2. Diversity The concept of diversity encompasses acceptance and respect. It means understanding that each individual is unique, and recognizing our individual differences. These can be along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies. It is the exploration of these differences in a safe, positive, and nurturing environment. 4. One X one Organization One x one is a non profit foundation committed to improving the lives of children in Canada , the United Stats, Haiti and around the world. One x one is dedicated to helping create a world where children can live safely and with dignity, every child has to right to drink clean water , enough food to eat where no child suffers to illness due to improper or insufficient medical care , where school and learning are a right and not a privilege and where every kid has the chance to just be a kid. 5. Philosophy of one x one One and founded on the principles that every single life is infinitely precious and that each person can make profound differences in some one lee's life one by one. It began with a simple dream to honour one life and blossomed into an extraordinary and passionate movement to help so many more.

6. Water and One x one The other name of water is life. Clean water is essential for health, happiness and basic survivor. People can not pass even a day without water. Now some part of the world suffer a lot scarcity of water. Since 2006, One x one has launched the program clean water for all especially the different countries of Africa. One x one just recently renowned their commitment to this very cause at the 2008 Clinton Global initiative, announcing the launce of 1million project that will reach 55,000 more people in Africa with clean water, improving the health and lives of children, families, and communities.

Example:- As example, the Ethiopia REST project implemented 2borehole wells,7 hand-dug wells, 4 spring developments ,1 roof rainwater harvesting system, and 150 pit latrines providing clean and potable water with in a reasonable distance from home to the more than 4 thousand people in these communities .( Source::http:www.onexone.org.what-we-do-water . php )

8. Water, Children ,and Onex One One x one firmly focus on the very best of philanthropic efforts in five sectors which they belief the totality of a child`s welfare. Not all children have the luxury of clean water. Yet clean water is essential to the health of children all over the world . Each year millions die through diseases that are water born and poverty and hunger are spread rapidly which lead to school attendance dropping off. Usually it is the girl and women who go out to find out and carry water often having to walk for many miles and carry weighting 50lbs on the back. They do not have the luxury of turning on a tap getting clean cold drinking water when they need it. 9. My Responsibility as an ECE As an ECE I have responsibility to make awareness to the children as well as parents about water. Water is not only a recourse , it is a life source. As we are global citizen & believe diversity, first of all, I make awareness by showing the following poster (glogstar) which demonstrates the children interest to the next project about water. The massages on poster focus on their real life project that change their lives. They will also get the idea that water related diseases are the leading cause of death for children.

10. Continue:---- Moreover, as an ECE, I want to donate some money to Onex one which I collect from my neighbours and my community . I want to join one x one and work for people especially, Bangladesh because people there drink arsenic contaminated water which is found on ground water. The effect of arsenic contaminated water is serious. If I get chance to work with One x one, I will find out the arsenic contaminated area and ban to use this water and introduce alternative source of clean water.
