This document discusses the use of mnemonics to help classify and remember glycosides. It provides mnemonics for classifying glycosides based on their linkage, family, synonym, and other properties using phrases that form acronyms. The objective is to demonstrate how mnemonics can improve memory of glycoside classification by linking the categories to easy-to-remember phrases. The conclusion states that using these mnemonics to classify glycosides improved recall 100% of the time in helping students learn and remember the different types of glycosides.
