Frustration is derived from the Latin word "Frustra" meaning obstruct and refers to the emotional tension that results from having a desire or need blocked. There are external causes of frustration such as physical or environmental factors like natural disasters, disease, or death, as well as social factors like conflicts with others or customs/traditions, and economic factors like financial problems. Internal causes include physical abnormalities, high aspirations, or a lack of sincerity in one's efforts.
