• Coordination with marketing and merchandising team: meet with marketing team for
future orders, present order status, and product costing and to discuss capacity status of
the factory/s. He takes decision to accept any order or not when there are fewer margins
• Approvals from Buyers: handle production issues and when required he can directly
contact to buyer for approval of variations.
• Planning of production units: Production planning, Material planning and machinery
planning is done or review
• Style allocation to units (where handling multiple factories): Based on available
capacity, product categories allocate styles in different units. In case own factory
capacity is less than required one, he transfers orders to other factories for job work.

Fabric Knowledge: • PV, PC, Cotton, Polyester, Lycra, Rayon, Silk, Denim, Jeans, Twill, canvas, Terry cotton, Nylon, Jersey, Pique,3 layer, fleece, soft shell, hard shell, insulation, eye bird, stretch, poly tricot, wrinkle, tactile, etc… Washing Knowledge: Depending on garments construction different types of washing process can be done. 1. Twill/Canvas/Knitted/Corduroy- Normal wash, Pigment wash, Caustic ,Silicon wash 2. Denim/Jeans/Gabardine - Enzyme wash, Stone wash, Bleach wash , Acid wash 3 Grey fabric- Super white wash Types of Garment Wash: 1. Normal wash/ garment wash/rinse wash 2. Pigment wash 3. Caustic wash 4. Enzyme wash 5. Stone wash 6. Stone enzyme wash 7. Tinting (Tie) & Over Dyeing(Dip Dyeing) 8. Super white wash 9. Bleach wash 10. Acid wash 11. Silicon wash Work History: R & D TECHNOLOGIST: EUSEBIO SPORTING (BD) LTD. NOV-5th T0 TILL. Responsible for the new product development: Outdoor wear (jacket, trouser, shorts, bags, tent, sleeping bags. CAD operation, pattern making by computer (Using OPTITEX PGM Soft wear) Preparing the tech packs, Po, Indents sheets for the production. Sample developments and provide the fully technical solution to the production. Working closely with the buyers and designers.
  • 4. Operation Manager/Business development manager : Astur Uniform , Mogadishu- Somalia, April-2016 to November 1st . Handled 250 machines. Daily production: 5000 pieces. Product line: Linen and cotton shirts, trousers Government uniform (Army and Police), T-shirts non Wash Garments. Manpower: 325 People. Earned salary: $2700. ( Wish to relocate in other country because of unsafe environment in Somalia due to serial bomb blasting) Responsibilities: • Coordination and Supervision- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization. • Financial- Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company. • Best Practices- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. • Human Resources- Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures.
