- 7. •Forced labour and trafficking human beings are prohibited. •Employment of children in factories and other dangerous sectors are forbidden. •Economic exploitation and slavery.
- 8. 1. Right tob profess,practice and propagate any religion. 2. Freedom to establish and maitain institutions for reigious and charitable purposes. 3. Right against taxation for promoting a particular religion.
- 9. Cultural and educational rights have been included in the constitution for the protection of the interest of the minority sections. Protection of their language, script and culture. Religious and linguistic minorities have the right to establish and administer educational institution of their choice.
- 10. This is the most important provision in Indian constitution. The constitution proposes remedial measures if the fundamental rights are voilated. This is known as the right to constitutional remedies. The fundamental rights are voilated an individual can approach either the supreme court or high courts for enforcing them.
