What technological things I used
I used the Apple Mac to actually create the video, as it has a program on it
called iMovie.This allows me to edit the footage that I filmed and piece it
together correctly, adding all sorts of visual effects to help get the right
theme and feeling about the scenes. iMovie also allows me to add
texts, inserts, transitions and other effects to make the music video better.
I am also able to add different sound effects and music for the video if I
needed to, as I used iTunes which is also on the Mac to get the music onto
my project.

This is what I used to actually film all of the footage I got for the music video.
The fold-out screen is able to tilt, so if I wanted to do any shots that were
high or low, I could simply tilt the screen so I would still be able to see what I
was shooting. I am able to zoom in and out, so I can get good close-ups of
the person or item I want to film.These shots are good for emotional
scenes, and by getting a close-up of a personas face can really make the
view see what the actor is feeling. I did this in my film where I zoomed right
in onto Chrissi’s eyes.
Sony HandyCam
In order to keep the camera steady, I used a Tripod.This also allows me to
move it without wobbling everywhere. It makes sure that all the continuity
shots are in the same place without having to move it at all. I can also adjust
the height to where I want the camera, and I can make sure it’s straight if I
am filming on an uneven ground by using the small spirit level that’s on it.
Tripod
This is the editing program I have on my laptop. I use it for editing
photography, by altering the contrast, brightness, and other effects to make
the picture better. I used this program for my media coursework by creating
the digipack design, the advert design and the band pictures. I was able to
make the pictures black and white, which fits in with the genre, and I was
able to make the background different too.
Corel PaintShop Pro X3
SlideShare is a website that I have used in order to present my PowerPoint
Presentations on for my Wordpress blog. It is a good way of presenting my
work as it allows me to use different types of media in order to present my
work.

I have used iTunes for a long time, and I used it to create my music video by
putting the song I want on the Mac and then onto the iTunes program.
iTunes is available to use on the iMovie program when music needs to be
added in to the project. I simply search the song title, click and drag it to my
project, and drop it where it needs to go.

I used the Apple Mac to actually create the video, as it has a program on it called iMovie.This allows me to edit the footage that I filmed and piece it together correctly, adding all sorts of visual effects to help get the right theme and feeling about the scenes. iMovie also allows me to add texts, inserts, transitions and other effects to make the music video better. I am also able to add different sound effects and music for the video if I needed to, as I used iTunes which is also on the Mac to get the music onto my project. Apple Mac
  • 4. This is what I used to actually film all of the footage I got for the music video. The fold-out screen is able to tilt, so if I wanted to do any shots that were high or low, I could simply tilt the screen so I would still be able to see what I was shooting. I am able to zoom in and out, so I can get good close-ups of the person or item I want to film.These shots are good for emotional scenes, and by getting a close-up of a personas face can really make the view see what the actor is feeling. I did this in my film where I zoomed right in onto Chrissi’s eyes. Sony HandyCam
  • 5. In order to keep the camera steady, I used a Tripod.This also allows me to move it without wobbling everywhere. It makes sure that all the continuity shots are in the same place without having to move it at all. I can also adjust the height to where I want the camera, and I can make sure it’s straight if I am filming on an uneven ground by using the small spirit level that’s on it. Tripod
  • 6. This is the editing program I have on my laptop. I use it for editing photography, by altering the contrast, brightness, and other effects to make the picture better. I used this program for my media coursework by creating the digipack design, the advert design and the band pictures. I was able to make the pictures black and white, which fits in with the genre, and I was able to make the background different too. Corel PaintShop Pro X3
  • 7. SlideShare is a website that I have used in order to present my PowerPoint Presentations on for my Wordpress blog. It is a good way of presenting my work as it allows me to use different types of media in order to present my work. SlideShare
  • 8. I have used iTunes for a long time, and I used it to create my music video by putting the song I want on the Mac and then onto the iTunes program. iTunes is available to use on the iMovie program when music needs to be added in to the project. I simply search the song title, click and drag it to my project, and drop it where it needs to go. iTunes
