When looking at the scope of my personal learning network (PLN) I am realizing that it is much larger
than I initially thought, however I do feel it could and will grow exponentially as I advance in my

Nursing continues to strive towards excellence in delivering culturally competent healthcare. Through

Awareness of areas I need growth in builds on my existing knowledge and skills. In this paper, I will
identify areas of weaknesses and strengths in my cultural competency skills as well as strategies that

When walking into the freshly built art museum of West Virginia University one can automatically
feel a sense of serenity. The spacing of the art pieces and the way the light hit them makes you want to
