Introduction
 A green building is design, construction, that eliminates negative
impacts, and can create positive culture for natural environment.
Green buildings maintain valued natural resources and improve the
future of life.
Design Efficiency
 It is the idea of sustainable building and has biggest collision on cost
and performance.
 In crafty physical optimal buildings, the objective is to reduce the total
environment impact correlate with all life-cycle stages on the building
project.
The Effect to Human Society
 Occupants may also enjoy more friendly and energetic to work and less traffic
blockage in their society if public transportation are made available at their
workplace.
 Advantage can potentially spread out beyond the workplace and lead to
increased use of sustainable design practices and observable change in the
large community. Behavioral changes might include increased recycling,
buying green products, and investing in energy-efficient technologies.
 Environmentally alert building practices will tend to produce lower amounts
of dust, pollution, noise, traffic blockage, and other community commotion.
These bettering will likely contribute to improved public health, safety, and
well-being.
The Effect to World
 It easily comply to changes in the environment as well as to the impulse of
nature and make the buildings are resistant to natural hazards, earthquakes
and large fires, that enable the buildings to stand the test and safer for people.
 It looks for ways in which can make the city areas more dynamic and can
bring agriculture into our cities.
 At the same time emphasizing the needs to defend the nature in city
areas and protect the environment, that to ensures the conservation of
flora and fauna diversity.
The Effect to Health
 From supply of fresh air through the building, that accomplished by good
ventilation which maintains high indoor air quality, and prevent from materials
and chemicals that can cause emissions of harmful gases.
 It expanded use of natural light to brighten rooms and makes sure the
occupants have a nice view of the surrounding environment, which not only
provides the building users with great amount of comfort, but also reduces the
need for imitation room lighting.
 By providing a pleasant indoor and outside temperature for smart
building solutions, it contributes to the creation of a good atmosphere
where people spend most of their time.
United Nation Sustainable Goal
 SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOAL 9
Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation
Suggestion:
1. Source control:
• keep the source of contaminant out of buildings or reduce when they cannot be prevented.
2. Ventilation control:
• provide enough ventilation to dissipate the contaminant and get them out of the building.
3. Building commissioning:
• define performance specifications in advance and test the building at various stages of construction and
operation in order to ensure that it performs as designed.
4. Maintenance:
• ensure that the building is kept clean and maintained during its operational life.
Challenge for implementation:
1. Developers are worried that accept green features into their buildings
will involve high natural costs compare to the conventional buildings.
2. Promoting the green building movement is lack of awareness, education
and information on the benefits of green building construction across
all stakeholders.
3. Require highest skill in the areas of energy efficiency maintenance
for HVAC system and diagnostic tools to measure building energy
efficiency.
Un-ethical Problems and Suggestion
Problems Suggestion
Construction issues:
 The buildings was constructed
at conflict area.
 The architects hired for the
building are not enough
technically trained and educated.
 Required much time for the
planning and designing of the
building.
 The building must be located at
suitable area.
 The architect engineers are
needed to provide technical
training so that they would be
able to give their best for the
construction process.
 Estimate the time accurately for
the planning and designing.
Un-ethical Problems and Suggestion
Problems Suggestion
Material issues:
 The materials required are also
rare and expensive from the
environmental aspect. This
affects the normal
environmental structure.
During the designing phase they
should think about some of the
new and easy available material
resources.
Un-ethical Problems and Suggestion
Problems Suggestion
Cost issues:
 The total process is costly than
the normal building
construction.
 Green building needs a large
amount of investment because
this method acquires some of
the advance technologies.
 Green building construction
can be done with the help of
certain natural resources
(Aliagha et al. 2013). Again it
can be said that in hot or free
ventilation area was
opportunity of the resources
are easy to use.
