This report summarizes findings from a survey of 986 Millennials between the ages of 15-30 on their employment, finances, spending habits, and outlook. Key findings include: 1) Only 38% would accept a job they felt overqualified for, preferring to keep looking, create their own job, or go back to school. 2) Despite 92% working or studying and few receiving assistance, this generation is more economically independent than predecessors. 3) While few invest in stocks or bonds, most are aware of spending and saving, shopping online at sites like Amazon and Ebay to get the best deals.
