employees data i.e., new entry, exit of employees, transfer of employees and communicate the benefit of
ESIC.
» Effective performance Liaisoning & legal compliance: liaisoning with all Govt. Dept. such as labour
Department i.e., Labour Superintendent, Labour Inspector and Civil Surgeon, PF Commissioner,
Enforcement Officer etc.
» Maintaining, Supervising, reviewing and updating checklist for statutory compliances in respect of all labour
welfare laws (i.e. PF, ESI, P-Tax, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Industrial Dispute, Minimum Wages, Payment of
