Healthy Habits Lifestyle is a ministry that aims to educate people about nutrition and fitness to promote health and fight obesity. It trains health coaches in local churches to assist congregations in adopting healthy lifestyles. The ministry also aims to generate income for pastors and church planters to further their missionary work. It provides tools and programs to help people maintain weight, lose weight, gain muscle, and live healthier overall through repeated healthy habits and behaviors over time. Several pastors and church leaders have lost significant weight and transformed their health through adopting the ministry's strategies and lifestyle changes.
