Summary
I have started in the BPO industry in 1996 in Houston Tx. In my three-year stay in Houston Tx., I
have been promoted to communications trainer, expanded to products training, coordinating
with clients and their demands. Then in the next year was involved in quality and training
enhancement.
I was also immersed in recruitment and hiring efforts as part of the training and quality
department.
In SunPower Corporations’ Shared Services Group, I was a team lead for the CSR and TSRs for
the group. The task involved sales, customer service and technical services to the solar electric
market/customers as well as coordinating with dealers and distributors for the products/services.
Now I occasionally offer my services for consultation for Call Center curriculum ideas and
module making.

I have brokered in the Philippines since 2010 until now 2014. I have many projects Call
centers and agents under me. I currently have 5 call centers with about 330 agents
dialing outbound and inbound.
GFL Clark Base (Geeks ForLess) (Manage Setup and ICT PCI certifications - Call Center )
My position at GFL was for a 6mth contract April 2012 for a fresh startup of a 300 seat
center. I was responsible for a complete package IT Dept setup and 300 station seating
and organize the layout and setup of the call station on the 4th floor of GFL. I was also
responsible in hiring agents and training personal for the positions of Trainers and QA
and Agents. I also converted my time in to B.D. for GFL and provided campaigns for the
new center
K&S outsourcing Pampanga (Manage Setup and ICT PCI certifications - Call Center )
This center was a fresh startup of 50 seats. Totally complete IT Department and station
setup. The CEO is Charles Stanly. This was a 2 mth project for the CEO and provided 2
projects for the center then he provided his own projects as time went on.

Duties included BDM and advanced into OM. I controlled the operations and campaigns with in
the center. Trainers and QA sent reports to me. I was involved in hiring and firing of agents. I
setup project time frames and coordinated with the I.T department the different station that
would be dialing different projects both inbound and out bound.
