This document provides step-by-step instructions for logging into the elearning portal using a Microsoft ID and accessing courses. Users are guided on how to input an access code and select courses of interest, detailing the navigation and features available within the course overview and syllabus. Upon completion, users can access their transcripts and certificates through the portal.

2. If you have a Microsoft ID, enter it. If not, create a new login and password:

3. Once you log in, you will be taken to the screen below. Type in IWOF792A9A in the access code section and your SAVO email address in the email address section. (Note: I had an existing Microsoft account using a gmail email address and received the screen below. I entered the access code and SAVO email address and was able to access the eLearning account associated with SAVO).

4. Now we have entered the eLearning portal! Time to browse the courses.

5. Click the “Browse courses” link at the top left of the home screen; a drop down menu will appear.

6. Pick a topic and course that sparks your interest. Add as many or few courses to your course list

7. The number of course you decide to take will appear on your home screen.

8. When you have chosen a course to take and click on it, this screen will appear. For this example, I chose a course under the Office category, course 10862. In the overview section, you will be provided with an overview, intro, prerequisites, and objectives. In the syllabus section (as shown in the pic below) you will be able to track your progress in the overall course and in the individual modules.

9. To navigate the different pages in each section of the course, just click the forward button as seen at the bottom right of the page.

10. •Continue until each section with the course is complete.
•Once you have completed the course, you will have access to your transcripts and certificate of completion.
•You can either view you transcripts within the course page (see red arrow).

11. Or on the home screen, where to can also view/print your certificate of completion (click my achievements, you will be sent the page where all of your completed courses are listed.)
