Traffic was terrible. It was more than terrible, we would only move what felt like an
inch at a time. People were running out of gas and there were no gas stations open for

The characters in both The Great Gatsby and Chicago lie because they fear the law,
manipulate others and dislike the people they have become. Many people are scared
of what might happen to them when saying the truth so instead they tell them lies.
These lies that people make up can cause problems with things like witht the law,
people you care about, and changing what kind of person you are when in reality

Abstract Although fingerprint based localization is promising for indoor
applications, its accuracy remains a huge challenge. Most existing approaches
depends on the Radio Signal Strength (RSS) to generate fingerprints. Merely using
RSS is unable to accurately localize since such an one dimensional fingerprint is
serious influenced by the interference and multipath effect in the indoor environment.
In this paper, we propose a new localization approach based on multidimensional WiFi
fingerprint. Instead of using RSS only, we employ RSS, transmitted power, and
channel information to construct fingerprints. The extension of fingerprints enables
fine grained localization and tracking services. We also deign a cosine similarity
based matching algorithm and enhanced particle filter mechanism to realize the
localization and tracking. Extensive experiment and implementation results show that
using the new fingerprint can achieve an accuracy within 2m in 90% testing points,
with good adaptability to complex indoor environments.

During my first couple of weeks I learned how the court system works in a
simplistic manner. It was all quite new, but now that it s been about 3 weeks, I m
finally getting the hang of things. I find it really interesting how the law process
works, whether it be family court or criminal court, both are really astonishing to
observe. On Tuesdays I observe the criminal court process, and on Fridays I attend
the family court process so I will pair them and talk about them together because of
the correlation. In my first couple days attending criminal court, 9/12/17 and 9/17/17,
I learned that the criminal justicesystem (at least in my town) is not out to get
everybody. They really don t want people in prison if they don t have to put them in
prison. I find myself spending a significant amount of time in judges chambers and
in the courtroom alike and I ve observed the difference in speech when they are in
chambers vs. when they are on the court floor. I was expecting the attorneys to really
be at each other s necks through the process but many of them, if not all of them, get
along quite well. Also, bringing attention to the way that they speak, when they are in
chambers for criminal court, they were talking about the person, not just the crime.
Did they have a job, an education, any kids or family, and their past criminal
history? They asked each other these questions before sentencing, and I found
myself to be very fond of this. If you had a job and were attending school and got
caught with a petty crime such as theft or possession of a substance, they might
just send you to rehab or give you a mild probation sentence. They really aren t out
to get you it seems like. Even with individuals with substance abuse problems,
instead of sending them to prison, judge will just sentence them to a rehab center. It
appears that they want to help you. One of the D.A. s even stated at one point, that
he would rather see the kid at hand get his act together, than be sent to prison.
Prison isn t for everyone, and really what s the point. I talked with the judge one on
one, and he stated that you really need to take into consideration of the circumstances

locating, because it was close and convenient for me to explore in between classes

Tulane students as they begin their first year as a college student. I understood
what having a rocky transition was like, because I experienced the Baton Rouge
flood first hand. Seeing the waters and destruction of my childhood home was
unsettling. However, what helped me was being able to reach out to others for
support, especially to older Tulane students, who had experience moving into a new

My high school was small and not diverse, so I only had one or two Asian friends.
I never really had a close Vietnamese group, which was important for me to find in
college. As a freshman representative, I find myself doing a number of random, but
needed tasks. However, I did deviate and ventured to participate in Date auction
first semester, where I fund raised for the non profit The Catalyst Foundation and
sang. Date auction taught me a number of things about myself, and the experience
tested my limits trying to raise $1600 in a week and my self esteem to sing in front
