are hard to steer, and the rider only has so much
power.
The rider = The rational brain (System 2)
It’s thoughtful, and deliberate.

It’s intuitive and impulsive.
Behavioral economics uses tactics that:

The rider = The rational brain (System 2) It’s thoughtful, and deliberate. The elephant = The instinctive brain (System 1) It’s intuitive and impulsive.
