2. Anthrone Test- a general color reaction test 
used to determine the concentration of
carbohydrates in a sample.
Carbohydrates react with 
the Anthrone reagent under acidic conditions
to produce a blue-green color.

3. Observe the formation of
color.
Repeat the the same procedure
to the other samples. (Soya milk
and Shredded coconut).
