Each teacher is different no matter what the course subject is. When I find myself in a new class with
a new professor I seem to notice the little details that make up the teaching style of the instructor. In
total I have four classes all of which are part of Chattahoochee technical College. Two of those classes
take place at the Paulding Campus and the other two take place at the North Metro campus. I take my
American Government class at the North Metro Campus every Tuesdays and Thursdays. Every
Monday and Wednesday I go to the Paulding Campus to take College Algebra. These two professors

cool. He has a very fun way of teaching. By cracking jokes and making cheesy remarks on every
chapter, he always succeeds at making his class an interesting one. Every lecture does not even seem

AMBITIONS OF IMMORTALITY is an original sci fi, action thriller. The plot explores man s need
for immortality. The script also explores the theme of machine vs. man, as well as man s need to
survive. The moral question of how far man should take technology and play the role of God is also
examined. These are solid themes.
With that said, the script would benefit from more development. The opening sets the tone for a sci fi
thriller; however, the opening needs to be more visual to engage the audience. There s a tendency to
tell the story vs. visually show the action of the characters. For example in the opening, it s not clear

While the dialogue reveals some information about the characters, the dialogue also tends to sound on
the nose and un natural.
Avoid repetitive dialogue. There are many scenes in which Sweet repeats his goal for immortality.
Overall, the script is heavily dominated by dialogue. Some scenes feel too long, such as the birthday
sequence.
The overall tension will be intensified if there s a stronger foe. Consider creating some form of a
ticking clock tension or urgency to the plot. Stronger tension and suspense needs to drive the entire
plot. Elevate the tone to fit with a thriller.

In the valley there were hills brighter than the cars passing by on the highway. Red, green, orange, and
yellow. On this side of the highway there was a small building with warm colors that people called A

Why do these authors reveal the setting so early? What does this entail? Revealing the setting of the
story can contain a great deal of information before any of the hard facts are even mentioned. For

Aundria McCadney The night of February 18, 2016 I attended The MTSU Faculty Jazztet concert in
Wright Music Hall. This jazz band consists of David Willford, Don Aliquo, Micheal Parkinson, Jamey
Simmions, Joe Davidian, Patrick Arwater, and Derrek Phillps performed eight jazz selections. The
crowd that night was about 70 80 people, and part were older and the other half was students. When I
think about a jazz performance a drum and piano player did not come to mind. I expected for the show

The members didn t go by the particular order that was on the program when performing the lead
saxophone player just announced each name. All their songs had melody theme which stay in the
chorus of them. The saxophone, flugelhorn and trumpet phrases were all legato during their solos
throughout the pieces. In the dynamics during each of the songs were mezzo forte or higher. When
each person did their solo they crescendo leading to the end of them. I really enjoyed that the lead of
the band explained the background information of every piece that was played I tried to take that into
consideration while listening. If he didn t put his explanation in before each song I wouldn t be able to
understand the main concept. The song that stood out to me the most was Dance Cadaverous, which is
a mood piece. Dance Cadaverous song connected with me more than the others simply because I
