STEPS TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
STEP 1: GET ACTIVE FOR AN HOUR OR MORE EACH DAY
• HAVE A MINI WALK
• WORK A LOT
• USE STAIRS AND AVOID ELEVATORS
• DO MINI EXERCISES
• DO CYCLING OR SWIMMING
STEP 2:
CHOOSE WATER AS A DRINK
• DRINK 8 GLASSES PER DAY
• PREFERABLY GO FOR MINERAL WATER
• WATER IS A HEALTHIER DRINK THAN OTHERS
• KEEPS US FROM THIRST
• PREFERABLY DRINK 100% FRUIT JUICE
STEP 3:
EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
AVOID EATING JUNK FOOD
STEP 4:
SWITCH OFF THE TELEVISION
BE ACTIVE
• EXERCISE ATLEAST 60 MINUTES PER DAY
