channels for acquisition
in the Philippine market.

• Leverage the social media platforms’
marketing capabilities to push your open
positions as ads, often using paid means.
• Ability to target Demographic (Age, Gender,
Location) and Psychographic information
(Personality, Values, Interests) with great
detail.
• Direct to the people you intend to reach.
• Straightforward messaging and “Stock”
photo effect.

Cons • Expensive to produce, as it requires as dedicated creative team. Either in- house or outsourced. • Requires more planning and careful execution. • Cannot use detailed targeting. • Takes time to propagate and to take effect before people start engaging.
