The purpose of this toolkit is to make it easier for you to arrange the European Fitness Day event as part of
NowWeMOVE campaign. This guide suggests what to think about before, during and after when organising a
European Fitness Day event. We hope you find the guide easy to use. It contains all the EFD event materials
and kits that will help you plan, create and promote your event.
As in sports, campaigning is most fun when we join forces and work together. The NowWeMOVE campaign is
growing and more people are getting involved. So we should make sure that we are all working in the same
direction.
We hope this guide inspires you and helps you create an event that reflects the core of your organisation and
make the 15th of September the most active day of Europe!
We aim to make European Fitness Day the most active day in the year. It will be a day to celebrate physical activity. This is
the first year the European Fitness Day is being organised and ISCA is asking its members, partners, friends, stakeholders,
and the public to engage in organising the “most active day in Europe” and to make it happen on 15 September 2016. The
methodology of European Fitness Day is based on the National Fitness Day in the UK, which has been delivered by ukactive
since 2014. In 2015 the UK National Fitness Day engaged several people in 12,000 events, challenges and classes, with
a national media reach of more than 30 million.

A presentation on social media ROI. I tend to be quite visual with my presentations so you won't get a lot of the wordy content unless you're there listening to me! But anyway, it's roughly split into 3 parts:
1) Identifying why ROI from social media is difficult to measure.
2) Thinking about how to define new success metrics that make sense for your business.
3) Real-world campaigns and how you could measure their success.
Social Media Optimization: An Easy Guide to Marketing and Distributing Your C...Rohit Bhargava
A presentation originally created in 2006, and updated in 2014 with 8 NEW SLIDES and tips on how to promote, market and distribute your content marketing online.
These are my slides from a free public workshop I conducted for JCI Beirut about the basics of Social Media Strategy that includes examples of brands that do not have a proper strategy, defining your goals, the sales cycle, asset mapping, defining your audience and creating personas, choosing channels, voice & tone, posting frequency & time, crisis management, and understanding Facebook's algorithm.
Second part of a two-part workshop on social media best practices for libraries. The second part covers individual social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and Pinterest.
During today's Hump Day Coffee Break, we focused on three questions you should be asking about any new social network:
Are YOUR people there? Do your supporters, donors, and volunteers use Snapchat? What percentage of your audience is comprised of millennials? Start your Facebook fans, twitter flowers, email subscribers, etc.
Do you have the bandwidth? Do you have the time and resources to manage yet another social network? Snap chats minimum ad budget is currently $100,000, see you probably won't be advertising on Snapshot anytime soon.
How will you add value? As with most social networks, people would tune you out if all you talk about is your nonprofit. What will you share that's useful? What will you share that entertaining? And how will you share micro-moments that honor the Snapchat culture?

When companies work like a network, they can improve collaboration inside and outside of the organization, adapt more swiftly to change, and drive more effective results together.
What is Social Business? What is the difference with Social Media? Why do you need to have a Social Business strategy in place in order to attract/collaborate with the new generation? What are the challenges? This presentation reveals all!

No Elevators Day is a pan-European initiative which is part of NowWeMOVE campaign initiated by International Sports and Culture Association (ISCA).
It has two main objectives:
Focus the public’s attention on the importance of physical activity for health and wellbeing
Demonstrate how easy it is for citizens to be active despite their busy everyday lives.
No Elevators Day will happen on a European level on 05.06.2015
The toolkit provides full information on:
1. MOVE Week - about, facts
2. MOVE Agents - description and their role
3. MOVE Week events - description
4. Event coordination guide
Practical examples of MOVE Week events - shared by NowWeMOVE national coordinators.
To achieve the objectives of the campaign, with our Move
Agents’ and National Coordinators’ help we created “Practical
Inspirations” Toolkit. This booklet contains some of the
implemented events in various Move Weeks. We
synthesized and formed the information so as to be useful,
informative, practical and at the same time – inspiring for all of
us and for future Move Agents.
In the booklet you can find events of:
• Different types and sizes – from small to very big events;
• Targeting different groups of people: children, elderly,
women, socially excluded, families, office workers and many
more;
• Different budgets - from zero to tens of thousands of Euros;
• You will also be able to check out the outcome and the story
of each activity, supported by visual materials.
We hope that you get inspired of how to organise similar events
of your own by reading the practical tips at the end of each
event’s page. Please do not hesitate to contact the owners of
each example so you can gain more information.
We hope you will find the Practical Inspirations Toolkit
useful and motivating for joining/continuing to work on our
cause, so together we can get 100 million more Europeans
active in sport or physical activity by 2020!

Narrated Business Proposal for the Philadelphia Eaglescamrynascott12
Slide 1:
Welcome, and thank you for joining me today. We will explore a strategic proposal to enhance parking and traffic management at Lincoln Financial Field, aiming to improve the overall fan experience and operational efficiency. This comprehensive plan addresses existing challenges and leverages innovative solutions to create a smoother and more enjoyable experience for our fans.
Slide 2:
Picture this: It’s a crisp fall afternoon, driving towards Lincoln Financial Field. The atmosphere is electric—tailgaters grilling, fans in Eagles jerseys creating a sea of green and white. The air buzzes with camaraderie and anticipation. You park, join the throng, and make your way to your seat. The stadium roars as the Eagles take the field, sending chills down your spine. Each play is a thrilling dance of strategy and skill. This is what being an Eagles fan is all about—the joy, the pride, and the shared experience.
Slide 3:
But now, the day is marred by frustration. The excitement wanes as you struggle to find a parking spot. The congestion is overwhelming, and tempers flare. The delays mean you miss the pre-game excitement, the tailgate camaraderie, and even the opening kick-off. After the game, the joy of victory or the shared solace of defeat is overshadowed by the stress of navigating out of the parking lot. The gridlock, honking horns, and endless waiting drain the energy and joy from what should have been an unforgettable experience.
Our proposal aims to eliminate these frustrations, ensuring that from arrival to departure, your experience is extraordinary. Efficient parking and smooth traffic flow are key to maintaining the high spirits and excitement that make game days special.
Slide 4:
The Philadelphia Eagles are not just a premier NFL team; they are an integral part of the community, hosting games, concerts, and various events at Lincoln Financial Field. Our state-of-the-art stadium is designed to provide a world-class experience for every attendee. Whether it's the thrill of game day, the excitement of a live concert, or the camaraderie of community events, we pride ourselves on delivering a fan-first experience and maintaining operational excellence across all our activities. Our commitment to our fans and community is unwavering, and we continuously strive to enhance every aspect of their experience, ensuring they leave with unforgettable memories.
Slide 5:
Recent trends show an increasing demand for efficient event logistics. Our customer feedback has consistently highlighted frustrations with parking and traffic. Surveys indicate that a significant number of fans are dissatisfied with the current parking situation. Comparisons with other venues like Citizens Bank Park and Wells Fargo Center reveal that we lag in terms of parking efficiency and convenience. These insights underscore the urgent need for innovation to meet and exceed fan expectations.

apply for membership.
• Share funny stories or something that happened during the event that you find worth to share in media
(send out a press release).
• Publish pictures in your social media during and after event, people always like to see photos of them and
they can afterwards share in their on personal accounts, so that mean more visibility for your organisation.
And if you have a lot of pictures, then you can even share them in the following days to keep people talking
about you and your brand (this is a good way of free publicity).
