 A peace circle is used to build trust and
reduce conflict by giving individuals a chance
to express themselves. A circle must have
the following:
1. A Facilitator
2. A Talking Piece
 Rules of a peace circle
1. Share & speak from the heart
2. Listen from the heart
3. Confidentiality
“WHAT IS SHARED IN THE PEACE
CIRCLE STAYS IN THE PEACE
CIRCLE”
 Girl- A female child ; a
person’s daughter, esp. a
young one.
 Pre-teen- Relating to or
designed for children
especially between the ages
of 9 and 12
 Teenager- is a young
person whose age is
between thirteen and
nineteen (13-19). They are
called teenagers because
their age number ends in
"teen". Someone aged 18
or 19 is also considered a
young adult.
 Young Adult- a person in the
early years of adulthood
 The state or time of
being a woman.
 The composite of qualities
thought to be appropriate
to or representative of
women.
 Women considered as a
group:

WHAT IS ETIQUETTE?
 Etiquette is the rules indicating the proper
and polite way to behave.
 Etiquette is rules governing socially
acceptable behavior.
WHAT ARE MANNERS?
o A way of doing something or the way in
which a thing is done or happens.
o A way of acting; bearing or behavior.
