Responsibilities:
• Ensure handling & improve the operational excellence, by managing the total processes from raw
material to finished goods
• Analyze, review, which will improve the operational excellence in supply chain and fulfillment of
manufacturing processes such as cycle time of samples & bulk
• Prepare departmental budgets and annual sales and business plans
• Monitor and maintain budgets by initiating actions to control operational and raw material cost
• Ensure planned sales targets are achieved
• Monitor and drive effective Salesman Sample & bulk programmed of both Columbia & NIKE with the
team and Ensuring smooth running of operations to achieve key performance indicators which set by

65% to 98% during my stay at Nike Team .

new processes.

• Develop the Lab dip with the fabric mill and ensure bulk fabric in house to the FG vendor on time .
• Develop the other trims and packaging with the overseas and local suppliers .

U.K. and internationally. Quantum Intimates is the underwear and lingerie division of Quantum
Clothing Group Limited, Mainly Produced M & S Underwear’s.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring smooth running of operations to achieve key performance indicators
• Negotiation the pricing with local and international suppliers based on the sales volume.

• Handle the fabric where house operation in additional to front end Merchandising main KPI is cut
down the cutting waiting time ,and the 100% stock accuracy of the fabric.
Orient Garments Ltd. – May 1999 – April 2001 (Duration : 1Year and 11months )
Orient Garments Limited (OGL)is a member of FINCO group of companies incorporated in Sri Lanka.
OGL today is the leader in Sri Lanka in manufactures and exports of up market outerwear, work
wear, sportswear and rainwear garments. OGL’s customers include Helly Hansen, M&S Mode,
London Fog, Gallery in USA, Kellwood, It has 04 modern self-contained factory units and annual
turnover is over US$20 million.

• Ensure planned sales targets are achieved
• Main duties were to do FOB costing, price negotiations with the buyer, order placement, fabric and
trims ordering and follow up of all samples such as counter, proto, salesman etc.. The main
customers which handle was Kellwood , Gallery-USA and Whaling.
• Prepare Time & Action plan according to buyer delivery dates & meet dead lines
• Ensure production capacity is filled and monitor order performance
• Handling all operational functions from raw material to finish goods and update the line wise
production schedule in order to plan the exports
• Implement systems to ensure smooth running of merchandizing and procurement team.
Key Achievements
• Successfully managed to turn around the Gallery, Kellwood & Whaling key accounts by achieving on
time raw material inputs by 90-95% and meet On Time Delivery by 95%
