Marine Biology Research Paper Topics

Ms. Marissa Gadia
18, April 2017 Marine Biology Marine biology is the study of organisms in the oceans and other
saltwater environments. Including their behavior and interactions with the environment. All plant
and animal life forms are included from the microscopic pico plankton al the way to the majestic
blue whale. Marine biology is a very broad area so most researchers select a particular area of
interest and specialize on it. The specializations can be based off on a particular species, group,
behavior, technique, or an ecosystem. Possible careers for those intrigues in marine biology include

Captain Cook is most known for his extensive voyages of discovery for the British Navy,
mapping much of the world s uncharted waters during that time. He circumnavigated the world
twice during his lifetime, during which he logged descriptions of numerous plants and animals
then unknown to most of mankind. Following Cook s explorations, a number of scientists began
a closer study of marine life including Charles Darwin (1809 1882) who, although he is best
known for the Theory of Evolution, contributed significantly to the early study of marine
biology. His expeditions as the resident naturalist aboard the HMS Beagle from 1831 to 1836
were spent collecting and studying specimens from a number of marine organisms that were
sent to the British Museum for cataloguing. His interest in geology gave rise to his study of coral
reefs and their formation. His experience on the HMS Beagle helped Darwin formulate his
theories of natural selection and evolution based on the similarities he found in species
specimens and fossils he discovered in the same geographic region. The voyages of the HMS
Beagle were followed by a 3 year voyage by the British ship HMS Challenger led by Sir Charles
Wyville Thomson (1830 1882) to all the oceans of the world during which thousands of marine
specimens were collected and analyzed. This voyage is often referred to as the birth

Reading The Early Church Fathers Chapter 1 Summary
The doctrine of Trinity has been taking shape over the centuries, beginning from the early church
fathers. To discuss the development of the doctrine, I will use Reading the Early Church Fathers, a
recommended text for this course and Trinity 101, a required text, by Dr. Jim Papandrea. The paper
will focus on the Christology and ways through which the doctrines began to develop over the
centuries, especially during the second and third centuries.
In his book, Reading the Early Church Fathers, Dr. Papandrea points out that during the fourth
century, the Adoptionism had emerged in its full form, but before this took shape, there were other
theologians like Irenaeus of Lyons. After the apostles, he is said to be the first theologian. It was
during the second century that he argued against Gnosticism. It is said that he wrote a document in
189 c, to support his argument against Gnosticism. He strived to help his readers understand that

Tertullian was also a theologian and for him Irenaeus s work was influential for him. It was him
who introduced the term in Latin Trinitas. This means Trinity. Tertullian began associating himself
with the Montanists. Who are strict in standard of morality, and their belief in prophecy as well as
Christ s return. Tertullian rebelled against the philosophy for he believed that one is lead toward
paganism because of philosophy. He used the roman legal terms and applied with theology.
Tertullian understood that God is a combination of three people and that combination he named was
Trinity. He used another word that is legal and that is Substantia which is defined as substance.
Using the word substantia, Tertullian proved that that Trinity which in his view was a combination
of Father, Son and the Holy Spirit shared one common essence of divinity or

Observation Infant Child Observation
On October 16, 2017, I observed in the infant room from 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.. The child I
observed was a female and just turned eight months old. Indicators given by the child during the
observation, show that the child is progressing at a normal developmental pace and even
excelling in other areas. Through observing her, I noticed her motor skills were excelling
beyond what was expected. She was pulling herself up and standing. I would often notice her
attempting to walk after she was standing or even balancing on one foot. She would often be
standing on her toes and using her arms to hold herself up. She showed a lot of strength in her
motor development. I even observed her using problem solving skills to look over a shelf that was...

Once it landed, she headed for the ball to check out what happened. More than once, I witnessed
another infant in the room take the toy she was using away from her. Surprisingly, instead of
crying, she decided to solve the problem. She simply, looked around and grabbed another toy.
This also shows that she is beginning to self regulate her emotions. Also, when she was trying to
get ahold of the papers I had in my lap, I decided to hide them from her to observe what her
response would be. She curiously looked around trying to determine where it went. She didn t try
to find the paper, but she recognized that it disappeared. She was more attracted to the exciting and
noisy objects. There was one object in the room that worked like a noisy version of an hour class.
After I would flip the toy, she would watch the beads travel to the bottom, then she attempted to flip
the toy herself. She used her thumb and index finger to grab onto the object and even though she
couldn t flip it correctly, she definitely attempted. She began to get frustrated and attempted until
she was successful.
There was not a lot of verbalizing from her during the observation, but the verbalizations I did
observe were indicators the developmental milestones she has reached. She was making many
sounds like babababa and making consonant sounds. I observed her responding to sounds I made
by laughing or producing quick sounds. She even

Dr. Moses.
Executive Summary
Winston Hao, the owner of Datavast Inc., is operating at a loss and needs to find out a way to be
profitable this year. Datavast Inc. sells Data Security Boxes to big and small companies in China
who are new to the concept of cloud storage. Winston Hao needs to dial in his target market, but
the real issue is not enough sales. Hao is certain to segment to try to emphasis deep in order for
him to build up his company. One of the issues that affect Datavast would be that either the market
is behind in data storage or none at all. It s also in lack of protection to face bankruptcy. Hao wants
to target either small companies ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The other target Hao is looking into is Large companies. Large companies would not buy Hao s
products constantly and allowed much higher unit contributions. The larger businesses would
always stick to the same supplier and want the same solution.
Another reason Datavast wasn t growing was because not many companies new about the many
products Hao provided. Because of China businesses feared data leakage, bankruptcy and exposing
their data, companies didn t trust anyone with storing their company information with providers.
Data Analysis and Alternatives Analysis
Winston Hao is the founder of the company Datavast Inc. Hao had several decisions to make for
his business. Even though, Hao had already made numerous adjustments to his original product,
he still didn t know to whom he was going to distribute his new product. His main targets were
small to medium enterprise or larger companies. Five years ago Hao worked hard in building his
company and designing the cloud storage product. The purpose was to offer their services not only
to North America but also moving into China. Datavast partnered with China Telecom hoping it
would give them credibility.
Datavast needs to decide if it would be a good idea to sell to small to medium enterprise (SME s),
but the companies knows that if they sell to SME s they will be facing several challenges. For

How Is Crane-Man In A Single Shard
Crane man, one of the lead characters in the novel A Single Shard, undergoes several changes from
the beginning to the end. Two of his main traits are his selflessness and his independence.
At the beginning of the novel, Crane man is seen as selfless; because, although he is crippled, he
takes in a young orphan named Tree ear. There are many ways Crane manshows his selflessness.
For an example, when Tree ear went on his long journey, Crane man made Tree ear take all of the
food instead of giving half to Crane man. On page 102, Crane man says, Are you thinking of me,
my friend? Do not worry. I fed myself and you, for that matter for many years before you worked

Crash Thomas Theorem
The movie Crash by Paul Haggis is filled of sociological ideas, scrutinizing concerns of race, social
class, and gender, as well as countless others. This movie displays the lives of various characters
in diverse social classes including the upper middle, middle, and the lower class. In my opinion the
filmCrash is one of those movies that makes an individual rethink even what someone thinks he or
she knows about the world one lives in. Overall, I agree with The Thomas Theorem for multiple
reasons. Essentially, this theorem expresses to people that if they believe particular situations to be
real, they will develop and become real to them. An individual s own subjective reality converts
their objective reality. It continues then that if they

Mise-En-Scene, Editing And Cinematographic Elements In The...
The Godfather , a crime noir film produced in 1972, is about an aged patriarch of a famous mafia
dynasty that transfers control of his business to his disinclined son. It was directed by Francis
Ford Cappola and stars actors such as Al Pacino and Marlon Brando. The film s numerous
achievements, specifically in the opening sequence, stem from the exemplary utilization and
integration of misГ© en scene, editing, and cinematographic elements. Mise en scene is a key
element in the representation of a character. For example, the film begins with a slow jazz
soundtrack, a characteristic of thriller films during the 1970 s. Then a plain black background
streches across the screen, setting the stage for what is about to appear in front of us. Black... Show

This scene is edited with a very slow pace that creates a sense of calm and suggests the control
that Don Corleone has over the situation. The sequence begins with a close up on Amerigo
Bonasera as he stares in the camera while it zooms out, telling the audience about his daughter s
rape. William Reynolds and Peter Zinner, the lead editors of the film, used this shot, that spans
the next three minutes of the film, to add a sense of insecurity and rising tension. It also is used
to reveal Bonasera is talking to a mysterious figure disguised by the shadows and that three other
men are present, but without giving the setting of the scene or who these men are. Then, they
break the three minute shot by giving the audience their first glance at the mysterious figure in
the shadows. They cut to a medium shot of Don Corleone, the leader of this organized crime
dynasty, finally revealing this shadowy figure to the audience, relieving them of some tension.
The camera shifts location again in order to reveal the scene, something like an establishing shot.
Here, they reveal four male characters, all dressed in suits, and the only lights coming from the
slats in the blinds and the sole artificial light on the right side of the room. Don Corleone is also
placed in the center of this shot with every other character facing him, giving him a sense of power.
Next, they cut to a medium shot of the godfather sitting

How Does Marat Use Art As Propaganda
On July 13, 1793, a young Royalist by the name of Charlotte Corday managed to gain entry into
French revolutionary leader Jean Paul Marat s apartment. As the well known writer had agreed
to receive her, she proceeded to stab and kill him when he was most vulnerable, in his bathtub.
This was where he was accustomed to sitting hour after hour treating the disfiguring skin disease
from which he suffered. The disease is thought of to be dermatitis herpetiformis, a rare ailment
where the sufferer lives with chronic, very itchy skin rashes made up of bumps and blisters. A
traumatic political assassination was carried out by a woman and only added fuel to the
revolutionary fire. The Death of Marat has been forever captured by Jacques Louis David as a
famous work of art which now resides within the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium.
Further examining this piece shows how the work of art was used as propaganda during its time
period. Looking at the piece it s clear that Marat is dying. His eyelids droop as his head weighs

David fills his canvas with numerous details borrowed from Marat s world, including the knife
which was used to kill him and Charlotte s petition. Having these items be the only ones in the
room with any connection towards the assassin almost completely erases her from the picture.
Rather than place the attention on her, he shines a light on Marat, allowing him to show a gentler
side to the man. The only piece of furniture in the room beside the bathtub itself is the writer s
makeshift writing table which at the bottom had something very interesting on it written in french.
On the bottom of the painting, it says year two. ( L an Deux translating directly to Year Two ). We

Arguments Against Post-Modernism
Furthermore, realist and constructivist arguments against Post Modernism are weak, unstable, and
are easily shut down when closely analyzing post modernist views. Within realism, the sole
criticism of Post Modernism is that the belief is that an anarchic system leads them to conclude
that power politics is the only way to conduct world politics in order to survive. However, this
belief is myopic and leads to policy changes that will make war more probable. Post Modernism
invalidates realism because it details that actors are missing, states are not unitary and thus not
rational, instead they are abstract, as described previously, and therefore national interest does not
exist (Nabers 2009, pg.198). Also, Post Modernism believes, unlike realism, that power is
measured, mostly, through tangible means, not relative to that of ideas, norms, words, etc.
Additionally, Post Modernism entails that realism is a self fulfilling prophesy. If people expect
war, prepare for war, spread the threat of war, war is more likely to occur, which reinforces the
original fear of war. This exonerates previous accusations of Post Modernism, because it details
realism s predictiveness within its own theory and does not account for other measures. Moreover,
constructivism, on the other hand, seeks to dismantle post modernist views by focusing more so
on, intersubjective creations, in international relations. Constructivism, like Post Modernism, sees
states bound by predetermined factors, but

Power Struggles in Society
Mills, Schudson, and Gitlin show different approaches to society and the role of mass media.
Each approach helps illustrate a different focus on society. They each hold special relevance in a
discussion of the history of societal beliefs. The Mass Society refers to the overall belief C.
Wright Mills held in relation to the type of society he believed we live in. Mills began The
Power Elite with a bold statement saying, The powers of ordinary men are circumscribed by the
everyday words in which they live, yet even in these rounds of job, family, and neighborhood they
often seem driven by forces they can neither understand nor govern (Mills, 1956, p.3). This opening

The moral wars in journalism showed each class held differing beliefs on what was acceptable.
The Times wrote a speech by Reverend Dr. W.H.P. Faunce saying: The press engages in a fearful
struggle, one class against another. On one side stands the reputable papers and on the other, is
what calls itself the new journalism, but which is in reality as old as sin itself (Schudson,
p.114). Class conflict was the main reason for problems inside the newspaper industry. Different
societal classes produced different types of newspapers. Schudson tracks the middle class
because he fells it is the most important. He said the press emerged to serve the middle class
audience. Schudson said the political aspects of society went from public to private. Reality was
public, but became more concerned with what the individual was thinking instead of what
everyone was thinking. Voting was one area effected by this new political and reality change.
People began to vote in secrecy, such as in the separate voting booth presently used. This new
secrecy allowed people to make decisions on their own instead of relying on others. Gitlin
discusses how many aspects of society are the result of hegemony, defined as the name given to a
ruling class s domination through ideology, through the shaping of popular consent (Gitlin, 1980,
p.9). Hegemony is a historical process in which one picture of the world is

Three Messages From Rime Of The Ancient Mariner Analysis
Three Messages From Rime
( An Analysis of Three Messages from Rime of the Ancient Mariner )
In the poem Rime of the Ancient Mariner an old man spots a young kid, and just knows that he
must talk to him and tell him his story. Various feelings, emotions and actions are expressed
throughout this old man s story, and for whatever reason the young boy not only hears but
completely listens to what the man has to say. After the man s story was done, there were three
messages that came form his story and were now passed onto to the young boy s mind. Three of the
messages that stuck out the most in this poem were, the definite distinction between the young and
the old, the next messages would be guilt, and lastly having a respect for nature would be the last of
the three messages that came about throughout this story.
Many things can make the distinction between the old and the young. For instance, as young
adults, or even young kids, it is often that we get discredited and dehumanized for all that we do
and of course because of the age that we are. Young people, have the reputation for being
immature and unknowledgeable. This for some reason is how it s been for ages. Now on the
other hand, elders or anyone i d say thirty and up are known as more knowledgeable and definitely
more mature. Simply because they have walked this earth far longer than the youngins. Older
people see the world and life differently than younger people do. It s

The Pelican Brief Novel vs. Movie
The differences and the similarities between the novel The Pelican Brief by John Grisham and
the movie The Pelican Brief by Alan J. Pakula film. There were maybe similarities between the
novel and the movie. The story line and plot were basically the same in both the novel and the

cases when a novel is made in to a movie there are certain things that are left out in the movie
version.
The novel and the movie were both very suspenseful. The main characters are both the same in the

The scene in the novel where all the porno cinemas were bombed and burned to the ground was
somewhat important in the fact that it showed to state of anarchy our country is in, in this novel.
The movie neglected to use that scene in to the movie version of The Pelican Brief. The burning
down of the porno cinemas gave an example and showed how the Underground Military worked.
This in a sense excluded them from the list of suspects do to there expert use of explosives. If
they had indeed were the killers of the two Chief Justices they most likely would of stuck to
there area of expertise, explosives. The main difference between the novel and the movie is that
in the novel you are introduced to more characters and there involvement in the story is
explained. The movie doesn t really introduce u as well as the novel does and this makes it harder
to follow what is going on in the movie version. It is harder in a movie to introduce a character but
it seemed that it was poorly don in The Pelican Brief movie version. I can understand why its
easer for a novel to describe how and what they what you to know about a particular character.
Now in a movie it s your own perception that you make of a character.

Epipen Case Analysis
If Mylan is required to reclassify EpiPen as a brand name drug from prior years, then the total
amount of rebates Mylan owes can be calculated at 23.1 percent of net sales, plus the inflation
rebate since they started selling the drug in 2007, minus the amount they have already paid. So,
from 2011 2015 the company had net sales of $1,294,716,260 according to Slavitt s letter, which
includes both Medicaid and Medicare Part D. To calculate the rebates, the amount of all
combined revenue from EpiPen sales to the government needs to be estimated. For 2011 through
2015, that is provided by Slavitt s letter. For 2016, an estimate of $450 million can be used since
Mylan introduced a generic in the middle of December of last year. For 2008 2010,... Show more

According to the KFF article, Medicare and Medicaid spending on each EpiPen increased from
$71 in 2007 to $466 in 2015 (from Slavitt s letter), or 656%. This is clearly much higher than the
inflation rate of roughly 20% over the last 10 years (i.e. prices are now 20% higher than they
were 10 years ago). This means that the government is entitled to the vast majority of the
$1,879,976,260 that is owed minus the rebates already paid. The rebates Mylan paid can be
inferred from Slavitt s letter: From 2011 through 2015, total Medicaid spending on EpiPen was
$960 million, increasing from $66 million in 2011 to $365 million in 2015. After rebates, net
Medicaid spending over this five year period was approximately $797 million... So, it looks like
Mylan has already paid $960 million $797 million = $163 million in rebates. Subtracting this
amount from $1,879,976,260 yields $1,716,976,260. For 2016, Mylan also probably paid a
rebate of 13%. So, assuming that was on $450 million, that would come to $58.5 million.
Subtracting this amount from $1,716,976,260 gives $1,658,476,260. So, it looks like Mylan owes
just under $1.66 billion for the EpiPen rebates and this amount is before any penalties are

their clothes you would think they made them out of like grass and leaves that s what I had thought

The way the Mayan s made their clothes was they used the fabrics, like cotton and hemp and other

beautiful array of dyes, creating the brilliant colors still seen in Mexico today. When you think
about the Ancient Aztec clothing of the common people and the slaves sometimes covered very
little of their bodies. Slaves would wear a simple loincloth; the loincloth was also wearing by the
common people was made from a long strip of cloth tied in the front. If the men had a little more
power than most they would have embroidered or have fringes on the two ends, they would also
wear cloaks made from triangular cloth know as a timatli or tilma, it could also be used as an

skirts and sleeveless bloused or short sleeved shirt. Again, they are very simple with some
decoration as the social class became more prestigious. The upper class is a different story. The
other towns people could wear other things depending on what you are like a merchant, the

King Lear Stereotypes
Gender Stereotypes in King Lear According to the Bible, man and woman were made by the same
materials, the same process, and the same hands. As time has passed, how these supposedly
similar creations are viewed as a whole, differs to a large extent through the use of premade
judgements. In King Lear, William Shakespeare shows how genderstereotypes are capable of going
from complete accuracy, to an entirely opposable turn. This is seen through the characters, Cordelia,
who follows gender stereotypes, Lear, who wavers between the two facets, and Goneril, who
convoys reverse gender stereotypes. One cannot change preinstalled thoughts, however there is the
ability to diminish them entirely. The act of following gender stereotypes is when one... Show more

In addition, Lear enables reversed stereotypical qualities. These qualities are shown when Lear
sees Cordelia for the first time after he banished her, specifically when he says, You are a spirit, I
know. Where did you die? (4.7.49). In this passage, Lear is crying while calling his daughter an
angel, a quiet and peaceful quality that is not seen very often with men. A large sense of
reversed stereotypes is evident, as most men are afraid to cry because it seems like a sense of
weakness, however here, Lear has his guard and walls completely down. In addition to not liking
to show emotion, men are also known to not want to say anything that could be considered as
mushy, which is the complete opposite of what Lear is doing here. Conceal, don t feel, don t let it
show unfortunately for Lear, whether he knows it or not, his capability to be sensitive is showing.
The above qualities reveal the fact that he follows both gender stereotypes, as well as reversed
gender stereotypes throughout the

The Religious Aspect Of Social Conflict Theory
When you are a teen and have big aspirations of opening your own boutique one day, you know
that you will need money and a lot of job experience. At the age of 17, Samantha Elauf was
preparingg for her future, preparing to chase after her aspirations, when Abercrombie Fitch, an
upscale American retailer, decided that her scarf clashed with the company s dress code. Samantha
Elauf was born in the United States, was and still is a United States citizen, and she is of Muslim
faith. The scarf that Abercrombie Fitch said clashed was her hijab, a symbol of modesty in her
faith. This became a major Supreme Court case and a United States Court of Appeals case
between Abercrombie Fitch and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission whom was
working on behalf of Mrs. Elauf. This case and these arguments are an example of the religious
aspect of social conflict theory. Stratification, what social conflict theory originates from, is the
way a society is organized . There is a class, rank, etc. Some people are placed at a higher level
than others, it is very unequal. Social conflict theory is a way to show inequality through religion,
race, age, sex, and how these inequalities generate social changes and conflicts. There is a need to
help the majority while allowing the minority to be hurt or unheard. In the case of Samantha Elauf,
it was her religious beliefs that were being impeded upon and it created a conflict that did go to
court. The incident between Abercrombie

In The Comic Book World of Ralph Ellison s Invisible Man, Jean Christophe Cloutier talks about
how Ellison s work was influenced by comic books. Ellison s influences included both comic
strips and movies. Cloutier states that Ellison s novel could depict a more elaborated and complex
picture compared to a comic strip that left an invisible mark on Invisible Man (313). The themes
that Ellison introduced in Invisible Man, that were pulled from comic books, included: violence,
young culture, heroism, and the life living in Harlem. Cloutier also states that both Ellison s work

of progress and technological catastrophe. Though Ellison did not consider himself to be within this
genre, Yaszek explained why his writings do fit within the criteria. Ellison rethinks reality and
history, by using Invisible Man, which enabled him to rewire the relation between technology, race,

reclaiming the history of the future as well (300). The future was set by the future industry, this was
the group that believed that blackness equals catastrophe throughout the world. Afrofuturists also
believe that technology should eliminate racial distinctions, getting rid of the digital divide . The
protagonist in Invisible Man began to understand this after he was hiding in the basement. Moving

The Environmental Problem Of Oil Spill
Oil Spill
A B S T R A C T
Oil spill pollution, a severe environmental problem which arouses in a marine environment or in
the water bodies, has grown into an alarming scale with the increase in oil production and
transportation. Causes are either accidental or due to operational failure. Henceforth, it is almost
impossible for marine life not to be a victim of this vulnerable zone. Our planet has the largest oil
reserves, occasionally it cracks and rarely causes a major accident. However, human interference
causes a devastating damage to marine and ecosystem.
Introduction
Oil is marked as the most used non renewable natural resource throughout the planet. Innovations in
the automobile technology has increased the demand for hydrocarbons as its used for the source of
heat and light. Development in the petrochemical industry boosted the oil supply throughout the
world. Today we have miles and miles of wired petroleumpipelines and tons of crude oil on the
go. The quantity of oil transported over the sea has enormously increased in volume with tankers
from a capacity of 100,000 to 500,000 tons resulting in increased possibilities of spillage by
accident. In the event of an accident, oil pollution will be encountered in the marine environment or
in inland water.
Within the past years Oil spills have created enormous debates and unhealthy concerns for the
ecosystem. On April 22nd , 2010 will be remembered as one of the darkest days in the history of oil
and gas industry.

The Amusement Park Six Flags New England
The legendary amusement park Six Flags New England is situated in Western Massachusetts in the
city of Agawam, Massachusetts, and has been running since 1870. During this time, it was
originally an ordinary picnic with a cluster of trees named Gallup s Grove. Subsequently, the park
replaced its name with Riverside, and has had its name of Riverside for the majority of the entire
period of the 1900s. One famous event, known as The 1929 Wall Street Crash, then had an
unfortunate effect on the amusement park, and as a result, the amusement park shut down in 1939
after countless efforts to reestablish the amusement park. After the Wall Street Crash, Edward
Carroll Senior made history when made an investment and paid for the amusement park, and
developed the amusement park into a notable success in New England. After a century of the
amusement park being known as Riverside, it then changed its name to Six FlagsNew England in
2000. This amusement park has various rides with a maximum amount of thrill which have
customers at the edge of their seats, less thrilling rides which are excellent for just sitting back and
enjoying themselves without all the maximized thrill, eating, entertainment, and shopping for
relaxing from all the exciting rides and taking it easy, and Hurricane Harbor to cool you off in the
summer and Fright Fest to terrorize and startle you during Halloween.

The Guerilla Girls Are A Women s Activist Art Group Essay
The Guerilla Girls are a women s activist art group. They are masked women who came together
to make change in the world of art and women s involvement in society. GG emerged in 1985
and still are active today in New York after 30 years of the emergence of the group. The Guerilla
Girls used posters with real statistics to show awareness of sexism in the art world and the
discrimination of women in politics as well as in the mass media. The Guerrilla Girls spread
awareness of sexism in art, discrimination in politics and the mass media through their
workshops, performances, and posters. The Guerrilla Girls speak about sexism in art galleries

Secret Trusts
Another argument against the principle of fraud theory is that it is unconstitutional because the
courts are out rightly undermining the WA 1837 thereby challenging the doctrine of parliamentary
sovereignty but this argument has since been countered with the maxim that equity will not allow
statute created for the prevention of fraud to be used to perpetrate fraud, that it was not the
intention of parliament to deny a person property that is rightly meant for them simply because of
formality requirements.

The remaining cases contain examples of secret trusts created for a multitude of reasons; for
example, there are cases where the testator was persuaded to create the secret trust by a deceitful
secret trustee, cases where the testator wanted to change his will at a very late stage and it
appeared easier to create a secret trust than to amend the will, cases where the secret trust arose
as a result of a poorly drafted will, cases where the secret trust was created in an apparent attempt
to avoid tax liability, cases where the secret trust was created as a result of legal advice and
cases where the secret trust arose out of the testator s indecisiveness. It is clear that the doctrine
was not developed to allow testators to provide secretly for illegitimate families, or indeed for
reasons involving the Mortmain Acts. The obvious conclusion to draw is that any failure to
perform a secret trust is a fraud, regardless of why the secret trust was created.
CONCLUSION
From a wide range of available case law it can be safety suggested that secret trusts are enforced on
the basis of fraud prevention but the courts remain concerned as to the possible uncertainty and
confusion that could be created by upholding a doctrine that completely undermines all forms of
formalities.

Analysis Of Martin Luther King Jr s Letter From Birmingham...
The 1960 s was the peak of the nonviolent civil rights movement led by Martin Luther King
Junior. MLK Jr. traveled all along the South fighting against racial discrimination and equality
between all races. MLK Jr uses sit ins, protests, demonstrations and marches to fight for his cause;
he always stayed nonviolent even when there were police and white supremacists using violence
against him. During one of his marches in Alabama, MLK Jr. was arrested, not for the first time.
While in jail, MLK Jr. took the time to respond to a letter written to him by eight different religious
leaders. Even though some people may argue that Martin Luther King Junior s Letter from
Birmingham Jailis not radical, his letter is radical because he refuses to conform to the world s
expectations and he expects the same from the religious leaders whom he is replying to.
In Letter from Birmingham Jail, MLK Jr. expresses his opinions on the world s expectations of
him and why he cannot conform to those expectations. MLK Jr. explains that, I am compelled to
carry the gospel of freedom beyond my own town. Like Paul, I must constantly respond to the
Macedonian call for aid (MLK Jr. 221), is the reason why he is travelling to the heart of racial
discrimination to protest for equal rights. MLK Jr. feels that he cannot stay in his home because
there are people who cannot help themselves elsewhere. As a Christian, MLK Jr. feels like it is his
responsibility to help those who cannot help themselves. While this idea was not new to the
Christian community, at this time it was not ever put to use towards the Civil Rights Movement.
Along with idea, MLK Jr. contradicts the world s view on tension:
Just as Socrates felt that it was necessary to create in the mind so that individuals could rise from
the bondage of myths and half truths to the unfettered realm of creative analysis and objective
appraisal, so must we see the need for nonviolent gadflies to create the kind of tension in society
that will help men rise from the dark depths of prejudice and racism to the majestic heights of
understanding and brotherhood. (MLK Jr. 223)
By mentioning Socrates and his ideals, MLK Jr. is not only explaining his reasoning, but he is also

How Did England Change During The Reign Of Henry Viii
How did England change during the reign of Henry VIII? The reign of the Tudors control over
England lasted a total of 118 years, starting with Henry VII in 1485 and finishing with the death
of Elizabeth I in 1603 who had no heir to the throne [1]. A lot of the change, to make or become
different[2], accounted for during this period was due to Henry VIII and his hard headed
approach to politics and religion and his passion to be remembered as a warrior and famous
king. Henry VIII is famous for having six wives, however in order to achieve this he had to
make colossal modifications to the countries religion and other aspects of life. Henry VIII and
his father Henry VII differed enormously, they had completely different personalities and aims
for their reign as King, Henry VII turned the country into a peaceful kingdom free from foreign
and domestic issues, however Henry VIII reverted this work and in doing so had spent most of
the money his father had left him with, whilst also reducing the overall income of the crown and
treasury. Henry VII To know how England changed during Henry VIII s reign we must first look
at what it was like before he gained control, when his father Henry VII was in power. Henry VII
had a weak claim to the throne from his mother Margaret Beaufont however the claim that Margaret
held was only legitimised on condition that no descendant ever use it, therefore Henry VII in fact
had no claim to the throne[3]. Henry VII claimed the throne after a victory

Albatross Anchors usually do small batch production order due to plant antiquation and safety
issues. With the limited manufacturing area and warehouse space the limited space to store raw
materials is costing the company more money to produce the anchors. The time frame of production
of order is very important to the retailers the less time to produce the more units can be produced to
increase the production and bring down the cost of production. Speed in production is the new
competitive edge in production as quick as the order is placed by the customer; the customer is
expecting the manufacture to have it delivered to them. The way a manufacturing company can
meet the challenge of speed by employing the tools and techniques that produce speed in design
production and delivery tools like rapid prototyping, concurrent engineering, simulation and 3D

logistics, cross docking. Companies must use them efficiently and effectively in order to gain a
competitive advantage (Tompkins, 2002). The company must make technology changes it is the
way of the future. Must understand the process of satisfying the customer and using effective
communication in order to achieve and maintain speed, and continue through the supply chain to
the customer and the supply chain to the suppliers with continuous flow of communication. 3.

Methodology for Children Related Public Expenditure and Institutional Reviews
There are a number of events that have increased attention on the allocation of public expenditure
(public finance) in the last few years, but the most important factors that have affected developing

Overall, the global economic and financial crisis has put pressure on governments around the world
to cut spending, deficits and debts, and allocate scarce public resources more effectively and

This work has spawned various specialized PERs such as UNDP s Climate Public Expenditure
and Institutional Reviews (CPEIR) which focus on climate change finance and UNICEF s Child
Focused Public Expenditure Reviews which focus on child related public expenditure (I have been
able to identify only three Child focused PERs which have been conducted in Macedonia, Gabon
and the Republic of Central Africa).
Despite the heightened concern, there is no standard or unified framework or methodology for
carrying out public expenditure analysis. A review of the WB s PERs has found that there is no
consistency in PER s methodology and quality. Many PERs did not use explicit criteria for
analyzing public spending or did not analyze relevant expenditure categories (i.e. major programs
within sectors). More importantly, many of them did not analyze institutional processes and did not
follow up to build government capacity. Over time, the WB has strengthened the PER methodology
and their quality has substantially increased. UNDP (in cooperation with ODI) is also trying to
strengthen the methodology for the conduct of CPEIRs and their ownership by client governments.
Given the increased attention and funding that children issues have received over time, public
spending directly or indirectly related to the achievement of children s rights and wellbeing has
become an important part of public expenditure. Therefore, a detailed analysis of children related

How Does Disney Present Beauty In The Little Mermaid
Not only do you see the meaning of beauty that Disney presents in his protagonists, but his
antagonists too. Disney presents beauty trumps everything else is in The Little Mermaid. Ursula,
the antagonist of the story, is depicted as fat, ugly, and mean. This leaves you with the thought
that it is okay to judge a book by its cover. Without knowing the inside truth to Ursula, she is
assumed to be the mean one who takes something very valuable away from Ariel. In Snow White,
the old, unattractive woman tempts her to eat an apple that would kill her. In Cinderella, the three
step sisters and the step mom all have attitudes as mean as their looks. There s no proof that
Disney pushes girls to be overly concerned with looks, but it is definitely an underlying messages
in every one of the princess films.
The way the female body is presented in Disney produced films represents current socio cultural
assumptions of what the female body should look like (Johnson). These princesses reflect social
standards of beauty. To be beautiful you must be young, thin, attractive, and elegant.... Show more

For example, in a toy store the girl and boy aisles are separated. Disney s princess franchise takes a

The Integration Of Italians Into American Culture
Italian American culture has been immortalized in movies, literature, and songs. One of the movies
that shows the integration of Italians into American culture comes from the 20th century and was
well acclaimed for its acting and cinematography. The 1955 film Marty accurately portrays Italian
American lifestyles and stigmas, specifically males, in that time period and demonstrates how the
Italian peopleassimilated into American culture.
Getting married was one of the most important things that an Italian man can do. At 35 years
old, Marty has yet to marry or have children, and is living with his mother in his childhood home.
In this time period, it was critical to marry someone who was also Italian. This custom was
practiced more before the time period of Marty but it was still an important factor to consider
when picking a bride. The viewer sees how important this is to Marty s mother, as she asks
questions of Clara before church.

Effective Communication For The Workplace
Someone once said great communication is a skill that is needed in life. I believe great
communication can take an individual very far in life. Effective communication helps connect with
people. It can open many doors for many jobs. It lets the employer know whom they have hired, and
how intelligent the person really is. In the business profession, effective communicationenables
managers to give understandable instructions to their employees. Effective communication will
help state what is expected from workers. I believe effective communication can be used in all
aspects of the workplace.
First, Susan Adams from Forbes wrote Good grammar is important in life. Using correct
grammar in the workplace shows the intelligence of the worker. It also shows how well thoughts
are put together before speaking. Using good grammar can also show employers that an
employee can accomplish other tasks on the job no matter what it is. For example the employee
can be asked to give a formal speech because the employer trusts that the employee will use the
right language when talking. Good grammar also shows the company that the employee cares
about his personal image, the company image, and that s what makes the company stand out from
other companies. Good grammar shows who the person is, for example what type of
establishment have they grown up around. It also shows what type of people the company hires

The Definition Of Piety In Plato s Euthyphro
In this essay I will discuss Plato s Euthyphro. I will discuss the dialogue that happens between the
characters in the text. In the text both characters struggle to come to an agreement as to what the
definition of piety is. I will give a few examples of the definitions Euthyphro offers Socrates.
Socrates rejected some of Euthyphros definitions for piety. I will explain why Socratesrejected some
of the definitions. I will analyze Socrates understanding of morality based upon his conversation
with Euthyphro. I will decide whether or not his theory is subjective or objective. I will also
determine what the foundation of morality in his theory is.
The Euthyphro begins with Euthyphro and Socrates. There is a dialogue between the two of them.

Socrates ask what is the pious (Socrates 5). Euthyphro offers his first definition of piety. He
basically says that what he is doing is pious. It is pious to prosecute the wrong doers and it is
impious not to. Socrates rejects his definition by saying that the definition that Euthyphro
offered is an example rather than a definition. Euthyphro then offers his second definition of
piety. Euthyphro then states What is dear to the Gods is pious, what is not dear to the Gods is
impious ( Euthyphro 6). Socrates rejects this definition by basically saying that all the Gods
won t approve of what is pious and impious. Euthyphro offers the next definition which basically
says that if all of the Gods think it is pious then it is pious and all of Gods don t think it is pious
then it is impious. Socrates rejects this idea by basically saying that it can not be a definition
because it still does not give an essence of what piety is. sEuthyphro offers many more definitions
of what piety could be. Socrates and Euthyphro can not come to an agreement as to what the
definition of piety is. In the end of the dialogue Euthyphro has an angrier tone of voice. You can

A Christmas Carol
Do you ever feel like people change? In A Christmas Carol, written by Charles Dickens, Scrooge is
a grouchy, unsocial, miserly, uncharitable old man. He is extremely unsympathetic and bah

Scrooge longed for a new future because of these experiences. Therefore, I believe that Scrooge
changed in the play because of the ghostly visits, his aching heart for Tiny Tim and the relief that
he could have a second chance at life. The ghost of Christmas past brought Scrooge to the past

Scrooge could not bare to look at the flashbacks because he became disgraced of himself. Scrooge

Trent is wearing a cap with jeans and a sleeveless shirt, which is covered in sweat, even without
knowing his occupation we can see that he is in a lower class to the people in the village. He has a
southern American accent, which is generally associated with working class people.
The camera work and editing effectively give us a view of how the filmmakers want us to see
the characters and the neighbourhood. The first set we see is a crane on the small
neighbourhood to introduce us to the houses, after this we are introduced to the main characters
and their families. There is a low angle shot of Devon, with her family beside her, to emphasise
her middle class background, when she is in her Young Rangers uniform she is viewed form the
feet upwards. Whereas when we first see Trent he is viewed with a medium close shot. These shots
of the main characters give us a better insight to where they live and their social status.
Devon seems like a mischievous girl, when she is making the cookies a fly lands on one of them
and instead of brushing it away, she squashes it into the cookie to make it look like it is another
chocolate chip! Also when her parents leave her to sell her cookies, they tell her to be careful and
more specifically tell her not to ruin her socks, so she immediately disobeys them by going outside

The World Trade Center Movie Review
Julie Johnson CRISIS 302 B04 Liberty University Movie Review Submission Date: February
16, 2015 The movie The World Trade Center begins with showing the audience how an average
day might begin for residents of New York City. As the sun is coming up over the city subways
are busy getting people to work, streets are jammed with traffic and your everyday noises of the
city are heard. The movie quickly puts its focus on the civil servants that are getting ready for
what they think is just another day in New York. The center of the movie revolves around two Port
Authority Police officers Will Jimeno and Sgt. James McCoughlin who become trapped in the
rubble after deciding to go in after the first plane hits. As the... Show more content on

Deafening silence has now replaced the chaos and the atmosphere is sobering. The rest of the
movie focuses on Officer Jimeno and Sgt. McCloughlin being buried in the rubble of the towers.
Both officers are immobilized about twenty feet apart. The scenes of them conversing are quite
dramatic and very personal. It feels as if the viewer is right there with them experiencing the
darkness that they are in. These two men in a sense, even though they are pinned, are able to be a
crisis interventionist to each other providing encouragement in their words and driving each other
to survive the ordeal until they are rescued. The movie put most of its focus on the two officers
buried in the rubble and also that of their families. There was little shown of the people who
escaped the towers in need of crisis intervention. It really does not take much more than those few
scenes to know the magnitude of the devastation that was affecting anyone in and around the
buildings. To bring any kind of order and or provide a sense of stabilization to those traumatized by
the event, it will take skilled interventionists with knowledge, strength and the right resources. One
thing that is of crucial importance when trying to alleviate a crisis is timing. It is very important
that crisis interventionist be available as soon after a traumatic event as possible. The first
important step in alleviating the crisis is timing. It is very important for crisis interventionists to be

Feminist Perspective On Pornography
Many people have argued that pornography is a form of artistic expression, protected by the First
Amendment of the Constitution, others feel there is a distinct line between art and porn
(Pornogrpahy). Pornography is made to provide sexual pleasure to anyone who hears, sees or reads
it, it involves erotic acts. Pornographycould be talking, acting, or anything that may sexually
stimulate someone. Pornography is also, the portrayal of sexual activities and it comes in the
form of magazines, movies, videos, and more. Pornography is often seen to overstep the bounds
of the First Amendment and misrepresent what is means by freedom of speech. Pornography isn
t something that everyone can agree on. For example, feminist are one group of people have a
variety of feelings and beliefs towards pornography. While feminist usually share the same way of
thinking this is one topic that causes a major division between them. Disagreeing to agree is a
common compromise that people face in life, but in the case of pornography feminist can not seem
to do so. Andrea Dworkinand Catharine A. Mackinnon(Feminist Perspectives), are just two of the
women that have stood up against pornography. There are a plethora of feminist see
pornography as a way to keep women oppressed and subjected to man. Almost as if porn is
taking women in a step backwards.Mackinnon believes porn is an act of sexual violence
(McElroy) and Dworkin sees it as sexist and a deliberate means of subordinating women to men
(Feminist Perspectives). Dworkin and Mackinnon collectively view pornography as not a form of
speech, but as an active discrimination and violence against women (Feminist Perspectives).
Popular pornography includes abusive scenes and language that is extremely derogatory towards
women. Through research it is also believed that due to the acts of violence and sexual abuse
depicted in pornography it is causing men to reenact and bring what they ve watched to life
(Purcell). Consequently, due to the voices of the anti porn feminist there has been many legal
actions taken against the porn industry. There has been several ordinances drawn up, a few were
done by Catharine A. Mackinnon. Mackinnon and Dworkin had a civil rights ordinance that

Reflective Essay On Social Work
As a senior, I thought this was the perfect time to get an in depth look at a career field that I was
considering. The main reason I decided to take a career internship was to be exposed to a side of
business that I had not been previously and to see if it is something I may want to pursue. The
spring semester included interning at the Yadkin Valley Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber
of
Commerce is located on East Market Street in Elkin, North Carolina. The timeof the internship
period was mid day from 11:30 A.M to 1:00 P.M. This time frame allowed me to be exposed to
many lunch meetings that took place. My mentor, Myra Cook, is the president of the Chamber of
Commerce. Her role is to help businesses succeed and to promote them to the town of Elkin. At the
Yadkin Valley Chamber of Commerce, many valuable skills were learned such as: filing, how to
make contacts with different businesses, and planning different community events. In the future, I
want to major in non profit management and social work with hopes of opening my own non
profit someday. My non profit organization would focus on teaching people who did not receive a
proper education learn job and interview skills and help them enter the workforce.
When first arriving at the Chamber of Commerce, the first thing that is done is filing the new
paperwork, bills, and receipts. Throughout the day, typical duties include answering phone calls and
helping travellers that come in to the chamber. These travellers typically ask

System Of The Juvenile Justice System
In the system of the Juvenile Justice System ( J.J.S) they spend a lot of money on troubled youth.
The J.J.S should attempt to help these kids but, not spend thousands of dollars a year to help
rehabilitate these kids. The kids that come in should not come into be spoon fed with nice things
while in detention. They are not there because they are victims, they are there because they are
victims of their own decisions.
Another thing you should watch for in troubled youth are multiple offenders. They know what they
are doing and they are doing it because they think it is benefiting them. People that repeat the same
crime over and over again don t learn. If a person is raised to believe that what they are doing is

Effectiveness Of American Apparel As An Organization
Introduction The purpose of this report is to assess the effectiveness of American Apparel as an
organization. Organizational effectiveness is important as it asses how effective an organization is
achieving its outcomes as well as capturing the organizational performance (Richard et al,

undertook by employees and company materials. In this report, I will be giving a brief summary

An added bonus this business model is inherently sustainable. This type of structure needs a

shirt manufacturer and distributor in the world. We are committed to leveraging art, design, and
technology to produce garments of the highest quality, while pioneering industry standards of social
responsibility in the workplace. (вторник , 2012). This same author went further stating
CEO Dave Charney s core belief for his company as Our goal is to seek profits through innovation
not exploitation. We are advancing a hyper capitalist socialist business fusion. By relentlessly
pursuing efficiencies in management and production, we aim to demonstrate that the use of
exploitative labor tactics is not only unnecessary but actually counterproductive. We recognize that

Flint Water Case Study
The poor water that is flowing into the homes and business in Flint, Michigan has struck headlines
for the past couple of months. The water has been reported tot contain extremely high levels of
lead. These high levels of lead are extremely unhealthy and are harmful not only to those that are
currently coming across. This water but also for their future generations. Although turning to the
Flint river in theory will save the city money, the idea has taken a turn and the city is forced to
suffer.
Detroit is the largest and most productive water company in the state of Michigan. Their Cl , Pb+,
and PO4 3 levels are all under the limit of being considered harmful. In an attempt to save money,
the city of Flint, Michigan decided to discontinue their affiliation with the Detroit Water Company.

To disinfect the water, chemist added trihalomethanes. As a result, the disinfectant byproducts
were formed by the reaction of chlorine with organic matter. Soon, high levels of the disinfectant
byproduct were spotted in the water. To remove the organic matter, ferric chloride was added. In
return this only increased the amount of chloride ions within the water. Then, the amount of
corrosive were high and scientist needed away to control that too. Orthophosphate is something
that can be added to the water to reduce amounts of lead to reach it from the pipes. To get rid of
the lead, a layer of low soluble lead phosphate forms inside the pipe because to much chorine will

Why Is Soccer Important To Me Essay
Have you ever had a connection with someone? Have you ever had a connection with something.
Have you ever made a bond to someone or something you hold dearly close to you? I have a
powerful inseparable bond with the beautiful game futbol, or soccer. Because soccer is a very
special part of my life, I have grown to love it over the past year of playing the game. Here are some
reasons why I am bonded to soccer.
Since I have started playing soccer, my fitness and endurance level has increased dramatically due
to the large amount of running that I do. Until I started playing soccer, my mile time was roughly
six minutes and fifty seconds on average, but now it has dropped to around six minutes flat with
having been playing soccer for a year.

Differences Between Ordinary And Dynamic Capabilities
3.1.3Firm Capabilities
A firm possesses two different kinds of capabilities, the so called ordinary capabilities and the
dynamic capabilities. They are quite distinct in theory and in practice:
The ordinary capabilities of a firm refer to its ability to use and coordinate tangible and intangible
resources with the aim to reach a desired goal (Teece, 2014).
The dynamic capabilities of a firm refer to its ability to build upon existing capabilities and at the
same time to develop new capabilities (Teece, 2014).
The basic distinctions are outlined in Table 3 below from a practical point of view: Ordinary

overcome the challenges that changing customers, competitors and technologies brings (Teece,

while making the transition companies in such industries have to maintain certain former core
competencies while building up new ones. The core competencies are defined as a combination of
tangible and intangible resources and skill which distinguishes the company from other market
players. The concept of core competencies foresees that

Technology
In the following paper I am going to attempt to discuss the hindering effects of technology. How
technology affects the laziness of our children, desensitizes our otherwise compassionate human
race, and may eventually lead us to our doom. Also in this paper I will attempt to discuss some
benefits of modern technology as relating to family and communal prosperity. Since the invention of
Eli Whitneys cotton gin back in the 1800s men have had their brains full steam ahead on the idea of
technology and its advancement into our everyday lives. Leading us up to the present day where
we can have a hot cooked neucro meal at the push of the button. Our music no longer has to be

Both were intended for better communication among our society. For example, President
Roosevelt used to have fire side chats on the radio during the trying times of World War II. TV
was a great advancement as far as putting the voices of power, such as the president, with their
faces. TVs were also used to bring the family together for a late night show. In todays world all
that seems to be on the popular radio stations is slang and a lot of bleeping. As for TV, I cant
seem to get that footage of the World Trade Towers going down. Over and over again they show
those clips, not thinking of the thousands of souls floating away at that very same moment.
Children see this stuff and think nothing about the chaos. Even their cartoon characters have
huge bombs, and kill each other. Now I don t know about you but I never saw Mickey kicking
Donald s ass all over the TV when I was growing up. These kinds of shows have led to hours of
programmable crap we feed to our children each day.
Still the communication benefits are there, but the desensitizing danger and loss of compassion
in our children is a real threat. Recently weve developed a new technology, quite a nifty gadget if
you ask me. This one is called the computer and started off as one hell of a calculator, designed
for speedy math. So computers made math go a bit easier, what else could this little box do? Now

Analysis Of Thomas David And Tiffany Michelle
She savored a sip of the sweet red wine every time she changed the picture on her computer
screen, the deep cherry color staining her lips. It was a beautiful ring, shining at every angle. In
the center was a large glistening diamond with four smaller diamonds surrounding it to represent
the four years they spent together before he asked the inevitable question. She looked up from
the computer screen and caught a glance of the invitation, Please join us in celebrating the
marriage of Thomas David and Tiffany Michelle was written in baby blue across a rustic brown
background. Below the writing was a picture of the happy couple standing on an old wooden
bridge, Tommy wrapping his calloused hands around his bride s petite waist. The photo
captured the whole scenery so perfectly; blossoming flowers created a frame around their upper
body, with large, unique rocks surrounding them on both sides. What was not visible was the
aged oak tree with TD + MH = FOREVER carved into the side or the small hideout beneath the
bridge where the Tommy and Margaret shared their first kiss. Suddenly the door screeched open
and Margaret quickly shut the lid of her laptop just as Mark walked in. He kissed her on the
cheek, Drinking already sweetheart? It s only six o clock . Just a long day at work she replied
with a weary smile, choking back tears. Margaret grabbed her laptop and got up from the couch.

Holden Caulfield Mental Illness
In the 1950 s, mental illness was still largely misunderstood by the public. Most had
misconceptions that people with a mental illness were violent and scary as many equated mental
illness with psychosis . Today, mental health has become less taboo, and science has worked to
deepen our understanding of it (Phelan 189). Using this research, it is now possible to diagnose
people more accurately than sixty years ago. While it has long been debated how to diagnose the
main character, Holden Caulfield, from J.D. Salinger s The Catcher in the Rye, modern science
may help. In this novel, Holden tells the story of how he ended up in a mental institution. Taking
place over three days, he tells of his battle with isolation from peers, family, and strangers. Evidence
from this novel suggests that Holden has reactive attachment disorder, or RAD. RAD is caused by a
traumatic experience in childhood (Institute) which in Holden s case was neglect. Holden says
that his parents were occupied and all before the had [him] (Salinger 3), and they sent him to
many boarding schools. His parents ignore the roles normally fulfilled by parents. When Holden
mentions family outings, his parents aren t involved. For example, his older brother took him and
his sister to see Hamlet (Salinger 130). In addition, they have a woman, Charlene, cook for the
kids while his parents go out and have fun (Salinger 196). When his parents are home, Holden still
does not have a stable home life. Like many children

Analysis Of A Farewell To ArmsBy Ernest Hemingway
Whoever said, War was hell, must have read Ernest Hemingway s A Farewell to Arms. It is a
decade defining controversial piece of American Literature. It was not only controversial
because Hemingway was a depressed drunkard, but it was controversial because it doesn t
glorify war; it shows the brunt reality of the Great War. He provides the evidence of his
depression through his writings by allowing his characters to be placed in horrid situations. He
also shows his alcoholism this way, by allowing his characters to be alcoholics. For example, in A
Farewell to Arms, Frederic Henry used alcohol to get over his pain, which would eventually lead
to Henry s jaundice, a lack of liver function, which is a symptom of cirrhosis of the liver,... Show

During the second book in the novel, Catherine and Frederic are talking about being married
legally through the church. Catherine responds to Frederic stating how he would go on leave to
be formally married by saying, You can t get to Scotland and back on a leave. Besides I won t leave
you. What good would it do to marry now? We re really married. I couldn t be any more married,
(Hemingway 99). This quote shows the sanctity of their relationship because it s just like a
marriage. They are so close together, and since they re always together, they are like an old
married couple.
Rinaldi, a surgeon friend of Frederic, has been caught in the chaos of a front, and he has to do
all the major cases in the hospital he works at. He shows how horrid the front is, and how hellish
war is by saying, I never think. No, by God, I don t think; I operate, (Hemingway 147). This shows
how Rinaldi is what s called a hamburger surgeon. These surgeons just patch up, and they take out
what they need to take out. Many of them don t even think, nor do they have bedside manners, they
just operate.
Around two thirds into the book, Frederic is captured by his allies, and he is about to be put on
trial before a biased judge, who was also the executioner, and right before he was up for trial,
Frederic prepared for his escape. The escape is laid out for the audience through this quote, I
ducked down, pushed between two men, and ran for the river, my head down. I tripped at the

Solving the Foreclosure Crisis

Brooklyn, NY December 30, 2009 Foreclosures continue to rise drastically across the United States
due to the recession, and have effected, and continue to affect thousands of families and individuals
every day. One aspect we must take into consideration is that most people are not informed of what
foreclosure means, or the process, even those who are homeowners. I believe that one step to
preventing foreclosure is to educate first time homebuyers. In addition, first time homebuyer
programs should not only assist potential buyers with financially preparing them to buy a home, but

The American homeowners have been forced to accept these adjustable rate loans in order to lower
their monthly payment by a few hundred dollars. In the long term, most end up refinancing down
the line and losing all the money they saved monthly on additional closing costs, to modify an
adjustable interest rate loan.
It is very difficult to get a loan from a commercial bank for first time homebuyers, and for
existing homeowners who are in the process of foreclosure. The loan modification programs that
are available now are bandages for a much bigger problem, the problem lies in the underlying
banking system practices, polices and traditional way of doing business.
Banks now offer programs to help homeowners/homebuyers, but many times, these loans are often
hard to obtain. The current programs have more stringent requirements that are unreasonable for
distressed homeowners. In my opinion, the only way to rectify the foreclosure issue is to make a
substantial change in how potential homebuyers and homeowners obtain loans.
In summary, a government subsidized program with a fixed 2% interest rate will:
For Homeowners and First time Homebuyers:
1.Dramatically decrease monthly mortgage payment and provide homeowners extra income to live
each month. For example, a $575,000 mortgage at 6% interest rate is about $3,500 per month. The
same loan at a 2% interest rate is approximately $2,100 per month.
2.Generate incentives for first time homebuyers. The

Characteristics Of A Black Leader
I think we should have a black leader it would be better than a white especially Donald trump the
reason why I say this is because the black person that would be our leader can relate to us
because he or she has been through what we have been through and that would be good for that
person to know because they would already know what to do while they are in the seat that s why
we should have a black leader instead of a white one.
I don t think we should have a white leader because he can only relate to their own kind and not
ours also they don t know what we go through except black people and I know trump can t relate to
us if a black person can be our leader that would be great because she of he knows what we have
gone through and she/he is intelligent so he/she knows what to do even more I don t know but I

Including their behavior and interactions with the environment. All plant and animal life forms are included from the microscopic pico plankton al the way to the majestic blue whale. Marine biology is a very broad area so most researchers select a particular area of interest and specialize on it. The specializations can be based off on a particular species, group, behavior, technique, or an ecosystem. Possible careers for those intrigues in marine biology include a teaching position, being a research scientist, hydrologist, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Captain Cook is most known for his extensive voyages of discovery for the British Navy, mapping much of the world s uncharted waters during that time. He circumnavigated the world twice during his lifetime, during which he logged descriptions of numerous plants and animals then unknown to most of mankind. Following Cook s explorations, a number of scientists began a closer study of marine life including Charles Darwin (1809 1882) who, although he is best known for the Theory of Evolution, contributed significantly to the early study of marine biology. His expeditions as the resident naturalist aboard the HMS Beagle from 1831 to 1836 were spent collecting and studying specimens from a number of marine organisms that were sent to the British Museum for cataloguing. His interest in geology gave rise to his study of coral reefs and their formation. His experience on the HMS Beagle helped Darwin formulate his theories of natural selection and evolution based on the similarities he found in species specimens and fossils he discovered in the same geographic region. The voyages of the HMS Beagle were followed by a 3 year voyage by the British ship HMS Challenger led by Sir Charles Wyville Thomson (1830 1882) to all the oceans of the world during which thousands of marine specimens were collected and analyzed. This voyage is often referred to as the birth ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 3. Reading The Early Church Fathers Chapter 1 Summary The doctrine of Trinity has been taking shape over the centuries, beginning from the early church fathers. To discuss the development of the doctrine, I will use Reading the Early Church Fathers, a recommended text for this course and Trinity 101, a required text, by Dr. Jim Papandrea. The paper will focus on the Christology and ways through which the doctrines began to develop over the centuries, especially during the second and third centuries. In his book, Reading the Early Church Fathers, Dr. Papandrea points out that during the fourth century, the Adoptionism had emerged in its full form, but before this took shape, there were other theologians like Irenaeus of Lyons. After the apostles, he is said to be the first theologian. It was during the second century that he argued against Gnosticism. It is said that he wrote a document in 189 c, to support his argument against Gnosticism. He strived to help his readers understand that the Old and New Testament... This means Trinity. Tertullian began associating himself with the Montanists. Who are strict in standard of morality, and their belief in prophecy as well as Christ s return. Tertullian rebelled against the philosophy for he believed that one is lead toward paganism because of philosophy. He used the roman legal terms and applied with theology. Tertullian understood that God is a combination of three people and that combination he named was Trinity. He used another word that is legal and that is Substantia which is defined as substance. Using the word substantia, Tertullian proved that that Trinity which in his view was a combination of Father, Son and the Holy Spirit shared one common essence of divinity or ... • 4. Observation Infant Child Observation On October 16, 2017, I observed in the infant room from 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.. The child I observed was a female and just turned eight months old. Indicators given by the child during the observation, show that the child is progressing at a normal developmental pace and even excelling in other areas. Through observing her, I noticed her motor skills were excelling beyond what was expected. She was pulling herself up and standing. I would often notice her attempting to walk after she was standing or even balancing on one foot. She would often be standing on her toes and using her arms to hold herself up. She showed a lot of strength in her motor development. I even observed her using problem solving skills to look over a shelf that was... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Once it landed, she headed for the ball to check out what happened. More than once, I witnessed another infant in the room take the toy she was using away from her. Surprisingly, instead of crying, she decided to solve the problem. She simply, looked around and grabbed another toy. This also shows that she is beginning to self regulate her emotions. Also, when she was trying to get ahold of the papers I had in my lap, I decided to hide them from her to observe what her response would be. She curiously looked around trying to determine where it went. She didn t try to find the paper, but she recognized that it disappeared. She was more attracted to the exciting and noisy objects. There was one object in the room that worked like a noisy version of an hour class. After I would flip the toy, she would watch the beads travel to the bottom, then she attempted to flip the toy herself. She used her thumb and index finger to grab onto the object and even though she couldn t flip it correctly, she definitely attempted. She began to get frustrated and attempted until she was successful. There was not a lot of verbalizing from her during the observation, but the verbalizations I did observe were indicators the developmental milestones she has reached. She was making many sounds like babababa and making consonant sounds. I observed her responding to sounds I made by laughing or producing quick sounds. She even ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Two of his main traits are his selflessness and his independence. At the beginning of the novel, Crane man is seen as selfless; because, although he is crippled, he takes in a young orphan named Tree ear. There are many ways Crane manshows his selflessness. For an example, when Tree ear went on his long journey, Crane man made Tree ear take all of the food instead of giving half to Crane man. This movie displays the lives of various characters in diverse social classes including the upper middle, middle, and the lower class. In my opinion the filmCrash is one of those movies that makes an individual rethink even what someone thinks he or she knows about the world one lives in. Overall, I agree with The Thomas Theorem for multiple reasons. Essentially, this theorem expresses to people that if they believe particular situations to be real, they will develop and become real to them. The Godfather , a crime noir film produced in 1972, is about an aged patriarch of a famous mafia dynasty that transfers control of his business to his disinclined son. It was directed by Francis Ford Cappola and stars actors such as Al Pacino and Marlon Brando. The film s numerous achievements, specifically in the opening sequence, stem from the exemplary utilization and integration of misГ© en scene, editing, and cinematographic elements. Mise en scene is a key element in the representation of a character. For example, the film begins with a slow jazz soundtrack, a characteristic of thriller films during the 1970 s. Then a plain black background streches across the screen, setting the stage for what is about to appear in front of us. Black... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This scene is edited with a very slow pace that creates a sense of calm and suggests the control that Don Corleone has over the situation. The sequence begins with a close up on Amerigo Bonasera as he stares in the camera while it zooms out, telling the audience about his daughter s rape. William Reynolds and Peter Zinner, the lead editors of the film, used this shot, that spans the next three minutes of the film, to add a sense of insecurity and rising tension. It also is used to reveal Bonasera is talking to a mysterious figure disguised by the shadows and that three other men are present, but without giving the setting of the scene or who these men are. Then, they break the three minute shot by giving the audience their first glance at the mysterious figure in the shadows. They cut to a medium shot of Don Corleone, the leader of this organized crime dynasty, finally revealing this shadowy figure to the audience, relieving them of some tension. The camera shifts location again in order to reveal the scene, something like an establishing shot. Here, they reveal four male characters, all dressed in suits, and the only lights coming from the slats in the blinds and the sole artificial light on the right side of the room. Don Corleone is also placed in the center of this shot with every other character facing him, giving him a sense of power. Next, they cut to a medium shot of the godfather sitting ... • 9. How Does Marat Use Art As Propaganda On July 13, 1793, a young Royalist by the name of Charlotte Corday managed to gain entry into French revolutionary leader Jean Paul Marat s apartment. As the well known writer had agreed to receive her, she proceeded to stab and kill him when he was most vulnerable, in his bathtub. This was where he was accustomed to sitting hour after hour treating the disfiguring skin disease from which he suffered. The disease is thought of to be dermatitis herpetiformis, a rare ailment where the sufferer lives with chronic, very itchy skin rashes made up of bumps and blisters. A traumatic political assassination was carried out by a woman and only added fuel to the revolutionary fire. The Death of Marat has been forever captured by Jacques Louis David as a famous work of art which now resides within the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium. • 10. Arguments Against Post-Modernism Furthermore, realist and constructivist arguments against Post Modernism are weak, unstable, and are easily shut down when closely analyzing post modernist views. Within realism, the sole criticism of Post Modernism is that the belief is that an anarchic system leads them to conclude that power politics is the only way to conduct world politics in order to survive. However, this belief is myopic and leads to policy changes that will make war more probable. Post Modernism invalidates realism because it details that actors are missing, states are not unitary and thus not rational, instead they are abstract, as described previously, and therefore national interest does not exist (Nabers 2009, pg.198). Also, Post Modernism believes, unlike realism, that power is measured, mostly, through tangible means, not relative to that of ideas, norms, words, etc. Additionally, Post Modernism entails that realism is a self fulfilling prophesy. If people expect war, prepare for war, spread the threat of war, war is more likely to occur, which reinforces the original fear of war. This exonerates previous accusations of Post Modernism, because it details realism s predictiveness within its own theory and does not account for other measures. Moreover, constructivism, on the other hand, seeks to dismantle post modernist views by focusing more so on, intersubjective creations, in international relations. Constructivism, like Post Modernism, sees states bound by predetermined factors, but ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

They each hold special relevance in a discussion of the history of societal beliefs. The Mass Society refers to the overall belief C. Wright Mills held in relation to the type of society he believed we live in. Mills began The Power Elite with a bold statement saying, The powers of ordinary men are circumscribed by the everyday words in which they live, yet even in these rounds of job, family, and neighborhood they often seem driven by forces they can neither understand nor govern (Mills, 1956, p.3). The moral wars in journalism showed each class held differing beliefs on what was acceptable. The Times wrote a speech by Reverend Dr. W.H.P. Faunce saying: The press engages in a fearful struggle, one class against another. On one side stands the reputable papers and on the other, is what calls itself the new journalism, but which is in reality as old as sin itself (Schudson, p.114). Class conflict was the main reason for problems inside the newspaper industry. Different societal classes produced different types of newspapers. Schudson tracks the middle class because he fells it is the most important. He said the press emerged to serve the middle class audience. Schudson said the political aspects of society went from public to private. Reality was public, but became more concerned with what the individual was thinking instead of what everyone was thinking. Voting was one area effected by this new political and reality change. People began to vote in secrecy, such as in the separate voting booth presently used. This new secrecy allowed people to make decisions on their own instead of relying on others. Gitlin discusses how many aspects of society are the result of hegemony, defined as the name given to a ruling class s domination through ideology, through the shaping of popular consent (Gitlin, 1980, p.9). • 12. Three Messages From Rime Of The Ancient Mariner Analysis Three Messages From Rime ( An Analysis of Three Messages from Rime of the Ancient Mariner ) In the poem Rime of the Ancient Mariner an old man spots a young kid, and just knows that he must talk to him and tell him his story. Various feelings, emotions and actions are expressed throughout this old man s story, and for whatever reason the young boy not only hears but completely listens to what the man has to say. After the man s story was done, there were three messages that came form his story and were now passed onto to the young boy s mind. Three of the messages that stuck out the most in this poem were, the definite distinction between the young and the old, the next messages would be guilt, and lastly having a respect for nature would be the last of the three messages that came about throughout this story. Many things can make the distinction between the old and the young. For instance, as young adults, or even young kids, it is often that we get discredited and dehumanized for all that we do and of course because of the age that we are. Young people, have the reputation for being immature and unknowledgeable. This for some reason is how it s been for ages. Now on the other hand, elders or anyone i d say thirty and up are known as more knowledgeable and definitely more mature. Simply because they have walked this earth far longer than the youngins. Older people see the world and life differently than younger people do. It s ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 15. Epipen Case Analysis If Mylan is required to reclassify EpiPen as a brand name drug from prior years, then the total amount of rebates Mylan owes can be calculated at 23.1 percent of net sales, plus the inflation rebate since they started selling the drug in 2007, minus the amount they have already paid. So, from 2011 2015 the company had net sales of $1,294,716,260 according to Slavitt s letter, which includes both Medicaid and Medicare Part D. To calculate the rebates, the amount of all combined revenue from EpiPen sales to the government needs to be estimated. For 2011 through 2015, that is provided by Slavitt s letter. For 2016, an estimate of $450 million can be used since Mylan introduced a generic in the middle of December of last year. For 2008 2010,... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... According to the KFF article, Medicare and Medicaid spending on each EpiPen increased from $71 in 2007 to $466 in 2015 (from Slavitt s letter), or 656%. This is clearly much higher than the inflation rate of roughly 20% over the last 10 years (i.e. prices are now 20% higher than they were 10 years ago). This means that the government is entitled to the vast majority of the $1,879,976,260 that is owed minus the rebates already paid. The rebates Mylan paid can be inferred from Slavitt s letter: From 2011 through 2015, total Medicaid spending on EpiPen was $960 million, increasing from $66 million in 2011 to $365 million in 2015. After rebates, net Medicaid spending over this five year period was approximately $797 million... So, it looks like Mylan has already paid $960 million $797 million = $163 million in rebates. Subtracting this amount from $1,879,976,260 yields $1,716,976,260. For 2016, Mylan also probably paid a rebate of 13%. So, assuming that was on $450 million, that would come to $58.5 million. Subtracting this amount from $1,716,976,260 gives $1,658,476,260. So, it looks like Mylan owes just under $1.66 billion for the EpiPen rebates and this amount is before any penalties are ... In King Lear, William Shakespeare shows how genderstereotypes are capable of going from complete accuracy, to an entirely opposable turn. This is seen through the characters, Cordelia, who follows gender stereotypes, Lear, who wavers between the two facets, and Goneril, who convoys reverse gender stereotypes. MLK Jr. traveled all along the South fighting against racial discrimination and equality between all races. MLK Jr uses sit ins, protests, demonstrations and marches to fight for his cause; he always stayed nonviolent even when there were police and white supremacists using violence against him. During one of his marches in Alabama, MLK Jr. was arrested, not for the first time. While in jail, MLK Jr. took the time to respond to a letter written to him by eight different religious leaders. Even though some people may argue that Martin Luther King Junior s Letter from Birmingham Jailis not radical, his letter is radical because he refuses to conform to the world s expectations and he expects the same from the religious leaders whom he is replying to. In Letter from Birmingham Jail, MLK Jr. expresses his opinions on the world s expectations of him and why he cannot conform to those expectations. MLK Jr. explains that, I am compelled to carry the gospel of freedom beyond my own town. Like Paul, I must constantly respond to the Macedonian call for aid (MLK Jr. 221), is the reason why he is travelling to the heart of racial discrimination to protest for equal rights. MLK Jr. feels that he cannot stay in his home because there are people who cannot help themselves elsewhere. As a Christian, MLK Jr. feels like it is his responsibility to help those who cannot help themselves. The reign of the Tudors control over England lasted a total of 118 years, starting with Henry VII in 1485 and finishing with the death of Elizabeth I in 1603 who had no heir to the throne [1]. A lot of the change, to make or become different[2], accounted for during this period was due to Henry VIII and his hard headed approach to politics and religion and his passion to be remembered as a warrior and famous king. Henry VIII is famous for having six wives, however in order to achieve this he had to make colossal modifications to the countries religion and other aspects of life. In Snow White, the old, unattractive woman tempts her to eat an apple that would kill her. In Cinderella, the three step sisters and the step mom all have attitudes as mean as their looks. There s no proof that Disney pushes girls to be overly concerned with looks, but it is definitely an underlying messages in every one of the princess films. • 30. The Integration Of Italians Into American Culture Italian American culture has been immortalized in movies, literature, and songs. One of the movies that shows the integration of Italians into American culture comes from the 20th century and was well acclaimed for its acting and cinematography. The 1955 film Marty accurately portrays Italian American lifestyles and stigmas, specifically males, in that time period and demonstrates how the Italian peopleassimilated into American culture. Getting married was one of the most important things that an Italian man can do. At 35 years old, Marty has yet to marry or have children, and is living with his mother in his childhood home. In this time period, it was critical to marry someone who was also Italian. This custom was practiced more before the time period of Marty but it was still an important factor to consider when picking a bride. Effective communication helps connect with people. It can open many doors for many jobs. It lets the employer know whom they have hired, and how intelligent the person really is. In the business profession, effective communicationenables managers to give understandable instructions to their employees. Effective communication will help state what is expected from workers. I believe effective communication can be used in all aspects of the workplace. First, Susan Adams from Forbes wrote Good grammar is important in life. Using correct grammar in the workplace shows the intelligence of the worker. It also shows how well thoughts are put together before speaking. Using good grammar can also show employers that an employee can accomplish other tasks on the job no matter what it is. For example the employee can be asked to give a formal speech because the employer trusts that the employee will use the right language when talking. Good grammar also shows the company that the employee cares about his personal image, the company image, and that s what makes the company stand out from other companies. Good grammar shows who the person is, for example what type of establishment have they grown up around. It also shows what type of people the company hires (Adams). Salinger s The Catcher in the Rye, modern science may help. In this novel, Holden tells the story of how he ended up in a mental institution. Taking place over three days, he tells of his battle with isolation from peers, family, and strangers. Evidence from this novel suggests that Holden has reactive attachment disorder, or RAD. RAD is caused by a traumatic experience in childhood (Institute) which in Holden s case was neglect. Holden says that his parents were occupied and all before the had [him] (Salinger 3), and they sent him to many boarding schools. His parents ignore the roles normally fulfilled by parents. When Holden mentions family outings, his parents aren t involved. For example, his older brother took him and his sister to see Hamlet (Salinger 130). In addition, they have a woman, Charlene, cook for the kids while his parents go out and have fun (Salinger 196). When his parents are home, Holden still does not have a stable home life. • 51. Analysis Of A Farewell To ArmsBy Ernest Hemingway Whoever said, War was hell, must have read Ernest Hemingway s A Farewell to Arms. It is a decade defining controversial piece of American Literature. It was not only controversial because Hemingway was a depressed drunkard, but it was controversial because it doesn t glorify war; it shows the brunt reality of the Great War. He provides the evidence of his depression through his writings by allowing his characters to be placed in horrid situations. He also shows his alcoholism this way, by allowing his characters to be alcoholics. For example, in A Farewell to Arms, Frederic Henry used alcohol to get over his pain, which would eventually lead to Henry s jaundice, a lack of liver function, which is a symptom of cirrhosis of the liver,... Catherine responds to Frederic stating how he would go on leave to be formally married by saying, You can t get to Scotland and back on a leave. Besides I won t leave you. What good would it do to marry now? We re really married. I couldn t be any more married, (Hemingway 99). This quote shows the sanctity of their relationship because it s just like a marriage. They are so close together, and since they re always together, they are like an old married couple. Rinaldi, a surgeon friend of Frederic, has been caught in the chaos of a front, and he has to do all the major cases in the hospital he works at. He shows how horrid the front is, and how hellish war is by saying, I never think. No, by God, I don t think; I operate, (Hemingway 147). This shows how Rinaldi is what s called a hamburger surgeon. These surgeons just patch up, and they take out what they need to take out. Many of them don t even think, nor do they have bedside manners, they just operate. Around two thirds into the book, Frederic is captured by his allies, and he is about to be put on trial before a biased judge, who was also the executioner, and right before he was up for trial, Frederic prepared for his escape. The escape is laid out for the audience through this quote, I ducked down, pushed between two men, and ran for the river, my head down. I tripped at the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 52. Solving the Foreclosure Crisis Foreclosure filings were reported on 336,173 U.S. properties in June, the fourth straight monthly total exceeding 300,000... Brooklyn, NY December 30, 2009 Foreclosures continue to rise drastically across the United States due to the recession, and have effected, and continue to affect thousands of families and individuals every day. One aspect we must take into consideration is that most people are not informed of what foreclosure means, or the process, even those who are homeowners. I believe that one step to preventing foreclosure is to educate first time homebuyers. In addition, first time homebuyer programs should not only assist potential buyers with financially preparing them to buy a home, but to keep the home once ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The American homeowners have been forced to accept these adjustable rate loans in order to lower their monthly payment by a few hundred dollars. In the long term, most end up refinancing down the line and losing all the money they saved monthly on additional closing costs, to modify an adjustable interest rate loan. It is very difficult to get a loan from a commercial bank for first time homebuyers, and for existing homeowners who are in the process of foreclosure. The loan modification programs that are available now are bandages for a much bigger problem, the problem lies in the underlying banking system practices, polices and traditional way of doing business. Banks now offer programs to help homeowners/homebuyers, but many times, these loans are often hard to obtain. The current programs have more stringent requirements that are unreasonable for distressed homeowners. In my opinion, the only way to rectify the foreclosure issue is to make a substantial change in how potential homebuyers and homeowners obtain loans. In summary, a government subsidized program with a fixed 2% interest rate will: For Homeowners and First time Homebuyers: 1.Dramatically decrease monthly mortgage payment and provide homeowners extra income to live each month. For example, a $575,000 mortgage at 6% interest rate is about $3,500 per month. The same loan at a 2% interest rate is approximately $2,100 per month. 2.Generate incentives for first time homebuyers. • 53. Characteristics Of A Black Leader I think we should have a black leader it would be better than a white especially Donald trump the reason why I say this is because the black person that would be our leader can relate to us because he or she has been through what we have been through and that would be good for that person to know because they would already know what to do while they are in the seat that s why we should have a black leader instead of a white one. I don t think we should have a white leader because he can only relate to their own kind and not ours also they don t know what we go through except black people and I know trump can t relate to us if a black person can be our leader that would be great because she of he knows what we have gone through and she/he is intelligent so he/she knows what to do even more I don t know but I know one thing is that we need someone who s ready for the job and consequences and when the time has come. ...
