Objective:
A conscientious and smart working Payroll/Admin officer with extensive
experience of Payroll administration, time sheets and benefit plans. Having a
flexible And helpful attitude towards work and able to maintain accurate
employee records and keep senior management informed about changes in
law according to UAE that apply to the payroll process. Experience of

Current Career summary:
PAYROLL/ADMIN OFFICER AT MAB FACILITIES MANAGEMENT – DUBAI, UAE (FEBRUARY
2012 – PRESENT)
 Generate payroll & benefits Cost Center wise reports and Provision report
of all companies.
 Responsible for company’s payroll, data verification and entry from
departments.
 Generate soft and hard copies of bank transfers and cash payment detail
lists.
 Overtime entries of individual staff according to their entitlement.
 Processing all Leave applications & Final Settlements of All Branches.
 Process additions, deductions and increments when apply.
 Updates Payroll entries related to approved additions, deductions and
amendments as and when received by the originating departments or
from the HR Officer – Compensation and Benefits.
 Updates new jobs, job titles, cost centers to allocate workforce costs to
correct cost centers and manpower budget versus actual is reconciled.
 Update changes to personnel bank accounts details. Generates pay slips
for employees upon request for Bank Related transactions.
 Generate the salary sheets for all staff by department wise and cross
check the entries.
• Updates new jobs, job titles, cost center to allocate workforce costs to
correct cost centers and manpower budget versus actual is reconciled.
 Generate newly joined staff list with variable transaction details to be
presented along with the salary sheets for approval.
 Process the payroll in ‘Y’ mode.
 Consolidate salary sheets from the HR Manager and Vice President.
 Ensure updating the HR forms & update HR public folder as per QA
standards.
 Ensure HR policies & procedures are implemented at all times.
 Generate denomination reports (Camp wise / Company wise).
 Generate cost center wise pay slips to the Bank transfers and pay slips for
cash payments.
 Verifies payroll/benefit related outstanding for separating employees and
reports the same to the concerned employee relations representative for
recovery.
 Verifies payroll/benefit related outstanding for separating employees and

 Processing the Bank and Cash transfer through All Banks.
 Generates payslips for employees upon request for Bank Related
transactions.
 Prepare WPS Templates with all documents required for the transfers.
 Notify the Bank about staff terminations, Resignations and all non-
associated with the company.
 Generates related letters and documentation to support department
directives and initiatives related to increments, transfers, promotions,
bonuses etc.
 Generate monthly Provision (ESB & Leave) Report for all companies.
 Single point of contact for salary disbursal through UAE Exchange;
Finance House and All Banks.
 Coordinate with Finance on all payments release.
 Scanned and hard copy documents are filed in the concerned folders
electronically to ensure historical data and supporting documents are
available for the department for reference and audit requirements.
 Ensure that subordinates comply with MAB’s energy policy, procedures
and Energy management system requirements.
Present Skills:
 Fluency in English –both written and spoken.
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL, payroll processing,
overtime calculations and HRIS system.
 Ability to work under pressure and prioritize responsibilities based on
demand.
 Preparation of related reports, reconciliations and analysis.
