April 10th, 2022
I have been surrounded by entrepreneurs most of my life. I have seen
the struggles, the milestones, and the successes. Eventually, I fell in
love with it and knew I needed to help entrepreneurs reach their
purpose. I started developing my creator’s side through different jobs
by creating video content until I found my true goal in digital
marketing. With digital marketing, I will always be able to transform
entrepreneurial atmospheres and affect those that lack the tools and
resources, so that they all can reach their goals through digital
platforms and methods. In addition,
fi
lling voids that are probably
ignored like social media management, graphic design, photography,
branding, and much more.

Outreach Plan:


• My wedding happened at this venue and everything was amazing. Yet, I realized they
could be connecting with more leads through social media. Therefore, I will use my
personal experience to connect with them face-to-face after arranging an
appointment with the manager of the venue.


• To communicate my interest in working with their marketing, I will prepare a brief
presentation that covers the issues and the solutions after applying strategies
through their social media and website. This can be presented face-to-face, but if
asked, through a zoom or google call.


• After presenting, I will follow up 2 weeks after the meeting through email since I do
not want them to feel obligated. This also gives them the necessary time to think
about it and make a well-thought decision.

• Fortunately, I have had experiences with Mrs. Morales while I was at Valencia
College. This requires extra preparation since it is on the political grounds. I will

nitely study her and her competitors for a better approach when it comes to
presenting the reasons for having me on her team.


• Initially, I will call her during work hours to set an appointment with her. I will brie
fl
y
go over my interest so that she can understand the reason for my call and know that
I value her time. I am a visual person, so I always use imagery, presentations, or
comparisons to get my point through. In addition, I will do my best to do it as
successfully and brie
fl
y as possible so that she can keep doing her tasks.


• Time is precious; consequently, I will follow up through an email one week after the
initial approach. If there is no response, I will call three days after the email was
sent.

Outreach Plan:


• This is all about beauty and transforming lives. Therefore, I have to prepare to transform their marketing. This business runs
smoothly, but it could use a marketing boost. For instance, mockups of branded collaterals, trends in the beauty industry, and
trends on social media platforms could also be presented. For instance, I would also prepare some short clips for them to post so
that they can see how great curated content can be.


• She has two locations, yet she is always at the second studio. I can arrange a meeting with her through one of her assistants or I
can easily reach her through her of
fi
cial platforms since she is more modern and “DM” is a thing now.


• I know she is busy, and I would like for her to see the effect of curated content; therefore, I would do a light follow up 2 weeks
after and an of

cial follow up with details after 3 to 4 weeks.

  • 2. I have been surrounded by entrepreneurs most of my life. I have seen the struggles, the milestones, and the successes. Eventually, I fell in love with it and knew I needed to help entrepreneurs reach their purpose. I started developing my creator’s side through different jobs by creating video content until I found my true goal in digital marketing. With digital marketing, I will always be able to transform entrepreneurial atmospheres and affect those that lack the tools and resources, so that they all can reach their goals through digital platforms and methods. In addition, fi lling voids that are probably ignored like social media management, graphic design, photography, branding, and much more. IDENTITY

Every project is unique; therefore, every purpose is approached differently to reach maximum ef fi ciency when it comes to results.   • 4. ENTREPRENEURS - SMALL BUSINESSES TARGET AUDIENCE Cheryl Higgins Outreach Plan: • My wedding happened at this venue and everything was amazing. Yet, I realized they could be connecting with more leads through social media. Therefore, I will use my personal experience to connect with them face-to-face after arranging an appointment with the manager of the venue. • To communicate my interest in working with their marketing, I will prepare a brief presentation that covers the issues and the solutions after applying strategies through their social media and website. This can be presented face-to-face, but if asked, through a zoom or google call. • After presenting, I will follow up 2 weeks after the meeting through email since I do not want them to feel obligated. This also gives them the necessary time to think about it and make a well-thought decision. Manager at Florida Rustic Wedding Adianis Morales Outreach Plan: • Fortunately, I have had experiences with Mrs. Morales while I was at Valencia College. This requires extra preparation since it is on the political grounds. I will de fi nitely study her and her competitors for a better approach when it comes to presenting the reasons for having me on her team. • Initially, I will call her during work hours to set an appointment with her. I will brie fl y go over my interest so that she can understand the reason for my call and know that I value her time. I am a visual person, so I always use imagery, presentations, or comparisons to get my point through. In addition, I will do my best to do it as successfully and brie fl y as possible so that she can keep doing her tasks. • Time is precious; consequently, I will follow up through an email one week after the initial approach. If there is no response, I will call three days after the email was sent. Congress Candidate - Florida Wilmary Torres Outreach Plan: • This is all about beauty and transforming lives. Therefore, I have to prepare to transform their marketing. This business runs smoothly, but it could use a marketing boost. For instance, mockups of branded collaterals, trends in the beauty industry, and trends on social media platforms could also be presented. For instance, I would also prepare some short clips for them to post so that they can see how great curated content can be. • She has two locations, yet she is always at the second studio. I can arrange a meeting with her through one of her assistants or I can easily reach her through her of fi cial platforms since she is more modern and “DM” is a thing now. • I know she is busy, and I would like for her to see the effect of curated content; therefore, I would do a light follow up 2 weeks after and an of fi cial follow up with details after 3 to 4 weeks.   • 8. GOALS Short Term: (2024) • Open my of fi ce/studio for my business ‣Prepare the location and launch it of fi cially 2 months after receiving the keys. Mid Term: (2030) • Transform the business into an agency for maximum ef fi ciency. ‣Hire 3 to 5 professionals monthly with skills in marketing, photography, copy, graphic design, etc. Long Term: (2050) • Get a bigger building packed and ready to operate. ‣Redesign the building’s interior, move everything from the current buildings to this one, and expand the hiring limit. All to be done as a team in 6 to 8 months.
