The paper aims at sensitizing designers towards the voices of every stakeholder involved in
designing a product that influences through the product life cycle, in a comprehensible way with
an objective to facilitate designer towards a better design. This paper discusses the basic purpose
and nature of design in the context of judging the aptness of a dialogue among the stakeholders
including product in itself. It also discusses the kind of outcome based on designers stand in the

I have had first hand experience of instances like this when I lived on the south side of Chicago
at age 16. I watched as the boys on my block age 11 and up would get stopped by the police while
standing on or around their own block even on their own porches. But what was more astonishing
then the random checks was how the boys were so use to it that they would not complain or make a

This futuristic alternative to monitored perpetrators was first initiated in the State of Massachusetts
