ATTITUDE IS AT THE MOMENT, YOU CHOSE IT
Take responsibility for how you respond to what life throws at you. Your
choice affects others. Ask yourself: “Is my attitude helping my team or my
customers? Is it helping me to be the person I want to be?
Think about a time when your teams would rather be anywhere but working in your project. What do you
think were the reasons that the team felt so?
>> Can IT Services companies hire based on attitude alone?
>> What about Maidservants, Drivers, People who iron our clothes etc….
>> But once hired, does attitude make a difference towards delivering high quality software
