• Support airport General Manager on an operational basis with the goal to perform world-

Achieve defined OPEX, stock and ensure a highly vibrant retail environment through
constant improvements of retail, logistics and promotions/events standards.
• Retailing: Strive to ensure that shop environment, assortment and communication are
focused to the relevant customer basis and inline with the Standard Operations for
Excellence (SOE). .. Keep shops at all time in perfect conditions and ensure maximum
stocking in line with defined standards. Ensure capturing of all relevant customer data in

• Promotion & Event: Ensure all brand/vendor promotions/events are in line with pre-set
deals of Buying and Visual Merchandising (VM) concepts. Support VM, marketing,

• Handling the team of 7 Duty Mangers and up to 130 staffs and a stock control team.
Responsibilities for smooth functioning of the store Operations. Inventory control. Train
and motivate the staff to achieve the said target. Breaking up Annual Budget into monthly,
weekly and daily Basis. Placing the Indents according to the Stock requirement on the
floor. Setting up all the promotional activities set by the Company.

Responsible for maintaining the Supply Chain of Duty free and Duty paid products from
supplier/buyers to warehouse and to the shop floor.
Managing Customs Bonded Warehouse and also interacting with customs to clear the bonded products
to move them from bonded warehouse to Duty Free Shops.
Responsible for all the Custom Documentation and maintenance of file and registers.
