Background Analysis: Identification
of the Need
 India is in an era of constant migration. Professionals and
students from different parts of the country travel to other
areas for career growth and better opportunities.
 We analyze here the problem faced by the bachelors from
the northern parts of the country in the cities of Bengaluru
and Chennai.
 This segment is facing a dearth of cooks at home, who can
provide them food catering to their taste and preferences.
 The cooks who are available are either semi-skilled,
unprofessional and do not have an understanding of
customer preferences.
Service Information
 We are food services Company providing customized
cooking solutions to the customers. We aim to cater to
the rising demand for domestic help in cooking.
 The aim is to provide hassle free, customized, cost
effective and reliable services of cooks to our
customers so that they can have foods which suit their
palette.
Customer Analysis
 Specifically, we are targeting the young working
professionals and students from the northern parts of
the country in the cities of Bengaluru and Chennai.
Modus Operandi
 We intend to recruit semi-skilled cooks from north
India and provide them training on basic cooking and
hygiene skills as sought by the urban customers. The
cooks can be rotated/changed as per the demand of
the customer.
 The cooks shall be paid on monthly basis and we shall
charge the customers on per capita basis.
 The customers can call us or post a request on our
website. The customer’s request will be taken care of
(e.g. Jain food/vegetarian/ non vegetarian) and cooks
shall be provided accordingly.
Promotion and Advertising

 We intend to adopt the following ways:
Word of mouth publicity
Pamphlet distribution near IT companies and colleges
Social media
Ads on websites like Zomato,Burpp!, Justeat.
Scope of the Service and Future
Possibilities
 The service has immense potential for growth. Our
customer base is ever growing.
 In future,the services can be expanded to include an
entire food delivery business at homes and offices.
