attention the moment I read the title. In the article, Mitchell said Collegiate sports is not a career or
profession. It is the students vehicle to a higher education degree. Meaning that you only play

The main character of Gods and Warrior is young Hylas. Hylas is an Outsider he was born
Outside the village and left by his mother before old man Helos found him in the hills. Hylas is
very skinny and short, and no one knows his age. Hylas is very brave, smart and friendly. In
chapter thirty eight page 263 he stands up to Kratos, leader of the mean crow clan, this shows
that he is fearless. In chapter 12 he builds an excellent sturdy raft in two days by himself here, he

Although Hearn does not entirely refute the commonly view of Lincoln as a brilliant tactician and

Seaman knew that the parents would be concerned about sending their children of to college.
Alcohol consumption would bring worry to any parent who cares about their children s well
being. Throughout Seaman s essay (which was published in Time magazine), he uses Ethos as a
writer to convince his readers to take action. At the beginning of his book he tells the readers,
that he too was a graduate of Hamilton College and trustee of the college, which instills trust with
the readers (Seaman 1). It lets the readers know that he is an educated individual who has become
successful, despite his drinking habits in college. However, when Seaman went to college in the

The Gothic genre often reproduces a conservative paranoid structure when it comes to
homophobia and other moral panics over sex (Hanson, Pg. 176). Eve Sedgwick depicts this in
her work, Between Men: English Literature and Male Homosexual Desire as she discusses how
these ideas (paranoia) are represented within the Gothic, in what she describes as the homosocial
in reference to male bonds (Sedgwick, Pg. 86). She also discusses how bonds between men exist
as the backbone of social form and forms (Sedgwick, Pg. 86). Thus, a consequence of said structure
is the ability to define, control, and manipulate male bonds, which in turn becomes an inexplicably
powerful instrument of social control (Sedgwick, Pg. 86). Thus, homosexualityis represented as the
unspeakable within the Gothic, as it has been defined, controlled, and manipulated to be such
