Olive oil is a pure juice of processed olives.
It is the only oil which is extracted from fresh
fruit.
It helps to improve cholesterol levels and

Applying olive oil to your hair makes them

5. Rice Bran Oil
Rice bran oil contains gamma-oryzanol which

It has a very high smoking point, which makes it
