2. A type of diagram that represents an algorithm , workflow or process.
These are used in analyzing , designing documenting or managing a process
or program in various fields.
The various steps are shown as boxes of various kinds and their order by
connecting them with arrows.
They help visualize what is going on and thereby help people to understand
a process.
These are also known as process flowchart , functional flowchart , process
map , process chart , business process model , process flow diagram.
Flowcharts were introduced by FRANK GILBRETH to the members of
American Society of Mechanical Engineers(ASME).
4. Macro Flow Chart: A graphical representation of the overall logic of
a computer program in which entire segments or subroutines of the program
are represented by single blocks and no attempt is made to specify the
detailed operation of the process.

5. 2. Micro flow charts: These are simple and not easy to draw. They
carry details of each and every process. An attempt is made to specify the
detailed operation of the process.

6. Document process and interrelationship of process steps
Identifies actual and ideal paths that any product or process flows
Can identify problems and potential improvements
Can be completed on entire processes assemblies with all components one
person or component through a process , combinations of people and
machines , transactions following forms or other documents , etc.

13. Lack of proper transport on the day of seat
allotment: Although both parents and students have to walk from one
building to another which were distance apart but there was no way for them
to cover this distance except walking
No arrangement of comfort for students: this
process consumes whole day but there was no arrangement for students of
drinking water or any other requirement
No proper sequencing: Although there was a proper list
carrying sequence of students but there was no to manage it. Everyone was
making hurry snatching the position of the students before them.
14. There would have been some sort of transport like mini bus for students and
parents to travel so that they could easily go to different buildings and shops
like photo state , photo studio , etc.
Since students have to complete this whole process in whole day along with
lots of tension so there must have been drinking water tanks everywhere so
they could easily take them. There must be some people who can guide them
properly for each step and comfort them.
There would have been some person to control the sequencing so that all the
student get to go on their turn only. Moreover , the roll numbers could also
have been given so that this problem would have been arrived at all.
15. We get to introduce ourselves to flow chart more deeply
We learn to draw both macro and micro flow charts
We get to recall the admission process once more and more
deeply
We tried our best to locate problems during admission
process by exploring it
We explored for solutions of the problems located by us.
