy man with very large
wings. Gregor on the other hand was a human man that had completely turned into a bug. There were
no physical human characteristics to Gregor once he had turned into a large cockroach. The other
characters in the stories also treated the Gregor and the old man very differently. The people in The
Very Old Man with Enormous Wings , seemed to be a lot more fascinated by the angel than scared of
him. People wanted to see the angel and came from all over and even paid money to do so. In The
Metamorphosis , Gregor s family was terrified of him and kept him locked up in his room until he
died. Another major difference between the two characters was that in the end of The Very Old Man
with Enormous Wings , the angel was freed from the coop, gained his strength

Effects Of Thymosin On The Human Body

Abstract

Thymosin ß 4 is a naturally occurring immunological hormone that is secreted by the thymus gland.

Most of the hormones present in the human body are transported through the blood. Hormones
according to www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/nature/etc/hormones can influence the
function of the immune system and alter one s behavior. These chemical signals are the reason for
many factor including why one s arms are the same length, why one can turn food into a viable fuel,
and why one grows through puberty. Hormones are indicative of changes in target cells by binding to
hormone receptors. In this way, even though hormones circulate throughout the body and meet
different cell types, they only affect cells that possess the necessary receptors. Receptors of a specific
hormone can be found on different cells or a small number of specialized cells. Per www.pbs.com/ the
thyroid hormones act on different tissue types, stimulating metabolic activity throughout the body.
Cells can have receptors for the identical hormone, but often also possess receptors for different types
of hormones. The number of receptors that respond to a hormone determines the cell s sensitivity to a
specific hormone. The number of receptors that respond to a hormone can change over time, resulting
in increasing or decreasing the cell s sensitivity. Often in up regulation, the number of receptors
increases to rising hormone levels, making the cell more sensitive to the hormone. Down regulation
describes when a cell is decreasing the quantity of a cellular component. When the cells respond to a
hormone, they express a specific receptor for that specific hormone. The hormone binds to the
receptor protein, resulting in the activation of a mechanism that ultimately leads to cell type specific
responses. Receptor binding alters cellular activity, resulting in an increase or decrease in normal body
processes. According to www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline depending on the location of the protein

Moll Flanders Analysis
In Daniel Defoe s Moll Flanders we follow a woman named Moll throughout her life. She encounters
several serious situations, gets married five times, and has many children that she leaves in the care of
their fathers or paternal grandparents. As a society, the first emotion that comes to our minds when we
recognize these behaviors in a woman is disgust, after all, how could a woman leave her children?
However, if a man did the very same some readers wouldn t give it a second thought. Defoe s story
brings to light societal concerns regarding women in his time period and how society should address
them.
The key issue is the number of children Moll has and leaves behind. In total, she has 12 children by
the end of her story; three are dead, seven that are left with their fathers or grandparents, and two of
which are left unaccounted for. Only one does she ever reunite with and not until late in life. To
society, the question remains, why she didn t try her best to bring up and support her children from her
first husband. Scholars question whether it was due to her own abandonment as an infant and lack of a
motherly figure to teach her how to love her own children, they were nothing more than a
happenstance of sex, or if it was because she was never able to feel secure of her own basic needs and
thus couldn t think to take care of another s. Firstly, Moll was born in a prison because her mother was
a convicted felon. After six months, her mother was transferred to a

Violation Of Grant Assurance 22 Essay
In the past, the FAA has found a constructive grant of a prohibited exclusive right whenever a Sponsor
violated Grant Assurance 22, without regard to the number of entities conducting the same
aeronautical activities or providing the same services. Under current policy, the FAA will consider the
presence of other entities at the airport engaged in the same activities before finding that a violation of
Grant Assurance 22 is also a constructive violation of Grant Assurance 23.
The Grant Assurance includes an exception that permits a single FBO if both of the conditions below
are met:
It would be unreasonably costly, burdensome, or impractical for more than one fixed based operator to
provide such services; and
If allowing more than one FBO would require the reduction of space currently leased by the single
FBO.
In other words, even if it would be impractical for two FBOs to operate at the airport, if the Sponsor
has vacant space that could accommodate a second FBO, it cannot rely on this exception to deny
access to the second FBO.
In addition, the FAA interprets Grant Assurance 23 to permit a Sponsor to offer commercial
aeronautical services with its own employees and equipment on an exclusive basis. This right is
referred to as the proprietary exclusive right. The use of the Sponsor s own employees and equipment
is critical to this exception. The Sponsor cannot rely on an agency relationship or contract the services
to a third party and claim the proprietary exclusive

The Satire Of Lysistrata And The Athenian Coupe Of 411 Bc...
Satire have an amazing power. It is often used to make people laugh, think and enjoy; however, it can
also be used, unintentionally, for manipulation. People claim Aristophanes work, Lysistrata, to be an
attack on the political structure of ancient Greece, and it can be argued that the play incited the
Athenian coupe of 411 BC (Ruffell, 2013, p. 270). The main intention of satire is to make people
laugh, and in order to accomplish that goal, a theme must be created using recognizable figures in
society and geographic locations that the audience can connect to. Also, the use of comedic devices
should be present to entice laugh and maybe change. When themes and comedic devices start to
dabble in politics and social injustices, people begin ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It can be interpreted that the person who holds the status and ideals are the victim.
How a victim of humiliation is targeted must be further explored to relate ancient Greek comedy to
modern comedy. In ancient Greek comedies, these poor souls are referred to as being a
komodoumenos. The longer a person held a prominent title, the more suitable he was to become the
butt of a joke. If the person was also greedy and caught in the act of doing a crime to the public, he
was ensuring that he would be the target of a Greek comedy (Sommerstein, 1996). The reason the
length of time that someone held a position of power was, and still is, important is because time offers
opportunities to either gain shame or respect. For those who gained the former, the audience would be
able to instantly connect to the theme emerging from the ridicule. Today, The Rick Mercer Report
imitates the comedies of Ancient Greece by showcasing the less than attractive characteristics of
prominent Canadian politicians. The humiliation of the politicians is the theme of the show, and it is
not intended for political information, but for satirical entertainment. The reason the audience is able
to connect to the theme is because of prior knowledge of the politicians (Onusko, 2011, p. 140). It is
here that the foolishness of the audience begins, as they believe the satire to be a political view, and
not just entertainment for comedy s sake.

Advantages And Disadvantages Of New Building
When searching through Singapore real estate websites such as Property Guru, new homes and new
builds are particularly tempting. If you intend to stay in your home for a long time, it makes sense to
go for a new building without any faults rather than one which will soon become rundown and
obsolete. There are both advantages and disadvantages of new builds, however, some of which are
listed below:
Positives:
If you buy an empty plot of land, you can customise your house fully based on your own
specifications and needs. If you ve always wanted hardwood floors or a games room or a sauna, you
can finally have them. This means you can have your house built to modern specifications, making
internet access available throughout the whole house, for example, which isn t always possible in
older buildings, and make it ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
There is also a lot of red tape and safety regulations to cut through, and almost all of this has to be
handled by the owner. Numerous unseen costs such as drainage issues or cable installation can easily
eat up both your budget and your savings.
If your home is in a new town or a neighbourhood that is still being built up, there will likely be a lot
of construction around your home for years to come. Not only will this cause a lot of noise, it can
cause traffic delays, there will be a significant amount of dust and debris in the air, and it could take
longer before your local community is built up and you can start building connections with your
neighbours. Established neighbourhoods will already have this community feeling.
You might have noticed that many new builds are often built to the exact same blueprint and
specification with little variation to them. This makes building easier, but lacks the character and
originality of older neighbourhoods. The Homeowners Alliance cited this lack of charm as one of the
main reasons why people avoid new

Essay on Fear in Journey s End by RC Sheriff
Fear in Journey s End
The definition of fear is a feeling of agitation and anxiety caused by the presence or imminence of
danger. Fear is reflected by the continual tension throughout the play. All the characters deal with fear
in their own different ways. This reflects their personality and gives us an outline of how they really
deal with the troubles, which arise during their experiences in a dangerous surrounding, and also, by
dealing with the outcomes that they have to face in life. Stanhope deals with pain and fear through
expressing his anger and also by his drinking habits. Hibbert deals with fear by trying to run away
from it. Osborne talks about unnecessary topics, such as rugby, to hide his fears. Throughout the ...

An example of Stanhope being in a situation like this, where he becomes very stressed out, is with the
situation with Hibbert wanting to leave,
No man of mine s going sick before the attack. They re going to take an equal chance together.
Due to Stanhope having to deal with this problem, he is put under a lot of stress, trying to persuade
Hibbert to stay. Even the thought that one of his men want to leave, without achieving anything,
disappoints him, therefore making him more fretful and therefore more vulnerable to drinking alcohol.
Stanhope deals with his fears by expressing indiscriminative anger towards the rest of the soldiers. He
goes out of control. Such as in
Act 2 Scene 2, Stanhope releases his own aggression at Hibbert because of what he fears. All of this
started when Hibbert tried to run away from the trenches. Hibbert complained that he was terribly ill,
This neuralgia of mine. I m awfully sorry. I m afraid I cant stick it any longer,
and forces himself to the doctors in order to run away from fighting at war. This makes Stanhope
extremely angry; knowing that one of his soldiers is giving up instead of achieving anything. Stanhope
has had to go through many hard times while at war, and knowing that Hibbert has had it easy, makes
him furious. Therefore, he holds a gun to
Hibbert and threatens to shoot if he leaves,
If you went, I d have you shot for deserting. It s a hell of a

Deng Xiaoping And Mao Zedong s Cultural Revolution In The...
Life in China during the 1980s began to progress because of the Economic Reform in Communist
China. Leaders of the communist party, Deng Xiaoping and Mao Zedong did not agree with each
other on one major part of Chinese history, which was the Cultural Revolution. Deng disagreed with
Mao on Mao s views about the ideas of a cultural revolution in China, because he believed that it
would become a negative effect on the people. Deng Xiaoping was openly critical of Mao Zedong s
ideas but Deng was also one of the leaders of the communist party, so nonetheless, he was arrested
and removed from office until the end of the Cultural Revolution. A few years later, in 1976, Mao
Zedong had passed away, leaving the country in despair. Deng Xiaoping rose to power and began
working non stop on economic reforms in communist China in the many years to come. Deng
Xiaoping was a much more effective leader than Mao Zedong. China began growing economically
and Deng provided better lives for people and created hope for his country, but his journey was not
short and nor was it simple.
Mao Zedong believed that a socialist society would be ideal, but the cultural revolution, a move
towards socialism, proved to be damaging to the country. The cultural revolution began in 1966 led by
the communist party. Mao Zedong aimed for a new society in Communist China, which would later
become what is now known as Maoism. He believed in self dependence and many people supported
him, but there were others who did

participants, research design, instruments, data collection procedures, and limitations informing the
research. The purpose of the proposed study is to determine the effectiveness of the i Ready®
computer based reading program used at a Title I school in a large urban district for relationship to
increases of student reading achievement. i Ready® is an interactive computer based instructional
program designed to accelerate reading and language skills at the host school. According to
Curriculum Associates (2014,) i Ready® combines assessment and individualized instruction in a
single web based format ensuring accessibility anywhere a computer or tablet with internet access is
available. i Ready® screens all students for reading difficulties by first requiring students to take a
computerized diagnostic test to determine a personal i Ready® ability level. Thus, the diagnostic can
monitor individual performance throughout primary and secondary education by analyzing specific
needs for students. The adaptive technology analyzes test response patterns to derive information in
order to pinpoint needs more efficiently than traditional fixed form testing methods.
The i Ready program was designed in 2013 to meet the growing demands of the Common Core State

A Brief Note On Tobacco Control Measures Were Challenged...
II. Tobacco control measures were challenged in the WTO 1. Measures relating to provisions of the
GATT 1994
WTO members might impose tariff and non tariff measures on tobacco products when these products
are imported to their territories. However, by the three critical principles, which are mentioned in the
previous part, the GATT 1994 prevents WTO members from measures establishing discrimination and
trade restriction. Therefore, in boundary measures imposed on tobacco products might be challenged
under these principles.
In Dominican Republic Measures Affecting the Importation and Internal Seal of Cigarettes in 2004,
Honduras submitted its request to establish proceedings in the framework of the WTO to claim that
measures, which the Dominican Republic imposed on imported cigarettes, did not comply with some
provisions of the GATT 1994.
1.1. Transition surcharge and foreign exchange fee
The Dominican Republic imposed a transition surcharge on all imported products, including
cigarettes. The amount of the surcharge is 2 percent of the cost, insurance and freight value of the
imported good . Importers had to pay extra 10 percent of value of the products imported to the
Dominican Republic at the selling rate for foreign exchange in the this country. Honduras claimed that
these surcharge and fee did not comply with Article II:1(b) of the GATT 1994.
The Panel noted that the surcharge and fee:

properties of either acids or bases, have equal parts hydrogen and hydronium ions and don t change
the color of litmus paper or other acid base indicators. A base is a chemical species that donates
electrons or hydroxide ions or that accepts protons. Bases tend to change the color of acid base

At first, I was looking for an archival internship in which I could do research using primary sources.
This qualification limited the internships available for me. I also wanted to get away from Western
Massachusetts, because after growing up here and spending the last few summers working here at
Smith, I felt like it was time for a change. I found internships at presidential libraries across the
country, as well as historical societies. When I expressed my interest in archives to someone from my
hometown, who work for the Clerk s Office of the House of Representatives, she encouraged me to
get into contact with the Office of the Historian. I applied for an internship in their office and was
lucky enough to be chosen. The reason why I chose to work for the Office of the Historian rather than
an independant archive or a historical society is because the information available through the Office
of the Historian, although focused on Congress, is vast in terms of people covered, time covered, and I
have no limits on my research. Another quality that I appreciated in this internship is that it seems
more collaborative than other ones I was applying for. This internship requires you to work in an
office, do individual research and collaborate with other historians on much larger projects. I also

Essay My experience at the Riverside Metropolitan Museum
INTRODUCTION Some say that it is better not to dwell on the past because it cannot be changed. To
these people, it is not necessarily bad to reminisce on what has happened throughout the years, but it is
better to focus on what is taking place right now. They believe that the present is another chance to
start fresh and anew without letting past experiences burden them. However, what they do not seem to
realize is that the past, present, and future are interrelated. The present is a result of the past, while the
future depends entirely on the choices, (and course of action for those choices), that are made in the
present. With that being said, studying humanity and past cultures are significant to society.

Measuring Fair Value Accounting Standards
Fair Value accounting is a measurement application to value assets and liabilities based on current
transactions among buyers and sellers in the market. In other words, the price market participants pay
or receive in an orderly transaction at a certain date. There are different techniques for measuring fair
values depending on asset and market activity. It includes market approach, cost approach, and income
approach. Financial Accounting standards (FAS 157) defines fair value as the price that would be
received to sell an asset or paid to transfer a liability in an orderly transaction between market
participants at the measurement date (FASB, 2006). Different levels of inputs are also utilized in

In contrast, Historical Cost accounting is defined by recording assets or liabilities on its acquired cost.
The nominal value that a company paid for an asset or recorded a liability. This measurement is based
on a cost principal that states to record assets/liabilities at the acquisition value. In this approach,
assets or liabilities are adjusted to its net realizable value in a systematic manner. For example,
depreciation of fixed assets, amortization of intangible assets, and depletion of natural resources.
These rational and systematics approaches to adjust assets value to bring these instruments to its
carrying value, deviating from the recorded historical cost. HCA (Historical Cost Accounting) and
FVA (Fair Value Accounting) measurements techniques are accepted by both accounting standard
setters FASB (Financial Accounting Standard Board) and IASB (International Accounting Standard
board). Under both measurement approaches, there could be significant differences in reporting,
measuring, adjusting, and disclosing values of assets and liabilities. GAAP (Generally Accepted
Accounting Principles) and IFRS (Internal financial Reporting Standards) mostly apply fair value
concepts to financial assets and liabilities up to certain extent. On the other hand, HCA is usually used
for fixed assets e.g. property, plant and equipment. FVA measurements are not fixed and fluctuate due
to market volatility, but HCA values are mostly fixed and change under certain

Should People Be Allowed To Keep Pitbulls As Pets Essay
Dogs are friendly, loyal house pets. They are intelligent, so they can provide services to people, such
as working with police officers at airports searching bags for bombs and illegal drugs. Dogs work as
guards protecting families and their most valuable belongings. Many disabled people live with trained
dogs. These animals are versatile, intelligent and loyal. By far, dogs are more superior pets than any
other pet. People should be allowed to keep pit bulls as pets because there is a lot of misunderstood
information that people do not know about, and they are not aggressive, and they are an excellent dog/
pet. Many people have wrong information about pit bulls. After adopting a pit bull herself, Dickey was
shocked to witness the negative responses her pet evoked (Kirkus). These dogs are very smart, and
most everybody does not realize that. They are very easy to train and learn things quickly. Back in the
day, pit bulls were used to help hunters hunt and kill bears. They are very affectionate towards their
owners. They like to remind you regularly of how they feel towards and that means a lot of kisses and

The Anatomy and Physiology of Lipids Essay
The Anatomy and Physiology of Lipids
Abstract
When you get up each morning and look outside your window looking out at the beautiful plants and
adorable little animals, have you ever wondered what makes all living things? Lipids are what help
create all the living things we see everyday. Lipids are found in all membranes, mainly plasma
membranes, meaning animals and plants contain lipids. In this paper I will display and explain the
formation of micelles and bi layers from lipid amphiphilicity. A variety of books were used to study
different types of lipids; the three major components, glycerophospholipids, sphingolipids, and sterols,
and their affects in the cellular and multicultural systems.

However instead of the glycerol, it is replaced by a sphingosine backbone.4 These lipids are
commonly located within the myelin sheath which is found close to the nerve cells.5 This component

Signal transmission detects any viral or harmful factors among the surface of the cell and physical

Criminal Justice And The Juvenile Justice System
Introduction to Criminal Justice Criminal Justice is such a broad subject and workforce. At this point
in time criminal justice is needed more than ever in America and the world as we know it today. The
criminal justice system has improved more and more throughout history by changing something as
simple as law enforcement officer s purpose and who they are taking orders from. The objective of
this analysis is to break down these three criminal justice subjects: the juvenile justice system, prison
life and the different policing eras. Juveniles has an extensive background of violent crimes
throughout history. Ever since the 1990s crime rates for youth has decreased in some way compared to
the late 18th century and early 19th century. These descending crime rates have driven numerous of
jurisdictions to reconsider how they go about juvenile justices practices, which were so popular so
many years ago. States launched dominant systematic reforms arranged to diminish institutional
incarceration. Punishment for youth by the courts consisted off jails and penitentiaries. From an
historical aspect the idea; of having a different legal structure for youth offenders is rather new. In the
past, children as young as 7 years old who were detained for crimes were incarcerated right along with
adults. In the United States in the earl nineteenth century, the concept of amending juveniles was
fundamental in this country. The first juvenile facility called The House of Refuge in New

Compare And Contrast Renaissance Music And Medieval Music
The Medieval period began in 500 A.D. and ended in 1450 A.D. During this time in particular, the
Catholic Church had significant influence on how music was used and created. Sacred music, for
example, was most prevalent because of this. Due to the religious nature of this period, music in the
church had to adhere to very specific regulations, some of which included prayers such as plainchants
or Gregorian chants. A single melody without harmony, or one musical part sung together in unison, is
called a Monophonic melody, which was sung primarily by monks. Some time later, around 900 A.D.,
the using of two melodic lines was permitted by the church, this music was called organum. A low,
continuous note called a drone, was sung at the same time as the main melody. The two melodies were
often moving in contrasting motion to each other. By the Late Medieval period, 1100 A.D., the music
of the church had shifted from monophonic to more polyphonic, often two or more varying parts. The
Renaissance period, from 1450 A.D. to 1600 A.D., comprised of two main types of music, sacred and
secular. In comparison with the Medieval period, where music was usually reserved for church
purposes, the Renaissance period allowed music to expand beyond the church into upper aristocratic
society. Sacred music included motets and mass, while secular included madrigals, instrumental and
dance music. Motets initially came about during the late Medieval period, but grew sizably during the
Renaissance,

Sexual Education Is Important Today
Sexuality plays a major role in everyone s life, and it is a part of being human regardless of the gender,
age, race, or religion. Everyone has their way of expressing their sexuality, either with thoughts and
fantasy, or with their sexual partners. Sexuality could be controlled or ruled by the person s desires,
and whatever they fantasize is what fits their hidden personality. Also, religion and education could
control their thoughts into disliking some acts of the sexual activities, like anal or oral sex, some
religions or parents try to put them in the X zone; which make the person grow up with the attitude of
forbidding those sexual acts or seeing them as unacceptable in religious and psychological
perspectives. Education is something important to everyone in their lifetime, sexual education is

The concept of naming in Song of Solomon was first introduced through a local road known as Not
Doctor Street. The street s title was commonplace after years of colloquial reference from locals, but
never truly official:
Town maps registered the street as Mains Avenue, but the only colored doctor in the city had lived and
died on that street, and when he moved there in 1866 his patients took to calling the street, which none
of them lived on or near, Doctor Street. Later, when other Negroes moved there, and when the postal
service became a popular means of transferring messages among them, envelopes from Louisiana,
Virginia, Alabama and Georgia began to arrive addressed to people on Doctor Street. The post office
workers returned these envelopes or passed them on to the Dead Letter Office. Then in 1918, when
colored men were being drafted, a few gave their address at the recruitment office as Doctor Street. In
that way, the name acquired a quasi official status. (4)
However, the status did not last long because city legislators disapproved and posted numerous
bulletins in local establishments stating that the road, had always and would always be known as
Mains Avenue and not Doctor Street (4). Locals were then able to both obey the local ordindances and
satisfy their interests by referring to the road as Not Doctor Street. The residents were able to take
some control of the area s situation by

1. Draw a circle with your protractor or stencil
2. Starting from the 12 o¡¦clock position on the circle, measure an angle of 180 degrees with your

3. Repeat that process with each remaining pie and drawing in their radius according to their
percentage of 360 degrees.
The pie chart in Figure 1 quickly tells you that the majority of the patrons like rap best, and the
remaining students prefer alternative, then rock and roll, then country and ending with classical music.

Is It Good Or Bad To Go Against Society Research Paper
Is It Good or Bad to Go Against Society Society can be viewed in two ways: Evil and limiting or there
for a reason. It is based on opinions whether living as an aggregate of people is helpful or it deprives
rights. Throughout history, the ones who went against society were the ones who disagreed and
wanted something to change. Stories are told from these fights and are created into books, which

respect for coloreds was highly looked down upon, but Atticus knew that he didn t agree with that.
That being the reason, he risked his profile in town to defend Tom Robinson, a colored man, at a trail.

Physician Assisted Suicide For The Terminally Ill Essay
Physician assisted suicide for the terminally ill is one of the most debated policies in America.
Physician assisted suicide (PAS) is only considered a when a patient has a terminal illness and
expresses their right to end their life with a physician. This scenario typically takes place when a
patient is suffering severely from a terminal illness and it is only a matter of time before they will die.
Advocates for PAS have typically had a loved one who is or was suffering through their final stages of
life. Each individual state has specific laws and policies regarding the process of PAS; however, the
requirements for a patient to be considered for PAS are similar (Death with Dignity, n.d.).
Presently, there are currently only five states in which PAS is legally permitted: Oregon, Washington,
California, Vermont, and Montana. In 2016, there are 20 states in which PAS laws could change, so in
order to fully understand the arguments and policies regarding PAS, one must be aware of the key
terms of PAS. The term euthanasia is often used interchangeably with PAS, but they are different.
Euthanasia occurs when a physician administers life ending drugs into a patient, however, PAS occurs
when the patient administers the life ending drugs themselves with a physician s assistance (Death
with Dignity, n.d.).
With the likely increase in states that allow PAS, there are many issues with stakeholders and policies
that need to be addressed. There will undoubtedly be ongoing

What Is The Difference Between The Scarlet Letter And The...
Try to imagine being charged with a crime, being placed under arrest and given a fair trial by a jury of
your peers. Also imagine that you re in the 17th century. This drastic time change makes all the
difference because of the different ideologies and beliefs of the time period. The Scarlet Letter and
The Crucible both take place at a time in our nation s history that is much studied for its significance.
These were times when America was just beginning to become colonized. The Scarlet Letter and The
Crucible teach the readers vital information about the time period in which these texts take place. To
begin with, The Scarlet Letter and The Crucible relay vital information to the reader about how rule
breakers were considered outcasts in ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
We also see Dimmesdale protecting his reputation when he goes and meets with Hester in secret. He
never really wanted anybody to see them together for fear that somebody would make the connection.
Another example is seen in The Crucible, in which John Proctor wanted to keep his reputation in
check. He had also committed adultery by having an affair with a younger girl. Much like
Dimmesdale, Proctor was able to keep it a secret for most of his life. We also see how important John
s reputation was to him when his life was on the line. John Proctor had a decision to make late in the
story. He had to choose between his reputation and his life. John chose to be hanged rather than have
his confession posted on the church door for all to see (Miller 143). These examples show how much
reputations meant to the people of the time period in which these texts take place. Additionally, these
texts allow for readers to gain knowledge about how punishments were done publically in order to
bring shame upon the guilty party. For example, in The Scarlet Letter, Hester had to wear a scarlet
letter A in order to make others aware of her crime (Hawthorne 51). Her scarlet letter A displayed her
crime of committing adultery. Others put her down because the letter made them aware of her action
and caused them to take action avoiding her. There were times, however, that Hester would try to
escape the shame caused by her letter. During

Nidal Hasan s Murder
Nidal Hasan
Thirteen people were killed and over thirty were injured at Fort Hood in Texas. Imagine sitting at
home, hearing about this massacre on the news, when you get a phone call about your loved one s
death in a military training center. Filled with fear and questions about the horrible event and how you
will move on, flood your mind. For some families, this was the case on November 5, 2009. Who
would do such a twisted, horrible thing after being part of the service himself? Nidal Hasan found a
reason and planned this event out, and would later even admit to it in court.
Nidal Hasan has been accused of the shooting that occurred at a training center on November 5th
2009, killing thirteen people and injuring many others (Jonsson ... Show more content on

His condition was soon considered as stable. However news implied that Nidal was in a comba. On
November 7th, the medical center Nidal was stationed at, shared that he was taken off of the
ventilator, regained consciousness, and is now able to talk. On November 21st a hearing was held in
Nidal s hospital room (Nidal 7). During the trials Nidal stated, the evidence will clearly show that I am
the shooter (Jonsson 1. During these events, authorities and media made sure to be careful when
talking about his Muslim religion because they did not know for sure if it played a part in his actions (
Massacre 1). People are seeking justice in the case against Nidal. Munley, a survivor of the attack
states, how some families of the victims want to see him sentenced to death (Jervis 4). She also states,
that there is not one victim who is not fed up (Jervis 3). Munley also shares how some victims she has
talked to are split whether Nidal deserves to die or if life in prison and sitting in a wheelchair is
enough. Those in Killean, had been following the trial with a mix of dismay over the case s pace and
anger. At Papa s Cafe, In nearby Harker Heights, Beverly Tuggle, at the age of 65, says that the case of
Nidal Hasan is as common talked about topic among friends (Jervis 4). Jury eventually decided that
Nidal was found guilty and a unanimous vote that he should be executed was

Native American Literature Film
Parallels of Imperialism and Opression in Avatar
Set on the planet Pandora, Avatar is a science fiction story of a money hungry corporation s attempt to
conquer and excavate the land of humanoids known as Na Vi. Jake Sully is a paraplegic, who is sent
to space to complete his deceased brother s mission because they share the same genome, which is
necessary to navigate the expensive avatar that had already been cloned. We learn that the avatar is
basically a mind transporter used to be a part of and learn about the Na Vi community. During his first
expedition in the land of the Na Vi, Jake gets lost and encounters one of the main female members of
the tribe who ends up taking him under her wing and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The evil powers want the aborigines off of the territory because there is a very valuable mineral in the
ground. They don t mind killing them off for achieving the goal, a narrative statement from Avatar.
The statements made were evidently anti war, some viewers even went as far to say that the film and
its director, James Cameron, were anti American. The additional expressions of American policy on
terrorism and neglect of veterans contributed to the anti American assertions. The Colonel of the space
troops exclaims that they will fight terror with terror, paraphrasing an infamous Bush quote he said
regarding Pakistan during a press conference in 2007. The film also touches on the topic veteran
benefits in its fifth narrative line, A VA check and 12 bucks won t get you a cup of coffee not on vet
benefits, not in this economy. The film also disparages corporate greed in more moments than one.
One moment this is evident is when Parker Selfridge, the passive aggressive head administrator of the
Resources Development Administration expresses his frustration and disregard towards the indigenous
peoples saying, the damn village happens to be sitting on top of the richest unobtanium deposit within
200 klicks in any direction. I mean, look at all that cheddar! Subsequently, the castigations against
oppression of the indigenous and destruction of ecosystems for minerals

The Basic Initial Franchise Fee
[1] $30,000 is the basic initial franchise fee. See Item 5 for option fees and conditions when this fee is
partly refundable.
[2] At least 15 servicemen are required for each location.
[3] Franchisees have the responsibility to find a suitable place that is under the list of approved
location for casinos. DA will provide lease negotiation assistance. The cost varies in different
locations and sizes.
[4] Equipment is leased by Double Aces on a yearly basis. This payment is only refundable under
some circumstances. See Item 5 for details.
[5] It includes delivery, offloading, assembling, and installation of the equipment. Notes
Franchisor s point of view
Double Aces will lease equipment such as gaming tables and computer software to franchisees
because these are proprietary to the franchise operating system. Quality control and easier training are
the advantages of leasing equipment. It ensures all the franchisees are using the equipment that meets
the standard. Also, it would be easier and less costly for DA to train employees from different
franchises because all the equipment is identical. DA trainers will not have to study different operation
manuals of equipment from different brands. Domino s Pizza requires its franchisees to buy the
necessary ingredients and supplies from an approved list of suppliers in order to ensure consistent
quality throughout its franchise system. [ ] Therefore, DA will also require franchisees to purchase
other minor inputs, such as chips

Hamilton was a founding father of the United States, served in the American Revolutionary War, helped draft the Constitution, and was the first Secretary of the Treasury in Washington s Cabinet. Thomas Jefferson was the author of the Declaration of Independence, the 3rd president of the United States, 2nd vice president, and the first Secretary of State. Since Jefferson and Hamilton had different childhoods and adult experiences growing up, this may have led to a different political view as well. Alexander Hamilton was born in Charlestown, Nevis, in the West Indies on January 11, 1757 (or 1755), to James Hamilton and Rachel Fawcett. According to www.history.com, Hamilton, himself, claims that he was born in 1757, but official documents from Nevis list that he was born in 1755. His father and mother did not have a successful marriage, which led Alexander and his family to immigrate to St. Croix, where their father soon abandoned the family. During this time, his family was too poor to afford regular school, so Hamilton was educated by his mother and a clergyman at St. Croix. While his mother was running a store, Hamilton was employed at an import export firm owned by Nicholas Cruger. Since Cruger had liked Hamilton, he began to teach him an introduction in global finance. After spending time at work, Hamilton would go to the library of Reverend Hugh Knox to learn more in ... Therefore many conflict between Northern, Republican and Southern, Democrat arose since both side wanted new western states to fall under their views. Missouri compromise of 1819 was introduced to help fix the issue. However after Missouri Compromise, many other new states were admitted therefore came the Kansas vs Nebraska act of 1854 which allowed popular sovereignty which is the people voting for whether the new states become free or slave. This backfires because Illinois was a free state and by their law it meant that Dred Scott was a free man. However because this case was addressed in the supreme court, Chief Justice Roger Taney have the power to decide the final verdict of this case and wanted abolitionist to understand that slavery can never be abolished. Since Chief justice Roger Taney is a Democratic white slave owner from the south his views on slavery might lean on the supporting side. Thus he needs evidences to support it. He was a war hero and spymaster. He was so modest that his memoir did not even state any detail on his intelligence accomplishments. He was the intelligence chief, and created America s first spy ring, and that spy ring helped save the revolution. He monitored his spy ring, while also commanding soldiers and winning military victories. That was what piqued my interest in Ben: he was a spymaster. I have a huge interest in spies, but, once I looked into the biography of Benjamin Tallmadge, I realized that spies in modern, American fiction are much more different than 18th century spying. For one, they say that they gather intelligence, a term that I have not thought about to be associated when I first think of a modern day spy. Spy crafts developed by Nathaniel Sackett were also very creative, such as the Trojan egg ( Turn: Washington s Spies ). Benjamin Tallmadge, Abraham Woodhull, Caleb Brewster, Robert Townsend, Austin Roe, Jonas Hawkins, and Agent 355 managed the Culper Spy Ring, and I ve learned how they worked in the 18th century, where spies were hanged for treason and such. I ve come to the knowledge that the current Central Intelligence Agency may be quite different than the first spy ring. It can be said that George Washington s Spy Ring set the foundations for spy techniques that are being used today in the CIA and FBI (DeFord). I ve learned that the books in fiction portraying spies as undercover agents, trained when they were toddlers, being trained to catch criminals such as drug dealers or thieves, were very different. I ve never thought of spies having to be discreet on gathering certain intelligence; but then, I ve never thought about what it was like to spy for a military. I have a big fascination with spies, but Major Benjamin Tallmadge amplified and increased that fascination even further. I have learned a lot about the first spies of America, who helped save the ... The most common definition is that a natural process at a rate that is equal to or faster than the rate at which that resource is being consumed by renewable energy is from an energy resource. • 9. Angel Isolation Isolation from the world and other people can sometimes be good for people. For those that choose to step back and take a break from the world, isolation can be a time of growth and self discovery. However, if a person is forced into isolation, like Gregor Samsa and the angel were, it has a completely different effect. For the angel in The Very Old Man with Enormous Wings and Gregor Samsa in The Metamorphosis , their isolation was physical as well as mental. The angel in The Very Old Man with Enormous Wings , was locked in a chicken coop for what seems to be several months, constantly being picked at and gawked at by townspeople who had paid to see him. He was a large man with enormous wings living in a tiny space with no meaningful human contact. Although the reader is not able to delve into the mind of the angel and see his thoughts, it is easy to imagine how someone would feel if they were in a strange place, locked in a small chicken coop, and looked upon as a sideshow. In the Metamorphosis , Gregor Samsa was also locked in a small space for several months. Although he was in a familiar place, after his transition to a bug, he was looked upon by his family as a stranger. He became more and more isolated as the story went on both from his family and his humanity. Although the angel and Gregor were both nonhuman and experienced several months of isolations, they were very different. The angel was described as an old scruffy man with very large wings. Gregor on the other hand was a human man that had completely turned into a bug. There were no physical human characteristics to Gregor once he had turned into a large cockroach. The other characters in the stories also treated the Gregor and the old man very differently. The people in The Very Old Man with Enormous Wings , seemed to be a lot more fascinated by the angel than scared of him. People wanted to see the angel and came from all over and even paid money to do so. In The Metamorphosis , Gregor s family was terrified of him and kept him locked up in his room until he died. Another major difference between the two characters was that in the end of The Very Old Man with Enormous Wings , the angel was freed from the coop, gained his strength ... These chemical signals are the reason for many factor including why one s arms are the same length, why one can turn food into a viable fuel, and why one grows through puberty. Hormones are indicative of changes in target cells by binding to hormone receptors. In this way, even though hormones circulate throughout the body and meet different cell types, they only affect cells that possess the necessary receptors. Receptors of a specific hormone can be found on different cells or a small number of specialized cells. Per www.pbs.com/ the thyroid hormones act on different tissue types, stimulating metabolic activity throughout the body. Cells can have receptors for the identical hormone, but often also possess receptors for different types of hormones. The number of receptors that respond to a hormone determines the cell s sensitivity to a specific hormone. The number of receptors that respond to a hormone can change over time, resulting in increasing or decreasing the cell s sensitivity. Often in up regulation, the number of receptors increases to rising hormone levels, making the cell more sensitive to the hormone. Down regulation describes when a cell is decreasing the quantity of a cellular component. When the cells respond to a hormone, they express a specific receptor for that specific hormone. The hormone binds to the receptor protein, resulting in the activation of a mechanism that ultimately leads to cell type specific responses. However, if a man did the very same some readers wouldn t give it a second thought. Defoe s story brings to light societal concerns regarding women in his time period and how society should address them. The key issue is the number of children Moll has and leaves behind. In total, she has 12 children by the end of her story; three are dead, seven that are left with their fathers or grandparents, and two of which are left unaccounted for. Only one does she ever reunite with and not until late in life. To society, the question remains, why she didn t try her best to bring up and support her children from her first husband. Scholars question whether it was due to her own abandonment as an infant and lack of a motherly figure to teach her how to love her own children, they were nothing more than a happenstance of sex, or if it was because she was never able to feel secure of her own basic needs and thus couldn t think to take care of another s. Violation Of Grant Assurance 22 Essay In the past, the FAA has found a constructive grant of a prohibited exclusive right whenever a Sponsor violated Grant Assurance 22, without regard to the number of entities conducting the same aeronautical activities or providing the same services. Under current policy, the FAA will consider the presence of other entities at the airport engaged in the same activities before finding that a violation of Grant Assurance 22 is also a constructive violation of Grant Assurance 23. The Grant Assurance includes an exception that permits a single FBO if both of the conditions below are met: It would be unreasonably costly, burdensome, or impractical for more than one fixed based operator to provide such services; and If allowing more than one FBO would require the reduction of space currently leased by the single FBO. It is often used to make people laugh, think and enjoy; however, it can also be used, unintentionally, for manipulation. People claim Aristophanes work, Lysistrata, to be an attack on the political structure of ancient Greece, and it can be argued that the play incited the Athenian coupe of 411 BC (Ruffell, 2013, p. 270). The main intention of satire is to make people laugh, and in order to accomplish that goal, a theme must be created using recognizable figures in society and geographic locations that the audience can connect to. Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... It can be interpreted that the person who holds the status and ideals are the victim. How a victim of humiliation is targeted must be further explored to relate ancient Greek comedy to modern comedy. In ancient Greek comedies, these poor souls are referred to as being a komodoumenos. The longer a person held a prominent title, the more suitable he was to become the butt of a joke. If the person was also greedy and caught in the act of doing a crime to the public, he was ensuring that he would be the target of a Greek comedy (Sommerstein, 1996). The reason the length of time that someone held a position of power was, and still is, important is because time offers opportunities to either gain shame or respect. For those who gained the former, the audience would be able to instantly connect to the theme emerging from the ridicule. Today, The Rick Mercer Report imitates the comedies of Ancient Greece by showcasing the less than attractive characteristics of prominent Canadian politicians. The humiliation of the politicians is the theme of the show, and it is not intended for political information, but for satirical entertainment. The reason the audience is able to connect to the theme is because of prior knowledge of the politicians (Onusko, 2011, p. 140). It is here that the foolishness of the audience begins, as they believe the satire to be a political view, and not just entertainment for comedy s sake. Ruffell (2013) claims that the victim of ... At first, I was looking for an archival internship in which I could do research using primary sources. This qualification limited the internships available for me. I also wanted to get away from Western Massachusetts, because after growing up here and spending the last few summers working here at Smith, I felt like it was time for a change. I found internships at presidential libraries across the country, as well as historical societies. When I expressed my interest in archives to someone from my hometown, who work for the Clerk s Office of the House of Representatives, she encouraged me to get into contact with the Office of the Historian. I applied for an internship in their office and was lucky enough to be chosen. The reason why I chose to work for the Office of the Historian rather than an independant archive or a historical society is because the information available through the Office of the Historian, although focused on Congress, is vast in terms of people covered, time covered, and I have no limits on my research. Another quality that I appreciated in this internship is that it seems more collaborative than other ones I was applying for. • 26. Essay My experience at the Riverside Metropolitan Museum INTRODUCTION Some say that it is better not to dwell on the past because it cannot be changed. To these people, it is not necessarily bad to reminisce on what has happened throughout the years, but it is better to focus on what is taking place right now. They believe that the present is another chance to start fresh and anew without letting past experiences burden them. However, what they do not seem to realize is that the past, present, and future are interrelated. The present is a result of the past, while the future depends entirely on the choices, (and course of action for those choices), that are made in the present. At this point in time criminal justice is needed more than ever in America and the world as we know it today. The criminal justice system has improved more and more throughout history by changing something as simple as law enforcement officer s purpose and who they are taking orders from. The objective of this analysis is to break down these three criminal justice subjects: the juvenile justice system, prison life and the different policing eras. Juveniles has an extensive background of violent crimes throughout history. Ever since the 1990s crime rates for youth has decreased in some way compared to the late 18th century and early 19th century. • 33. Compare And Contrast Renaissance Music And Medieval Music The Medieval period began in 500 A.D. and ended in 1450 A.D. During this time in particular, the Catholic Church had significant influence on how music was used and created. Sacred music, for example, was most prevalent because of this. Due to the religious nature of this period, music in the church had to adhere to very specific regulations, some of which included prayers such as plainchants or Gregorian chants. A single melody without harmony, or one musical part sung together in unison, is called a Monophonic melody, which was sung primarily by monks. Some time later, around 900 A.D., the using of two melodic lines was permitted by the church, this music was called organum. A low, continuous note called a drone, was sung at the same time as the main melody. The two melodies were often moving in contrasting motion to each other. By the Late Medieval period, 1100 A.D., the music of the church had shifted from monophonic to more polyphonic, often two or more varying parts. The Renaissance period, from 1450 A.D. to 1600 A.D., comprised of two main types of music, sacred and secular. In comparison with the Medieval period, where music was usually reserved for church purposes, the Renaissance period allowed music to expand beyond the church into upper aristocratic society. Sacred music included motets and mass, while secular included madrigals, instrumental and dance music. The street s title was commonplace after years of colloquial reference from locals, but never truly official: Town maps registered the street as Mains Avenue, but the only colored doctor in the city had lived and died on that street, and when he moved there in 1866 his patients took to calling the street, which none of them lived on or near, Doctor Street. Later, when other Negroes moved there, and when the postal service became a popular means of transferring messages among them, envelopes from Louisiana, Virginia, Alabama and Georgia began to arrive addressed to people on Doctor Street. The post office workers returned these envelopes or passed them on to the Dead Letter Office. Then in 1918, when colored men were being drafted, a few gave their address at the recruitment office as Doctor Street. In that way, the name acquired a quasi official status. (4) However, the status did not last long because city legislators disapproved and posted numerous bulletins in local establishments stating that the road, had always and would always be known as Mains Avenue and not Doctor Street (4).
