Garment waste is a major issue, with over 70% of the world's population using secondhand clothes and the average garment lifetime being only 3 years. Waste management aims to reduce the environmental and social impacts of waste. Garment waste comes from both post-industrial sources like manufacturing and retail as well as post-consumer sources. Recycling of garment waste has emerged as an income source, with waste materials like fabrics and accessories resold and reused to make new clothes, padding, and other materials. Recycling provides environmental benefits like reducing landfill needs and pressure on resources as well as economic benefits.
What is Waste?
Waste is undesirable, unwanted material which is inevitable & any type of material which we throw.
Types of Waste -
1 Preconsumer Waste - is a material that was discarded before it was ready for consumer use. Pre-consumer recycled materials can be broken down and remade into similar or different materials, or can be sold "as is" to third party buyers who then use those materials for consumer products. Preconsumer textile waste usually refers to waste by-products from fiber, yarn, textile, and apparel manufacturing. It can be mill ends, scraps, clippings, or goods damaged during production, and most is reclaimed and reused as raw materials for the automotive, furniture, mattress, coarse yarn, home furnishing, paper, and other industries
2 Postconsumer Waste -
Postconsumer textile waste usually refers to any product that the individual no longer needs and decides to discard due to wear or damage and normally includes used or worn clothing, bed linens, towels, and other consumer textiles. Postconsumer waste which can be recovered are clothing, drapes/curtains, towels, sheets and blankets, clean rags and sewing remnants, table cloths belts hand bags paired shoes and socks.

Key Words for A/W 21/22 Eco-friendly/Sustainable Material Trendspringliman
This year, a sudden outbreak sounds the environmental alarm for the heavily polluted fashion industry once again. If we consider Fashion Convention jointly signed by 32 fashion enterprises in August 2019 as a start of whole industry making efforts to carry out large-scale sustainability, radical environmental groups outside of the A/W 2020 four fashion weeks, and environmental protection creativity in the show, have highlighted designers or brands passion for fashion environmental protection and a sustainable future. Environmental/sustainable fashion has become a common topic and a new trend in the international industry. Then, as the second most polluted industry and the source of the fashion industry -- textile fibers and fabrics, how to jointly build a sustainable eco-friendly system through sustainable design, production and reuse, is an important direction for the sustainable development of the fashion industry in the future. The three key words for A/W 21/22 eco-friendly / sustainable material trend will give you a glimpse into the future of sustainable fashion fabrics.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

Putting the SPARK into Virtual Training.pptxCynthia Clay
This 60-minute webinar, sponsored by Adobe, was delivered for the Training Mag Network. It explored the five elements of SPARK: Storytelling, Purpose, Action, Relationships, and Kudos. Knowing how to tell a well-structured story is key to building long-term memory. Stating a clear purpose that doesn't take away from the discovery learning process is critical. Ensuring that people move from theory to practical application is imperative. Creating strong social learning is the key to commitment and engagement. Validating and affirming participants' comments is the way to create a positive learning environment.
4. WASTE MANAGEMENT This the human control of the collection, treatment and disposal of different wastes. This is in order to reduce the negative impacts waste has on environment and society. Waste is directly linked to the human development, both technologically and socially.
5.
6.
7.
8.
9.
10. These are termed post-industrial waste, as opposed to the post-consumer waste which goes to jumble sales and charity shops.
11.
12. History on recycling of garment wastes Textile recycling originated in the Yorkshire Dales about 200 years ago. These days the 'rag and bone' men are textile reclamation businesses, which collect textiles for reuse (often abroad), and send material to the 'wiping' and 'flocking' industry and fibers to be reclaimed to make new garments. Textiles made from both natural and man-made fibers can be recycled.
13. It is estimated that more than 1 million tones of textiles are thrown away every year, with most of this coming from household sources. Textiles make up about 3% by weight of a household bin. At least 50% of the textiles we throw away are recyclable.
14.
15. As the informal sector requires small investment, it attracts a good number of investors who are employing thousands of people, mostly from under-privileged classes.
16.
17. Stages of recycling First stage of recycling starts with sorting, which is usually done by colors, type of fabric and its condition. The usable clothes are bought by small garment factories with one or two machines reproducing clothes with it. Children’s frocks, skirts, shirts, pyjamas, pillow cases are produced with this usable portion of the wastage.
18. These reproduced items are mostly sold in street side stalls all around the city. “Because of the jhoot trade the poor segment of the society can buy clothes at cheaper prices”
19. Use of garment wastes The unusable parts and extremely shredded clothes are recycled into waste cotton. Mattress, pillows, cushions, seat stuffing and padding in cars, public buses and rickshaws are usually done with these recycled clothes and processed cotton. Even bandages are being reproduced with leftover white cotton fabrics.
20. While buttons, zippers, elastic fastener, hangers and plastic bags are resold to mini garment accessory sellers. Buttons, zipper, elastics fasteners are mostly purchased by local tailors, said an accessory seller.
21.
22. Textiles present particular problems in landfill as synthetic (man-made fibres) products will not decompose, while woollen garments do decompose and produce methane, which contributes to global warming.
23.
24. Benefits of reclaiming fiber Savings on energy consumption when processing, as items do not need to be re-dyed or scoured. Less effluent, as unlike raw wool, it does not have to be thoroughly washed using large volumes of water. Reduction of demand for dyes and fixing agents and the problems caused by their use and manufacture.
