Fidelity, Bravery, And Integrity
Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity. That is the motto. On July 26, 1908, U.S. Attorney General
Charles Bonaparte ordered a group of newly hired federal investigators to report to Chief
Examiner Stanley W. Finch of the Department of Justice. About one year later, the Office of Chief
Examiners was renamed the Bureau of Investigators. It later became the Federal Bureau of
Investigators in 1935. With headquarters in Washington D.C, the FBI is our prime source of
investigative resources and responsible for more than 200 crimecategories.
In 1870, when the Department of Justice was created to enforce the federal laws and coordinate
different policies, there was not a set staff. Private detectives were hired when federal crimes
needed to be investigated. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The selection process is intimidating. Real life FBI work is much different than the things that
may be seen on television. This job requires the ability to stay focused, a high intelligence level,
as well as education. Law enforcement is one of the leading careers resulting in death and/or
injury, whether it be from physical altercations or car accidents. Two deaths have also occurred
during the training process as trainees attempted to fast rope out of a helicopter. The hours are
highly unpredictable as well. When considering this career, one should think realistically. One
could imagine that a career such as this is nothing like what I shown on TV where the team is
constantly flying out to catch bad guys. Although staking out overnight and remaining
undercover for years are two likely possibilities, it is also very likely for agents to not leave the
office at all. Long hours behind a desk with all different types of paperwork are hardly ever
portrayed on television shows. Agents often have long days with long hours with a lot of
undercover assignments. All agents are constantly on call. As the FBI says on its website, This is
definitely not a nine to five

The War Over Territory On The Southern Border
Happiness is often mistaken for a simple concept at first glance, even though it is often
responsible for a human s actions, thoughts, and even perspective on numerous topics. Different
social factors come together from almost every portion of life, to create one s happiness ranking.
A strategy like this can be used by a single person, but it also has the ability to be used to analyze a
certain place or country. One country that s currently dealing with a significant amount of issues, is
Lebanon. Many of the social factors looked at as a source of happiness, are either missing or being
threatened by radical groups within the country. War over territory on the southern border has been
a consistent problem within the country for decades, leading to a significant amount of destruction
and tension between the Lebanese and their neighbors. Not to mention, many major cities like
Beirut have been plagued by the country s inability to properly remove wasteand control the
homeless population. Maybe the biggest uproar taking place in Lebanon right now, is the youth
unhappiness with religion and the impact it has on society. On the other hand, the positives are not
exactly where they should be. Lebanon has been fortunate to have fertile land and great tourist
destinations. On top of that, the country is still working towards creating an equal playing field for
both men and women. It has been a rather slow process, but changes are coming. Even some of the
industries within the country

Persuasive Essay About Censorship
For everything that needs to be said there are always these things that never should be (Witherbee).
This statement has rung true for many generations and for many reasons. Censorship helps solve
this problem within T.V. shows, art, media, internet, and advertisements. In the world today people
are easily offended and some people use information to their advantage. Despite what some people
might believe, there are people in America that can use uncensored information to hinder the
productivity of the country to benefit themselves or another country. Censorshipis necessary to
protect different groups and people. However, some things are unnecessarily censored such as
books. Books are the best educator because authors usually have something more to say than the
words on the page say. There are certain groups such as the Parents Against Bad Books in
Schools who only see the words and meanings that are on the page (Parents Against Bad Books
in Schools). For example, the book Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain was banned from certain
schools because it said the word nigger in it (Witherbee). If the reader would have read the book s
entirety one would have discovered the anti slavery tone the book possesses. Books teach lessons
and they show readers that problems either need to be fixed or one needs to come up with a better
solution. Books can be a great way to introduce children to real world situations without putting
them in stressful or unstable situations.

Germany Is A Western European Nation
Germany is a Western European nation with a landscape of unlimited woodlands, streams and
mountain extents, and 2 centuries of history. Berlin, its capital, is home to flourishing
craftsmanship and nightlife scenes, famous Brandenburg Gate and numerous destinations
identifying with WWII. Munich is known for its Oktoberfest and huge brew lobbies, including
sixteenth century Hofbräuhaus. Frankfurt, with its high rises, houses the European Central Bank.
Germanys principle districts are the Bavarian Alps which shape the limits with Austria and
Switzerland, and the South German Hill Region, the Central Uplands, and the North German
Plain. Significant waterways incorporate the Rhine in the west and the Danube, which streams
from west to east. The official dialect is German and Christianity and Roman Catholic is the
official religion of the nation. In Terms of the coin, the cash in the nation is Euros. Germany has
the second biggest populace of any European nation more than 81 million. More than 90 percent
of the general population are ethnic Germans, dropped from Germanic tribes. Since the 1950s
(BV, 2000), basic amounts of outside workers have come to Germany from countries including
Turkey, Italy, Greece, and the past Yugoslavia. Prior to the end of 1991, Germany had a remote
people of close to 6 million. These truths aside we ought to evaluate the past if we plan to progress.

Bald Eagle Research Paper
Have you ever thought of bald eagles not being around anymore in this century? Some people must
ve thought about this when they couldn t see their national bird flying around or caught on camera.
Maybe the everyday things they were doing were harming the poor birds? The first way, people
noticed the everyday things is that the government banned DDT, the pesticide that was used to kill
insects, was killing the eaglesfood chain. For example, in the first passage in paragraph 4, it says
that while it did kill pests, DDT also got into the food chain and eagles ate contaminated fish and
other pray. And in another sentence it explains how DDT was also harming the eagles eggs, so it
was harming their babies too. This example shows that

Weapons Training Bruce Dawe Analysis
Bruce Dawe, a famous Australian poet born in 1930, in Geelong; writes about his war experience
in the Vietnam War and utilises a variety of imagery and literary techniques to express his anti war
sentiment in both Weapons Training and Homecoming . Weapons Training written in 1970,
involves a dramatic monologue of a drill sergeant; training recruits who are about to be sent to the
VietnamWar. Homecoming written by Dawe two years earlier was written as a requiem for
anonymous soldiers, protesting towards Australia s involvement in the Vietnam War during the
1960s.
PARAGRAPH 1:
Weapons Training by Dawe features a dramatic monologue of a drill sergeant; training recruits
which are to be sent to war. Based on his own reading and reflection, Dawe was opposed to the
Vietnamese War, believing it to be lacking sense historically and ultimately futile. In the poem

Attila The Hun Essay example
Attila the Hun is known as one of the most ferocious leaders of ancient times. He was given the
nickname Scourge God because of his ferocity. During the twentieth century, Hun was one of the
worst name you could call a person, due to Attila. The Huns were a barbaric and savage group of
people, and Attila, their leader, was no exception. He was the stereotypical sacker of cities and
killer of babies.
The Huns lasted long after their disappearance in mythology and folklore, as the bad guy.
Generally, they were not fun people to be around. Priscus saw Attila the Hunat a banquet in 448.
Priscus described him as being a short, squat man with a large head and deep set eyes. He also had
a flat nose and a thin beard.
Historians say that ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
When they were forced to fight in close combat, they often fought without regard to their own
safety. They often fought with swords, and they threw a net over their enemy as to entangle his
limbs so that he could no longer walk or ride or horse. This is how they earned the title of
Barbarians. The Romans initial impression of the Huns was fear. But after awhile, the Huns settled
on the coast of Danube, the great Hungarian Plain, and became allies of the Romans, instead of
attacking them as enemies. In return, the Roman Empire paid them a sum of money to not attack
them Roman Empire.
The Huns agreed with this, and remained mostly neutral toward the Romans for about fifty years.
Things between the Romans and the Huns began to fall apart when Attila was named King of the
Huns in 434. Attila and his brother, Bleda, inherited a large empire. They had been made joint
kings of a vast area from the Alps to the Caspian seas, in the east, to the Baltic Sea in the West.
Because of the Roman treaty with the Huns at Margus, The Romans had to pay the Huns seven
hundred pounds of gold annually to leave them alone. Attila s actions between 435 and 439 are
basically unknown, and were not major or overly important. It is said that he may have subdued
barbarians to the north of east of his dominions, but no one can be sure. In 441, Rome had become
delinquent on their payments to the Huns, so Attila and Bleda decided to attack the Roman Empire.

One of the earliest uses of non biological materials within the body was the wooden toe prosthetic
in 1065 740BC in early Egypt. However, research within the field and therefore the 1st generation
of biomaterials was recognized a lot of conspicuously in 1960 to 1970. Throughout this time period
biomaterial research encompassed all materials designed to be used within the body. These materials

Growth enhancing materials are added to cell media to promote cell line growth.
Disadvantages:
Inhibit biomedical analysis by limiting access to materials and strategies that are key to developing
new treatments. Patents may also impede analysis if they produce a cumbersome or costly tollbooth
through that researchers should pass.
Provide no incentive for biomedical analysis if there s no profitable market for ultimate treatments,
as is the case with some rare diseases or diseases affecting individuals within the developing world.
Drive up the price of health care if patent holders charge excessive costs for proprietary diagnostic
tests and treatments. (Josephine Johnston and Angela Wasunna,2007)
USES:
The use of biological materials is generally safer for human patients by reducing the chance of
infection and rejection. Biological materials can be found in many industries including education,
research, medicine, dentistry, engineering, and paper and textile development. Examples of
biological material application are given below.

Justice In Ancient Civilizations
Since the beginning of time, society imposes us different rules of etiquettes that we need to
follow. Keep your mouth close while eating, be polite with older people, hold the door for ladies
etc... These are actual ones but its interesting to see the evolution of the etiquette through time. At
a certain point in the middle age, it was convenable to burp as loudly as you can after eating to
show your host that the food was good. In fact, the rules of etiquettes are strongly linked with
social values like respect. Other social values were really important in ancient civilizations. Despite
the lack of organisation of their societies, justice and religion were concerns for every leader of
these civilizations. In this argumentative essay, I will... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
As we seen in the first paragraph, many books of law have been created to regulate many
activities or forbid others. Ancient Egypt has their book of the dead, Ancient Mesopotamia their
Hammurabi s code and ancient Hittites had a pretty similar book of law created by using
Hammurabi s code has a base . It s interesting how these texts are advanced for the time they were
written. Has a leader, you need a way to spread these ideas through all the civilization. They did it
without printers or social network, this is pretty impressive. Some surprising policies have been
made following this justice concept. For example, Eye for an eye law was made by
Mesopotamians to penalized the criminal by doing him the same thing he did or something
equivalent. In our modern society, we would think this is horrible and this practice would be
forbidden but in these times, it s a way to increase justice and make their world more equal.
Moreover, using a strong military system, Greek civilizations like Sparta have a justice system
based on their military order. Some could say that this is not justice because there is not really an
establish system but the will to regulate activities of the population is a form of justice for me. In
brief, civilizations are sharing the same justice desire but use different method to reach their

The Consequences Of Heroic Research
Heroes produce a recently identified emotion called elevation (Allison 1). Witnessing a person
give a homeless person money creates this feeling of elevation. It s a morally beautiful act that
prompts warmth and love. This occurs more often than people think because most people keep
this feeling of elevation to themselves. Frequently, the social sharing of emotions is not only the
basis of strong and durable relationships, but it s informative as well. A small, heroic act can go
an extensive way. Heroes mend psychic wounds because the consequences of telling or hearing a
heroic story create a feeling of comfort and safety. These stories added purpose to people s lives.
Heroes nourish our connections with other people (Allison 1).

Delays At Logan Airport Essay
ASSIGNMENT QUESTIONS FOR THE DELAYS AT LOGAN AIRPORT CASE
QUESTION 1 (25 points)
In the Delays at Logan Airport case, there are different proposals for reducing congestion. One of
the methods proposed to tackle the impact of delays was peak period pricing, PPP.
In the case, good weather operational capacity (i.e., both arrivals and departures) was around 120
planes per hour. Assuming that the number of arrivals approximately equals the number of
departures, we obtain an average arrival capacity of 60 planes per hour. Although there are three
runways in operation during good weather, only two of them are used for arrivals, which imply
that each arrival runway has an hourly capacity of 30 planes per hour. During the peak period, ...

Do you believe PPP would have a significant effect if the typical airplane mix were 40% turboprop,
18% regional jet, and 42% conventional jet, as it approximately stands at Logan?
iii) What would your answer be if we had a 10% turboprop, 30% regional jet, and 60% conventional
jet mix, as one future scenario for 2015?
c)To what extend might savings in delay costs that result from demand management offset peak
period fees?
QUESTION 3 (18 points)
The case clearly states that adverse weather conditions are the primary cause of delay. When
winds from the northwest become moderately strong, Logan s capacity drops from three runways
(where one runway handles both arrivals and departures, one runway only departures and one
runway only arrivals) to two (where two runways handle both arrivals and departures). Arrival
capacity in the former case averages around 60 planes per hour and in the latter case, 45 planes an
hour. When weather conditions are particularly severe, only one runway for both arrivals and
departures is in operation, and total arrival capacity drops to 30 operations per hour.
a) During adverse weather conditions which of the fundamental assumptions of queueing theory
discussed in class is violated? Discuss how, in reality, does the system function in spite of this
violation?
Assume Logan s weekday peaking pattern resembles the year

Plentifu Mark Twain s The War-Prayer
Realism and naturalism are both basic yet cynical views of life and humanity that arose during the
trials and turmoil of the 19th century. Both views stripped away the layers of romanticism to
present a natural or real viewpoint of the work. These forms of writing refuse to idealize or praise
the subject while also avoiding artificial, fantasy, or mystical elements. In American literature, the
term realismrefers to writings that depict the realistic, everyday life of an average, middle class
individual. It portrays concrete reality closely and more emphasis is placed on the character and
his purpose rather than the plot and action. Word choice and diction used by realists are common
vernacular and the events that take place are plausible. The characters and plots are often based
around factual events and people, and it aims to show a truthful representation of reality. Realism
began around the start of the Civil War and lasted until the turn of the century a time of exponential
growth for the United States. With this growth came increasing rates of literacy which provided a...

the victory. Throughout this story, Twain illustrates realism not only through the language and

Miss Havisham In Charles Dickens Great Expectations
The expectations for Estella to be the embodiment of Miss Havisham s revenge were too harsh for
her to meet. Through her childhood, her methods of achieving her goals and her fall from grace,
Estella fails to meet the standard she was raised to meet. Estella had to deal with the formations of
her expectations in her childhood. If she wasn t climbing the ranks of society, she was dropping
the spirits of everyone around her. To start her story, you must understand who she came from and
how she was given these expectations. Her parents were common in laws and they ended up
losing her after her mother was charged for murder, and Estella was taken away. She was then
adopted by Miss Havisham, an older womanwith crazed tendencies. As Miss Havisham once said,

Lady s Dressing Room
The Lady s Dressing Room From aspects such as dress and outward appearance to manners and
matters of reputation and place in society, women have both rebelled and conceded to these
customs. Unveiling the seemingly effortless female beauty, A Lady s Dressing Room was written
in the beginning of the eighteenth century by widely popular Jonathan Swift. Through this work,
Swift primarily focuses on the contents on his beloved Celia s dressing room. He takes an inside
look at what it takes to make a womanlook the way that they present themselves to others.
Another eighteenth century work, Fantomina: or, Love in a Maze , was written by Eliza
Haywood and centers on a woman who uses dress to disguise herself in order to deceive her love
interest. Though the intentions and plots of each work are different, they each utilize dress to
change their characters in some way. A Lady s Dressing Room was written by Swift to open up a
world that he considered full of pride and vanity: a woman s beauty. He achieves this with use of
crude, scatological humor, Juvenalian satire, and farce.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

maiden. By simply changing her clothing to a round eared cap, a short red petticoat, and a little

she is someone else (1437). This work achieves a similar feat as described in A Lady s Dressing
Room because each of the women get away with the deception of their male counterparts. Swift
takes on a more realistic view, while that described by Haywood is a little far fetched, considering
the fact that Beauplaisir never recognizes that he makes love to the same woman several

In this essay, I would be analysing Katherine Shonfield s book Walls have Feelings : architecture,

Baby new contemporary architectural interest which were introduced in 1960 s. I would be
discussing the damp penetration in detail, with that I would also be disusing the issues on sound
penetration. I feel each style has flaws even though while constructing it, designing it, there might

As a result of per the Building laws, the insulation is against airborne sounds like voices, not
against the impact of sound against the walls like hammering a nail, noise pipes or vigour bed
sheets. Once sound meets the building, like a floor, a ceiling or a wall the sound reflects back
to the area, a part of it is absorbed by the fabric and the left over is transmitted to the succeeding
area. The sound absorbed, mirrored and transmitted depends on each of the thickness/thinness of
the wall as well as the material on the wall. (Figure 1) Katherine Shonfield makes a case for this
idea in her book Walls have Feelings within which she highlights that in Rosemary s Baby,
Rosemary is lying awake in her bed, the noise from her neighbour is keeping her awake and once
she sleeps the sound becomes her nightmare. This might be because of the poor sense of
designing, the wall that is supposed to defend her has failed to guard her. Similarly, in Repulsion,
the protagonist, Carol will hear a tolling bell from outside which calls nuns in a neighbour
convent to prayer. Due to poor planning of the building occupants may have heavy health
problems. Health problems like high blood pressure, deafness, sleep disturbances, amendment of
behaviour additionally as psychological issues, etc. The said nightmare which Rosemary have
could be due to the lack of sleeping or the disturbance of the sleep. The noise problem should be

Different Characteristics Of Forests, Grasslands And Savannas
Grasslands/Savannas
Savannas, also known as tropical grasslands, are open spaces where the vegetation is dominated
by grass. They are found between forests and deserts, where there is the perfect amount of rainfall
in order for this biome to survive. Savannas are located in South America, Africa, India, and
Australia. They have warm temperature the whole year, and there are two different seasons, a dry
winter that lasts 4 6 months, and a wet summer that lasts 6 8 months. Temperatures in this biome
can climb above 90В° F during summer. And during winter, it usually falls to 64В° F. The average
rainfall is from 20 50 inches per year.
The dry season begins with violent thunderstorms that create strong winds. These factors often
promotes the spread of fires during this season, which causes most animals to migrate to another
area; most of the plants begin to die, with the exception of the ones that have underground
storage organs to help them survive; and the rivers dry up. However, when the rainy season
arrives, many types of grasses grow in the savannas and they easily survive seasonal fires; rivers
flow freely; lakes fill up again; and the animals that migrated will come back to the savanna.
In order to survive, tropical grasslands need the dry. If it rained all year, the area would become a
tropical forest. On the other hand, if it didn t rain at all, then it would become a dessert. In many
savannas a combination of seasonal fires and large numbers of grazing animals

Disadvantages Of Engineering Materials
Introduction Engineering materials is classified into families based on their material structure,
compositions, properties etc, as shown in the figure: Metals Ferrous metals: These are the
metals and the alloys that are composed of high amounts of the iron content. These are the
strongest materials that are available and can be used in the applications where strength of the
material is compulsorily high and at a low cost and also where the weight is not a primary
importance. Ferrous metals are used in various applications such as: building of bridges,
structures of huge buildings, rolling stock, the bodies and highly stressed engine parts of vehicles
running on the road, railway lines and locomotives. The ferrous metals alone can also be divided
into Groups , and these are as follows. Non ferrous metals: These materials refer to the remaining
metals known in the world. As they lack of mechanical strength these clean metals can hardly be
used as structural materials. They are used where their superior properties such as electrical
conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance are essential. Aluminum and Copper
are used as electrical conductors and, composed with sheet zinc and sheet lead, are used as roofing
materials. They are primarily used with other metals to improve the material strength. Some
extensively used non ferrous metals and alloys that are available are shown in figure. Non metallic
materials Non metallic or synthetic

College Sports Is Not A Career Or Profession
An article written by Horace Mitchell called, Students Are Not Professional Athletes , caught my
attention the moment I read the title. In the article, Mitchell said Collegiate sports is not a career or
profession. It is the students vehicle to a higher education degree. Meaning that you only play
collegesport for four year, if that. You are at college to get an education and to get a job after and
start your life. There are only a select number of collegiate athletes that will go to the
professionals. If you are not one of those select few, but still receiving a scholarship, you are
there to play sport because it pays your tuition. Mitchell then says that most division one athlete
do not have time for a job, but maybe raising the financial aid would help out. I think this would
be a good idea, but if they increasing the financial aid, they should make it available to all
divisions. But, if it is increased, what happens if the NCAA runs out of money to pay for all the
athletes to go to college for free? Where would the money come from then. No matter the situation
involving the NCAA it would take years and years of figuring out to even be considered. Kristi
Dosh wrote an article titled The Problems With Paying College Athletes . Her main argument
against athletes getting paid is, where will all the money come from? She says that there are only
fourteen schools that are making profit without have to rely on institutional support. Those schools

An Essay About Love, Our Supreme Emotion, By Daniel Gilbert
There are many distinctive definitions when it comes to the word happiness. Two psychologists, in
particular, are thoroughly investigating the science behind this feeling. Barbara Fredrickson, who
wrote the essay, Selections from Love 2.0: Love, Our Supreme Emotion, focuses on formulating
positive connections with people through micro moments. She believes that these conscious
interactions are beneficial to positive resonance and to our mental well being. On the contrary,
Daniel Gilbert, who wrote the essay Immune to Reality, discusses how our brain exploits the
ambiguity of bad experiences and unconsciously softens its sting. By doing so, we become immune
to reality. Even though Fredrickson believes that accumulating conscious... Show more content on

The process of neural coupling makes people have empathy. Empathy is something that you gain
when you feel other people s emotions. It can only be earned when you understand one s pain.
According to Fredrickson, these conscious acts can only be reached by sharing a unified
connection. When talking to people, you typically share a smile or you attentively pay attention
to their expressions. By doing so, you can reach the level of happiness that you deserve. Yet,
Gilbert would say that all these emotions are not possible. You have to rely on your unconscious
during these types of moments. These are rare moments that you typically share between family,
friends, or strangers. Usually, we rely on our psychological immune system to make us happy. If
the process is typically unconscious, how do we know that what we are feeling in Love 2.0 is a
real connection between a stranger or soul mate? This concludes that Fredrickson s theory needs
to be assisted by Gilbert s. Another conscious process that Fredrickson discusses is how oxytocin
is used in social relationships. This hormone makes people attend more to eyes and become
specifically more attuned to their smiles, especially subtle ones. Perhaps because of the closer
attention you pay to people s smiles and eyes, you become a better judge of their feelings
(Fredrickson 115). Although Fredrickson makes it seem that this is essential for happiness, she is

Emotional Voices Of Shakespeare s The Merchant Of...
William Shakespeare expresses Shylock and Hamlet s emotional voices explicitly throughout both
plays: The Merchant of Venice and Hamlet. The emotional voices in both texts were due to the
tragic incidences each protagonist Shylock and Hamlet endured. In The Merchant of Venice the
emotions seen within the text are hatred and penitence, whereas in Hamletthe audience can infer
that the emotions portrayed are depression, pain and terror; thus instigating that there is a
contrasting concept between The Merchant of Veniceand Hamlet. This can be seen through Hamlet
s situation where his emotions were triggered by his father s passing. As stated in Act 4 Scene 4, he
utters: My thoughts be bloody or be nothing worth . The word bloody suggests that he has
malicious intentions as he indicated obliviously that he wanted to avenge his father. Hamlet cannot
afford to think of anything other than his unsettled task: execute his father s assumed murderer.
This brings out his emotional voice vengeance as the death of his father had an enormous impact on
him, leading him to become depressed and paranoid throughout the play. Dissimilarly, Shylock s
emotionhad been caused by the mistreatment he suffered as a result of him being a Jew in a
Christian community. Anti Semitism was omnipresent in Venice, signifying that Shylock was
discriminated against pervasively. This led him to channel all his anger towards the Christians
because of the inevitable exploitation he

University of Wisconsin La Crosse and my career goal is to become a Sex Therapist, for the
future. How I got interested in this occupation is that I knew that I wanted to help people in
some way, but I didn t exactly know how I was going go about that. I grew up in a family
environment that talked about sex very openly. Which today, has made me feel comfortable
taking about sex and I have found that sexual topics are interesting to learn about. I changed my
major to Psychology, which will help me prepare for my career, because I plan to work in a
clinical setting that deals with diagnosing people based on their behaviors. Studying psychology
is all about the mind s functions and how it affects behavior. In the following paragraphs I will
explain in depth of background knowledge and the educational requirements for pursuing a career
as a Sex Therapist. Also, providing information about the salary, competitiveness, type of job
locations, and expectations. For this assignment I interviewed Jill O Brien, who is a Physical
Therapist that works at Gundersen and runs her own clinic that specializes in Pelvic Health. This
is not the exact career that I want, but her specialized interest is something similar to the type pf
clients I could work with in the future. I could not job shadow a Sex Therapist, due to
confidentiality reasons. These are the topics I will be describing in more depth

Machiavellian Prince
Cunning. In politics, there will always be someone more powerful than the prince and there will be
times when brute force will not suffice in enabling them. In such situations, the capable prince must
be capable of outsmarting the opposition, if they wish to remain relevant.
Decisive. The worst thing a Machiavellian prince can do is nothing at all. Neutrality only breeds
animosity from both sides of the conflicts. The competent prince must, when tasked with choosing
a side, declare their allegiance overtly and without doubt. Choosing neutrality, from the
perspective of the opposing parties, serves the same as declaring oneself opposed to all; the

Drosophila Lab Report
Introduction: The Drosophila project was fundamentally conducted to determine potential
regulators of the wingless pathway in Drosophila Melanogaster. All the experiments in this project
were used to establish two things. Firstly, the location of the transposon insertion and secondly, the
effect the genes near the transposon insertion had on the wingless pathway. These two things were
used to ascertain the potential regulators of the wingless pathway. We were assigned unknown

Gristan Und Isolde Analysis
Richard Wagner changed the world s understanding and perception of opera when he composed,
Tristan und Isolde . This opera is based on the romantic legend, Tristan , by Gottfried von
Strassburg. What distinguishes this particular work from anything else of its time is the foundation
and meaning of love and the untraditional love story that unfolds. Wagner does not hesitate to
violate the collective regard for the love of life and, in turn, the life of love. By writing his own
libretto, Wagner s operasymbolizes what perfect love is and the way in which it contributes to
eternal life and death. Over the course of his life, Wagner was regarded as a determined and
somewhat controversial individual. His compositional works are no exception to these
characteristics. This is largely due to the fact that his libretto writing is reflective of his own
experiences and feelings. When he had written Tristan und Isolde, Wagner was coping with drama
and complication in his personal life. At this point of his life he was married to Minna Planner.
Their relationship faced some hardship and developed into a rigid partnership. During this time,
Wagner was a very vulnerable being and took comfort in his companion, Mathilde Wesendonk.
Her husband, Otto Wesendock, was a very wealthy banker and a patron of Wagner s work. He
provided Wagner with a small villa to reside in to continue composing and inventing. Eventually,
Mathilde moved in next door to Wagner. As their relationship continued to flourish, they
progressed from a teacher and student dynamic to adulterous lovers. Unfortunately, the situation
resulted in a crisis, exposing their inappropriate relationship in the process. This turn of events
inspired Wagner to write the libretto of Tristan und Isolde as he was left with dissatisfaction and
unfulfilled passion. This turn of events in his life prompted Wagner to stop writing another one of
his most highly regarded pieces, Der Ring des Nibelungen , to begin writing Tristan und Isolde .
One of the more notable pieces of inspiration of his libretto resulted after meeting philosopher,
Arthur Schopenhauer. Many of Schopenhauer s ideas were eye opening and impactful on Wagner s
general perception. His first form

Summary Of The Poem Sailing To Byzantium
Sailing to Byzantium
W.B. Yeats poem Sailing to Byzantium presents his concerned about the progression of time and
how someone can become eternal. Yeats lived from 1865 to 1939; so this poem, which was
composed in 1926 at age 60, which reflects his fear about aging and becoming immaterial. The
narrator of this poem seems concerned with the idea of the human condition, that we are born,
we live, and then we die . The narrator seeks out a place where he will be able to join the
monuments of history, so that he could survive endlessly. He emphasized a deeper journey of an
old man seeking to escape the idle and uneducated society of Europe. Thereafter, the poet sails to a
place called Byzantium, the ancient name for current day Istanbul. He chose Byzantium, because
of its well known history, a place of paradise and the only place where art and man can become a
single body. Thus, he hopes that by becoming an artificial object himself, he can setback the human
condition.
The first stanza of the poem references the impermanence of the natural world, and the fact that
everything must one day meet an end. In the sentence That is no country for old men, the word that

Decision Making Model Essay
Decision Making Model
Abstract
Decision making models can be very effective in problem solving. Scheduling is a big problem at
Direct HomeHealth Care and a solution needed to be found. Scheduling software which can be very
expensive was the only conclusion that could be reached. With much thought and analysis a
resolution was reached with critical thought and a decision making model from the Small Business
Development Center.
Decision making models can be very helpful in analyzing a problem and setting up a step by step

A new solution needed to be reached to schedule patients more efficiently.
The next step would be to analyze the situation and identify key uncertainties. After thinking this
problem through there was a realization that a computer program was the way to go. Computer
programs can be very expensive, some around thirty thousand dollars. This would be a very large
expense and I am not sure Direct HomeHealth Care is ready to spend that kind of money. A new
computer program would also mean schedulers need to be trained and that could be very time
consuming. If the schedulers were not computer literate it could become very complicated. Despite
the drawbacks such as expense and training this was the only workable solution. This would
eliminate the heavy books and also allow for more precise and efficient patient scheduling.
Gathering data is the next step in the model and several software companies were consulted. All
of the companies had excellent products with very impressive features. The scheduling software
not only scheduled patients but it also kept track of payroll and billing. Payroll and billing are
both very important departments of Direct HomeHealth Care and the process to fulfill each task
weekly is monstrous. If the software could help to alleviate these two jobs it would be a great
benefit. After speaking with representatives from a number of companies an affordable solution

McPherson and Hearn on Abraham Lincoln Essay
The presidency of Abraham Lincoln came during a highly radical and chaotic period of American
history. For historians such as James McPherson, they see Lincoln as the greatest leader in
American history. For McPherson, Lincoln succeeded in combining military pragmatism with the
political ideologies of the North, as well as Lincoln s own idealism, thus assuring Northern victory.
However, not all historians agree that Lincoln was a masterful tactician. Chester Hearn, believes
that although Abraham Lincolnwas one of America s most venerable statesmen, his presidency
was marked by flaws and a general misunderstanding of how war is waged. McPherson s Tried by

Although Hearn does not entirely refute the commonly view of Lincoln as a brilliant tactician and
morally inspired leader, he also provides many examples of Lincoln s failures. Many of the
policies, which McPherson celebrates, Hearn depicts as misguided and desperate.
Although James McPherson presents Lincoln as having numerous qualities that defined him as
a brilliant leader, he wastes no time in revealing what he believes to be Lincoln s greatest
strength. In his Introduction, McPherson states regarding Lincoln s political leadership: In a
civil war whose origins lay in a political conflict over the future of slavery and a political decision
by certain states to secede, policy could never be separated from national strategy.... And neither
policy nor national strategy could be separated from military strategy (McPherson, p.6). Lincoln
could not approach the war from a purely martial standpoint instead, he needed to focus on the
issues that caused it. For the catalyst of the war was also the tool for its solution; a war started by
differing ideologies could only be resolved through the military application of ideology. This non
objective approach to the waging of the war almost resembles the inspired approach McPherson
brings to his examination of Lincoln himself.
For Hearn, Lincoln s true level of tactical skill is hard to discern due to the legendary status that
history has given him. In response to this confusion, Hearn

Everyman Death
Throughout the 98th to 130th lines of Everyman , which is Death s first conversation with
Everyman, his intentions of why he is there and what is his purpose are revealed. Unlike other
medieval morality plays, such as Mankind for example, the inner workings of this character is
made overtly obvious; Death is directly addressing the other character on stage and not the
audience. Death s oration lasts a good few pages however the crucial part of this almost religious

Lester, The Three Late Medieval Morality Plays, Everyman, page xxv). A holy death being the
ultimate goal when it is humanity s time to pass, as this means their soul will get into Heaven,
during the medieval time period there was an ultimate need for the resolve of what happens
after a person dies most prominently in the belief of an afterlife. Death outright tells Everyman
that he has done more bad deeds than good and this is why Death is here to deliver a reckoning
and he is here to deliver such a reckoning in a way which does not grant Everyman time to truly
consider, I give thee no respite. Come hence, and not tarry. (G.A. Lester, The Three Late
Medieval Morality Plays, Everyman, page 69). The whole phrasing would suggest the urgency
and requirement of an immediate action but it is the word respite that the true forcefulness is
revealed. The word when used in modern terms, according to the OED, is a short break in events
but when Death uses it, the term respite implies the tone of hurry and without delay as defined

much more powerful foe, it is possible to come out on top. Superheroes first became extremely
popular within the pages of comic books so it was only natural that film makers adopted the idea of
superheroes into movies as well. People flock to superhero movies to satisfy their need for fantasy.
Superhero movies frequently depict an average Joe who is somehow given amazing super
human powers that real men and women have been fantasizing about for years. When thinking
about movies that follow this sequence of events, the first movie that comes to my mind is
Spider Man. The movie starts out by showing the main character as a weak and nerdy high
school student, but a field trip to a research lab changed his life forever. He is bitten by a spider
that gives him super human powers that he uses to fight crime and injustice. Viewers are enticed
by movies like Spiderman because they wish that they could actually obtain these super human
powers too. While many people would like these powers to have the ability to better society,
many would also enjoy the powers for more cynical uses. Many people can relate to the feeling of
being weak and helpless, so seeing heroes like Spiderman in the

Starbucks in China
Case study: Starbucks in China Starbucks A global company? The 1971 founded company
Starbucks has undergone an impressive expansion throughout the last years and as a result now is
the leading coffee house retailer in the world. Due to several joint ventures, partners, and an
enormous amount of directly operated stores, it is present in more than 34 countries and serves
around 33 millions of customers per week.1 Moreover, the company significantly increased its
global publicity within subscribing to strategic alliances with various hotels, air carriers, schools,
and stadiums. Nevertheless, Starbucks possesses an immense core business in the United States,
which is based on its corporate roots in Seattle, as well as the huge market... Show more content on

This would also be very consistent with Starbucks guiding principles that state: Embrace diversity
as an essential component in the way we do business .6 Moreover, the American coffee company
will have to face the Chinese increasing national pride to avoid Western brands, which makes it
even harder for Starbucks to establish a strong and positive image in the long term. Furthermore,
their target customers and therewith their probable locations are limited to the major cities and the
coastal urban areas. But within these areas, Starbucks has a good potential, since a growing
number of young, trendy people are willing to spend more money on luxury goods, as the
Starbucks products are in China. In this context, tourists also capture an increasingly important
position, since they are more and more traveling to China and hence are possible Starbucks clients
as well. Additionally, the middle class starts to earn more money and thus also represents a potential
future consumer. As a result of the growing amount of prospective customers and so copycats, it
could be a challenge for the global company that the market suddenly is oversaturated, since coffee
still remains anything but the Chinese favorite beverage.

With Every Solution, A New Problem Arises
With Every Solution, A New Problem Arises Alcohol has been consumed since 10000 BC
(Hanson 1). However, unlike now, alcohol was sometimes better than drinking water because of
waters high risk of carrying diseases. Alcohol wasn t looked at the way it is looked at now.
Barrette Seaman, a New York Times editor wrote a book called Binge: What Your College Kid Won
t Tell You, examining college students behavior and reports on the issues of college students. After
collecting the information, Seaman then wrote an essay about the information he gathered.
However, Seaman wasn t just observing any college behavior, specifically he was monitoring

Seaman knew that the parents would be concerned about sending their children of to college.
Alcohol consumption would bring worry to any parent who cares about their children s well
being. Throughout Seaman s essay (which was published in Time magazine), he uses Ethos as a
writer to convince his readers to take action. At the beginning of his book he tells the readers,
that he too was a graduate of Hamilton College and trustee of the college, which instills trust with
the readers (Seaman 1). It lets the readers know that he is an educated individual who has become
successful, despite his drinking habits in college. However, when Seaman went to college in the
60 s, unlike now, beer was more common then hard liquor (Seaman 2). Seaman then uses Logos to
persuade his readers to believe that the minimum drinking age of 21 is not the solution. It s part of
the problem (Seaman 2). He goes about convincing his audience by offering facts and statistics
about different laws and when they where passed by congress. Although Seaman makes a
compelling argument, he has many flaws within his argument. Seaman strives to show his audience
that there is a counterargument to his claim. However, Seaman clearly states that when the
minimum drinking age was raised; it saved lives (Seaman 2). Even though Seaman might have
tried to dispute that idea, regardless, more lives are being saved with the drinking age set at twenty

The United States was a power that wanted to remain neutral and was not involved in the first
World War until national security was tested and decided to get involved by joining the war on
April 6, 1917, supplying food to the allied forces, and my recruiting soldiers.
Although not a direct involvement in the war, the United States decided to partake in the First
World War by supplying and rationing food to the allied forces, including Great Britain, France,
Russia and Italy. The war had begun in 1914 and after three years of fighting in the war, the
allies were facing starvation in Europe. Farms had been turned into battlefields and agricultural
workers were forced to serve in the warfare, which then made food importation very difficult. In
the United States, on August 10, 1917, the Food Administration was started in order to manage
and control the wartime supply, the conservation, the distribution and transportation of food. The
American children were also called upon to show thrift and economy during the war. One thing
that was very important was wheat, where Americans were urged and encouraged to give up or
stop consuming wheat in order to send it overseas and feed the allied soldiers. Meat was another
well rationed item where butchers were told to evenly distribute meat between registered
customers. As the war progressed, rationing and food supplying was not the only way the U.S. was
involved in the war as they also called upon those to

The Horror Of The Gothic Genre
The Gothic genre often reproduces a conservative paranoid structure when it comes to
homophobia and other moral panics over sex (Hanson, Pg. 176). Eve Sedgwick depicts this in
her work, Between Men: English Literature and Male Homosexual Desire as she discusses how
these ideas (paranoia) are represented within the Gothic, in what she describes as the homosocial
in reference to male bonds (Sedgwick, Pg. 86). She also discusses how bonds between men exist
as the backbone of social form and forms (Sedgwick, Pg. 86). Thus, a consequence of said structure
is the ability to define, control, and manipulate male bonds, which in turn becomes an inexplicably
powerful instrument of social control (Sedgwick, Pg. 86). Thus, homosexualityis represented as the
unspeakable within the Gothic, as it has been defined, controlled, and manipulated to be such
though social control. Therefore, this paper will discuss how homosocial bonds between men, are
used as a tool in social control and used as a way to produce paranoia and moral panic, thus in
reference to the Gothic, these forms epitomize homosexuality as the unspeakable, especially
through homosexual representations within the contexts of ghosts and haunted houses.
Sedgwick describes one of the most distinctive Gothic tropes, as the unspeakable (Sedgwick, Pg.
94), through this trope, she explains how sexuality between men has been recognized as having no
name, essentially being unspeakable , unmentionable , and not to be

  • 2. Fidelity, Bravery, And Integrity Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity. That is the motto. On July 26, 1908, U.S. Attorney General Charles Bonaparte ordered a group of newly hired federal investigators to report to Chief Examiner Stanley W. Finch of the Department of Justice. About one year later, the Office of Chief Examiners was renamed the Bureau of Investigators. It later became the Federal Bureau of Investigators in 1935. With headquarters in Washington D.C, the FBI is our prime source of investigative resources and responsible for more than 200 crimecategories. In 1870, when the Department of Justice was created to enforce the federal laws and coordinate different policies, there was not a set staff. Private detectives were hired when federal crimes needed to be investigated. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The selection process is intimidating. Real life FBI work is much different than the things that may be seen on television. This job requires the ability to stay focused, a high intelligence level, as well as education. Law enforcement is one of the leading careers resulting in death and/or injury, whether it be from physical altercations or car accidents. Two deaths have also occurred during the training process as trainees attempted to fast rope out of a helicopter. The hours are highly unpredictable as well. When considering this career, one should think realistically. One could imagine that a career such as this is nothing like what I shown on TV where the team is constantly flying out to catch bad guys. Although staking out overnight and remaining undercover for years are two likely possibilities, it is also very likely for agents to not leave the office at all. Long hours behind a desk with all different types of paperwork are hardly ever portrayed on television shows. Agents often have long days with long hours with a lot of undercover assignments. All agents are constantly on call. As the FBI says on its website, This is definitely not a nine to five ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 3. The War Over Territory On The Southern Border Happiness is often mistaken for a simple concept at first glance, even though it is often responsible for a human s actions, thoughts, and even perspective on numerous topics. Different social factors come together from almost every portion of life, to create one s happiness ranking. A strategy like this can be used by a single person, but it also has the ability to be used to analyze a certain place or country. One country that s currently dealing with a significant amount of issues, is Lebanon. Many of the social factors looked at as a source of happiness, are either missing or being threatened by radical groups within the country. War over territory on the southern border has been a consistent problem within the country for decades, leading to a significant amount of destruction and tension between the Lebanese and their neighbors. Not to mention, many major cities like Beirut have been plagued by the country s inability to properly remove wasteand control the homeless population. Maybe the biggest uproar taking place in Lebanon right now, is the youth unhappiness with religion and the impact it has on society. On the other hand, the positives are not exactly where they should be. Lebanon has been fortunate to have fertile land and great tourist destinations. On top of that, the country is still working towards creating an equal playing field for both men and women. It has been a rather slow process, but changes are coming. Even some of the industries within the country ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 4. Persuasive Essay About Censorship For everything that needs to be said there are always these things that never should be (Witherbee). This statement has rung true for many generations and for many reasons. Censorship helps solve this problem within T.V. shows, art, media, internet, and advertisements. In the world today people are easily offended and some people use information to their advantage. Despite what some people might believe, there are people in America that can use uncensored information to hinder the productivity of the country to benefit themselves or another country. Censorshipis necessary to protect different groups and people. However, some things are unnecessarily censored such as books. Books are the best educator because authors usually have something more to say than the words on the page say. There are certain groups such as the Parents Against Bad Books in Schools who only see the words and meanings that are on the page (Parents Against Bad Books in Schools). For example, the book Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain was banned from certain schools because it said the word nigger in it (Witherbee). If the reader would have read the book s entirety one would have discovered the anti slavery tone the book possesses. Books teach lessons and they show readers that problems either need to be fixed or one needs to come up with a better solution. Books can be a great way to introduce children to real world situations without putting them in stressful or unstable situations. ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Delays At Logan Airport Essay ASSIGNMENT QUESTIONS FOR THE DELAYS AT LOGAN AIRPORT CASE QUESTION 1 (25 points) In the Delays at Logan Airport case, there are different proposals for reducing congestion. One of the methods proposed to tackle the impact of delays was peak period pricing, PPP. In the case, good weather operational capacity (i.e., both arrivals and departures) was around 120 planes per hour. Assuming that the number of arrivals approximately equals the number of departures, we obtain an average arrival capacity of 60 planes per hour. When winds from the northwest become moderately strong, Logan s capacity drops from three runways (where one runway handles both arrivals and departures, one runway only departures and one runway only arrivals) to two (where two runways handle both arrivals and departures). Arrival capacity in the former case averages around 60 planes per hour and in the latter case, 45 planes an hour. When weather conditions are particularly severe, only one runway for both arrivals and departures is in operation, and total arrival capacity drops to 30 operations per hour. a) During adverse weather conditions which of the fundamental assumptions of queueing theory discussed in class is violated? Through this work, Swift primarily focuses on the contents on his beloved Celia s dressing room. Another eighteenth century work, Fantomina: or, Love in a Maze , was written by Eliza Haywood and centers on a woman who uses dress to disguise herself in order to deceive her love interest. Though the intentions and plots of each work are different, they each utilize dress to change their characters in some way. They are found between forests and deserts, where there is the perfect amount of rainfall in order for this biome to survive. Savannas are located in South America, Africa, India, and Australia. They have warm temperature the whole year, and there are two different seasons, a dry winter that lasts 4 6 months, and a wet summer that lasts 6 8 months. Temperatures in this biome can climb above 90В° F during summer. And during winter, it usually falls to 64В° F. The average rainfall is from 20 50 inches per year. The dry season begins with violent thunderstorms that create strong winds. These factors often promotes the spread of fires during this season, which causes most animals to migrate to another area; most of the plants begin to die, with the exception of the ones that have underground storage organs to help them survive; and the rivers dry up. However, when the rainy season arrives, many types of grasses grow in the savannas and they easily survive seasonal fires; rivers flow freely; lakes fill up again; and the animals that migrated will come back to the savanna. In order to survive, tropical grasslands need the dry. If it rained all year, the area would become a tropical forest. On the other hand, if it didn t rain at all, then it would become a dessert. They are used where their superior properties such as electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance are essential. Aluminum and Copper are used as electrical conductors and, composed with sheet zinc and sheet lead, are used as roofing materials. She believes that these conscious interactions are beneficial to positive resonance and to our mental well being. The emotional voices in both texts were due to the tragic incidences each protagonist Shylock and Hamlet endured. In The Merchant of Venice the emotions seen within the text are hatred and penitence, whereas in Hamletthe audience can infer that the emotions portrayed are depression, pain and terror; thus instigating that there is a contrasting concept between The Merchant of Veniceand Hamlet. This can be seen through Hamlet s situation where his emotions were triggered by his father s passing. As stated in Act 4 Scene 4, he utters: My thoughts be bloody or be nothing worth . The word bloody suggests that he has malicious intentions as he indicated obliviously that he wanted to avenge his father. Hamlet cannot afford to think of anything other than his unsettled task: execute his father s assumed murderer. This brings out his emotional voice vengeance as the death of his father had an enormous impact on him, leading him to become depressed and paranoid throughout the play. Neutrality only breeds animosity from both sides of the conflicts. The competent prince must, when tasked with choosing a side, declare their allegiance overtly and without doubt. • 33. Gristan Und Isolde Analysis Richard Wagner changed the world s understanding and perception of opera when he composed, Tristan und Isolde . This opera is based on the romantic legend, Tristan , by Gottfried von Strassburg. What distinguishes this particular work from anything else of its time is the foundation and meaning of love and the untraditional love story that unfolds. Wagner does not hesitate to violate the collective regard for the love of life and, in turn, the life of love. By writing his own libretto, Wagner s operasymbolizes what perfect love is and the way in which it contributes to eternal life and death. Over the course of his life, Wagner was regarded as a determined and somewhat controversial individual. His compositional works are no exception to these characteristics. This is largely due to the fact that his libretto writing is reflective of his own experiences and feelings. When he had written Tristan und Isolde, Wagner was coping with drama and complication in his personal life. At this point of his life he was married to Minna Planner. Their relationship faced some hardship and developed into a rigid partnership. During this time, Wagner was a very vulnerable being and took comfort in his companion, Mathilde Wesendonk. Her husband, Otto Wesendock, was a very wealthy banker and a patron of Wagner s work. He provided Wagner with a small villa to reside in to continue composing and inventing. Eventually, Mathilde moved in next door to Wagner. As their relationship continued to flourish, they progressed from a teacher and student dynamic to adulterous lovers. Unfortunately, the situation resulted in a crisis, exposing their inappropriate relationship in the process. This turn of events inspired Wagner to write the libretto of Tristan und Isolde as he was left with dissatisfaction and unfulfilled passion. This turn of events in his life prompted Wagner to stop writing another one of his most highly regarded pieces, Der Ring des Nibelungen , to begin writing Tristan und Isolde . One of the more notable pieces of inspiration of his libretto resulted after meeting philosopher, Arthur Schopenhauer. Many of Schopenhauer s ideas were eye opening and impactful on Wagner s general perception. His first form ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

This would be a very large expense and I am not sure Direct HomeHealth Care is ready to spend that kind of money. A new computer program would also mean schedulers need to be trained and that could be very time consuming. If the schedulers were not computer literate it could become very complicated. In his Introduction, McPherson states regarding Lincoln s political leadership: In a civil war whose origins lay in a political conflict over the future of slavery and a political decision by certain states to secede, policy could never be separated from national strategy.... And neither policy nor national strategy could be separated from military strategy (McPherson, p.6). Lincoln could not approach the war from a purely martial standpoint instead, he needed to focus on the issues that caused it. For the catalyst of the war was also the tool for its solution; a war started by differing ideologies could only be resolved through the military application of ideology. A holy death being the ultimate goal when it is humanity s time to pass, as this means their soul will get into Heaven, during the medieval time period there was an ultimate need for the resolve of what happens after a person dies most prominently in the belief of an afterlife. Death outright tells Everyman that he has done more bad deeds than good and this is why Death is here to deliver a reckoning and he is here to deliver such a reckoning in a way which does not grant Everyman time to truly consider, I give thee no respite. Come hence, and not tarry. (G.A. Lester, The Three Late Medieval Morality Plays, Everyman, page 69). The whole phrasing would suggest the urgency and requirement of an immediate action but it is the word respite that the true forcefulness is revealed. The word when used in modern terms, according to the OED, is a short break in events but when Death uses it, the term respite implies the tone of hurry and without delay as defined in the Middle English Dictionary; literally implying that Everyman must take action as he has upset God and will be punished unless he changes his ways immediately. This now becomes a contradiction to the negative light Death had put on the religious and moral ethics, he s moved from obey me it is God s law to you must change your ways if you want to save your soul .
