• Cancel / Replace (positive affirmations/positive self talk)
• Sing a hymn
• Rehearse memorized scriptures
• Or, inspirational quotes
• Practice mindfulness meditation
• Go do something positive (Proactive Operating
Process)
• Visualize / Imagine Success (positive vision)

have a good, miserable day once
in while, or several in a row, to
stand steady and face them.
Things will straighten out.
