Strategic Human Resource Management
 Responsible for handling various activities in the HR function
 To work closely with the line managers in the business to assess needs and design, deliver and evaluate HR
initiatives that enable them to achieve their business objectives and drive a collaborative and supportive
high performing work environment
 To advise and coach managers on how best to interpret and apply HR policies and processes to ensure that
they are applied correctly and do not expose the company to risk but are adapted to the individual case and
support the line manager in achieving objectives
 To identify operational issues with existing processes and policies and ensure that the matter is addressed
and or built into future plans
Organizational Development
 Be responsible for handling employee problems, grievances, concerns regular basis. Take employee
feedbacks and resolve the issues
 To function as a two way bridge between Management and Employees; To manage and organize employee
meets, company annual day program
Employee Engagement
 To establish a Fun Work platform that organizes various events and celebrate important festivals
 To devise employee motivational programs like implementing employee of the month as a part of rewards &
recognition program
 Be responsible for employee communication, in terms of HR and related Management Strategies

HR Operations
Formulation of HR Operating Procedures and Systems
 To plan workforce requirement and staffing needs of the businesses - ensure the maintenance of workforce
plans and proactively work with talent acquisition to prepare for future vacancies; assist in recruiting and
selection processes for all positions
 To understand the recruitment needs of internal departments, specific job profiles and person specifications
in terms of knowledge, skills and other traits required of various jobs & Prepare the job description
 To maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

 To ensure all the inputs regarding payroll, appraisal, mediclaim etc. to be updated
 To investigate and resolve day-to-day employee issues, supporting managers in using the full range of HR
policies e.g. grievance, disciplinary, to ensure matters are handled appropriately and in line with legislative
and top management
 Responsible for HR Budgeting and Tracking
Statutory Compliance
 Be responsible for handling all activities related to statutory compliances
 Handson experience in union handling, disciplinary matters, domestic enquiry process, conciliation
proceedings, collective bargaining, industrial relation functions, wage and bonus settlements, attending
grievances, handling strike & lockouts, employee welfare administration
 Be responsible for dealing with labour dispute cases and appear in labour court, conciliation officers or
authorities concerned
 To handle standing orders, disciplinary proceedings – drafting of warning letters, show cause notice, charge
sheet etc.
 To participate in negotiations with Union, Industrial Court matters etc.
Community Aid / Liaisoning
 Be responsible for working directly with local agencies, governments departments and police dept
personnel to provide aid and fulfill the needs of struggling governments and citizens
 To work with community officials, government agencies,(Inspector of Factories, Labour department
implementing registration without a violent incident Fire department, ESIC, PCB, Police, Dist Admin,
APCPDCL etc.
 To negotiate and amicable setting of issue among the E.S.I, PF depts. and advice Payment of Gratuity, Bonus
etc.
 To manage all logistic requests for the Organization for Security and Cooperation
 Be responsible for all activities related to Company Equipments, Factory, Assets, Buildings, Furniture,
Vehicles Insurance, Employees Group Medi-claim etc.
 Responsible for assisting the business community and local media in providing opportunities to local
citizens
 To supervise Employees Transport Facility monitoring, movement, maintenance and up keeping of company
vehicles
