The document outlines the requirements and grading rubric for a speech assignment. To receive a C level grade, a speech must be at least 1 minute 30 seconds, include a slideshow, address all parts of the speech, include 2 interactions with the audience, and allow looking at notes up to 4 times with someone holding the notes. A B level grade allows looking at notes up to 2 times. For an A or A+ level, the speech should meet the same requirements but not require looking at notes. The rubric also grades accuracy, grammar, pronunciation, and performance.

1. C Level (24-27%)
Your speech must be at least 1 minute 30 seconds long. (That’s about 200 words for most people.)!
You must have a slideshow following your teacher’s instructions on your computer. !
You must clearly have included all of the parts of this speech.!
You must have at least 2 interactions with your audience during the speech.!
You may look at your notes no more than 4 short times.!
