The student found their research into key cyberpunk and horror figures like Yoshitoshi Abe and Satoshi Kon to be effective. They struggled finding information on more underground creators, especially in English, but overcame this through translation tools and fan translations. In their product, they achieved their goal of creating a cyberpunk horror game through dark, moody visuals featuring computers; and a narrative about escapism through the digital world degrading into a place filled with monsters. They believe they met the brief by showcasing their artwork abilities and willingness to learn new video editing skills.
