afraid of, we reduce our fear of the situation,
which gives us the courage to act.
12. PRACTICE GOING OUT OF YOUR
COMFORT ZONE : Consciously and
consistently practicing small acts of
courage can have a cumulative effect
13. MANAGE YOU BODY : Fear is physical
draining, and these physical effects
compound the mental ones. Thus
consciously reboot by eating well,
exercising, and sleeping.
