single account that can be funded from a bank account, debit, credit or charge card, or by receiving money from
another Serve account.
The American Express Servicing – Serve application can be accessed by over Web and Mobile channels to access
the features of the Serve Products. This is developed on Microsoft platform using ASP.NET, ASP.NET
AJAXC#.NET and XML for the presentation and business logic layers and uses Oracle, SQL Server and various
mainframe databases for data storage.
Serve Application is used by Amex Serve /Bluebird Customers to access the features of the Products such as
send/accept Money (P2P), Link funding sources, Load Money from Linked funding sources etc. The Project uses
a rule Engine called Ir Author to maintain the complex business rules that are changeable at run time on
customer discretion. The project offers all the functionalities of all the modules to web service.

Fraud risks involved in the Serve platform. The goal of this system is to integrate a business rules engine into
the platform in order to strengthen the fraud and risk mitigation facilities which will allow for more dynamic
product growth.
The base objective for the system surrounds the business rule engine and its integration into the platform. This
functionality involves injecting decision logic into various workflows within the platform so that downstream
processes can have access to information pertaining to the fraud/risk level associated with a transaction. The
decision logic is derived from business rules that are written and maintained by the Business Risk Management
team

Tenure : 8 months
Team Size : 7
Role : Developer
Responsibilities : Coding and Unit / Module testing.
Coordination of Integration and System testing.
Project Overview : Design a Bug Tracking System for the NeST Information Technologies (P) Ltd
which automates the recording, tracking, and management of software development bugs/defects. It integrates bug
and defect tracking with version control to help you manage change throughout the development process. The
software allows tracking new bugs, prioritizing and assigning bugs to the team members, generating bug reports
etc. It also provides an option to view all the bugs and provide solution and thus acts as knowledge base. The tool
allows the user to prepare test case document. Another feature of this tool is that it provides an option to create
team members having roles as developer or tester. So, only the assigned members can test their assigned forms
and provide test report. All the bugs in tested forms will be automatically assigned to the corresponding developers.
Though there is no fixed workflow here, there are some immutable points. For instance, though any assigned
developers can mark a bug resolved, only the person who opened it can mark it truly closed. It's easy to find the
bugs interested in with a variety of filtering and listing options

Title : BTS- Online Bug Tracking system Client : NeST IT Domain : Software Service-Quality Management/Testing Technology Used : ASP.Net 2003 and SQL 2000 Tenure : 8 months Team Size : 7 Role : Developer Responsibilities : Coding and Unit / Module testing. Coordination of Integration and System testing. Project Overview : Design a Bug Tracking System for the NeST Information Technologies (P) Ltd which automates the recording, tracking, and management of software development bugs/defects. It integrates bug and defect tracking with version control to help you manage change throughout the development process. The software allows tracking new bugs, prioritizing and assigning bugs to the team members, generating bug reports etc. It also provides an option to view all the bugs and provide solution and thus acts as knowledge base. The tool allows the user to prepare test case document. Another feature of this tool is that it provides an option to create team members having roles as developer or tester. So, only the assigned members can test their assigned forms and provide test report. All the bugs in tested forms will be automatically assigned to the corresponding developers. Though there is no fixed workflow here, there are some immutable points. For instance, though any assigned developers can mark a bug resolved, only the person who opened it can mark it truly closed. It's easy to find the bugs interested in with a variety of filtering and listing options 8 21-Dec-2016 George Thomas Varghese Page 8 of 9
