Abstract: Nowadays, people are demanding on the naturally derived cosmetic products, including lip balms. However, there is a lack of studies for the physicochemical properties of the formulated lip balms. Besides, there are little publications found on the use of beetroot as an active ingredient and colourant in lip balm formulation. Thus, this study aims to formulate lip balm using beetroot; and test the physicochemical properties of formulated lip balms to get three best formulations. The stability of these best lip balms was conducted for 4 weeks in room temperature and chiller conditions. Finally, a sensory evaluation was conducted to identify consumer acceptance towards the best lip balms. Lip balms placed in room temperature were all stable while few changes occurred for the lip balms placed in a chiller. All panellist preferred the same lip balm in the sensory test. The result of this study can be extended to assess the potential of beetroot in the formulation of other cosmetic products.

Objective: The primary objective of this research was to involvement of design of experiments (DoE)
manipulation in the formulation and optimization of a traditional Ayurvedic medicine derived from dried
extract of Senegalia catechu enhanced through statistical analysis.
Methodology: The dried extract of Senegalia catechu was collected and identified at the botanical
herbarium garden. Subsequently, it underwent a drying process and was ground into a powder.

The Present study was conducted to improve solubility and dissolution of poor water soluble drug Piroxicam. In this research work, Piroxicam Solid Dispersion was prepared kneading method by using, Guar Gum as a carrier. Drug and carriers weight ratio were1:1 to 1:5. The properties of solid were evaluated using Fourier Transform Infra red (FTIR) Spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and solubility and dissolution studies. The FTIR Spectroscopy showed no chemical interaction between Piroxicam and carrier. DSC studies indicated their no change of melting point of Piroxicam in Solid Dispersion. SEM result showed that Piroxicam was dispersed and was present as amorphous state in the solid dispersions. Solubility of Solid dispersions was highest at Ratio 1:5 is 0.319±0.02 mg/mL. The drug release data of solid dispersion revealed that formulation F5 exhibited more than 95 % drug release after 60 min. Finally we conclude that the solubility & dissolution enhancement is depend on nature and amount of the carrier and when increases the carrier increase the solubility of Piroxicam. Solid dispersion system of Piroxicam and carriers used could improve the solubility and dissolution rate of Piroxicam.

The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) studies demonstrated that the morphology of fabricated nanomaterials was primarily cylindrical of average size of 20-30 nm with some spindles of size >50 nm. The anti-microbial evaluation against Staphylococcus aureus revealed that AgNPs exhibited notable activity with ZOI of 27.2 mm at MIC of 25 μg/mL. The outcome of this research evidently signified that the biofabricated AgNPs using TEBC may be a new greener approach or technology to formulate anti-bacterial nanodrugs in future.

The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center, will provide insight into new directions in targeted therapeutic approaches for older adults with mantle cell lymphoma.
STATEMENT OF NEED
Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare, aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) accounting for 5% to 7% of all lymphomas. Its prognosis ranges from indolent disease that does not require treatment for years to very aggressive disease, which is associated with poor survival (Silkenstedt et al, 2021). Typically, MCL is diagnosed at advanced stage and in older patients who cannot tolerate intensive therapy (NCCN, 2022). Although recent advances have slightly increased remission rates, recurrence and relapse remain very common, leading to a median overall survival between 3 and 6 years (LLS, 2021). Though there are several effective options, progress is still needed towards establishing an accepted frontline approach for MCL (Castellino et al, 2022). Treatment selection and management of MCL are complicated by the heterogeneity of prognosis, advanced age and comorbidities of patients, and lack of an established standard approach for treatment, making it vital that clinicians be familiar with the latest research and advances in this area. In this activity chaired by Michael Wang, MD, Professor in the Department of Lymphoma & Myeloma at MD Anderson Cancer Center, expert faculty will discuss prognostic factors informing treatment, the promising results of recent trials in new therapeutic approaches, and the implications of treatment resistance in therapeutic selection for MCL.

Em consonância com os ODS – Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável e a Estratégia Global para a Saúde das Mulheres, Crianças e Adolescentes, e aplicando uma abordagem baseada nos direitos humanos, os esforços de cuidados pós-natais devem expandir-se para além da cobertura e da simples sobrevivência, de modo a incluir cuidados de qualidade.
Estas diretrizes visam melhorar a qualidade dos cuidados pós-natais essenciais e de rotina prestados às mulheres e aos recém-nascidos, com o objetivo final de melhorar a saúde e o bem-estar materno e neonatal.
Uma “experiência pós-natal positiva” é um resultado importante para todas as mulheres que dão à luz e para os seus recém-nascidos, estabelecendo as bases para a melhoria da saúde e do bem-estar a curto e longo prazo. Uma experiência pós-natal positiva é definida como aquela em que as mulheres, pessoas que gestam, os recém-nascidos, os casais, os pais, os cuidadores e as famílias recebem informação consistente, garantia e apoio de profissionais de saúde motivados; e onde um sistema de saúde flexível e com recursos reconheça as necessidades das mulheres e dos bebês e respeite o seu contexto cultural.
Estas diretrizes consolidadas apresentam algumas recomendações novas e já bem fundamentadas sobre cuidados pós-natais de rotina para mulheres e neonatos que recebem cuidados no pós-parto em unidades de saúde ou na comunidade, independentemente dos recursos disponíveis.

RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years – 64.8%, 20 years – 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP – more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0—N12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0—N12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.

ABSTRACT
The aimed of current research to formulate herbal toothpaste utilizing plant extract like Neem
leaves, Guava leaves, Cinnamon bark other ingredient are Camphor, Honey. The plant extract
ingredient posses the anti-bacterial. The herbal toothpaste formulated which can satisfy all the required
condition to keep the mouth fresh and prevent tooth decay by bacteria. The formulated herbal
toothpaste compared with marketed preparation. Physical examination: Colour-greenish brown, smooth
in nature, relative density-10.2, pH-8.2, Extrudability-90.37, spredability- Good and stable formulation.
The anti-microbial evaluation against Staphylococcus aureus reveal that formulated herbal tooth paste
exhibited notable activity with ZOI of 19.7 mm at MIC of 25μg/mL. the outcome of this research
herbal toothpaste shows equal patronizing and engrossing passion over the marketed preparation it was
consider after the comparing the marketed preparation(Colgate, Dabour Red, Dantkanti) with
formulated herbal toothpaste. It has been good scope in future dental research and detal health of
public.

The stability study was indicated that the formulated tooth paste was good stability.
Anti-microbial activity
The formulated herbal toothpaste exhibited fairly good anti-S. aureus activity as compaired to the standard
drug ciprofloxacin. The formulation exhibited an impressive ZOI of 19.7 mm at MIC of 25μg/mL, whereas
ciprofloxacin exhibited 24.5 mm ZOI at MIC of 6.25μg/mL. Therefore it may be concluded that formulated
tooth paste have potential to exhibit anti-microbial activity.

CONCLUSION
The research concluded that Herbal toothpaste an emphasizing and more acceptable in
dental research and they are safer with minimum side effect than synthetic preparation.The
formulated toothpaste capable to the tooth and oral hygine and show the anti-microbial
activity against pathogen. The formulation compared with market preparation. Therefore it
shows the equal patronizing and engrossing passion over the marketed formulations
(Colgate, Dabour Red, Dantakanti). The formulated herbal toothpaste has been good scope
in future in nature remedies research and Dental health of public.
